Mark Dayton was actually three fires, with one of them at the rear door to the house and another targeting a spigot and garden hose on the side of the house. A third fire, which like the first two apparently was fueled with gasoline or lighter fluid, targeted a porch on the rear of the house.

Adding to the 'dumb criminal of the week' aspect, not only has their supposed target not lived there for 20 years, but the arsonist left behind the gas cans.  I'm rather anticipating that they didn't wear gloves.

This is disappointing and ironic.  I say that because, after a little research, my suspicions about Mark, the governor, being related to George, the co-founder of Target, formerly The Dayton Dry Goods Company and Dayton Hudson Corporation, were confirmed.
