Let's see if I have it in me to run THREE pathfinder games at once. I think I can, since the other two have gotten bogged down by missing players. Games run so slow on elliquiy anyway, so posting on a regular basis should be a pinch easy. Now for the starting rules!
- Level 6 starting.
- 4d6 standard.
- 4 players with a equal sex ratio. 2 boys 2 girls.
- 20k starting gold.
- Traits are enabled.
- If you want to play a special race or something custom made, just yell at me. Pathfinder has squat when it comes to a choice of races, and there should always be a healthy mix of catfolk or something weird thrown in there. A party of 4 humans/elves is just boring. Also things like cursed into being a different race, or cursed clothes/armor is always acceptable. Since naughty curses are always fun for everyone involved.
- This is going to be a Urban Game, so prepare for it.
The general plot layout, is that you are a merc group in a big ass city. With the city being so massive the government cannot control all of it by itself. Hence the need for groups such as yours to beat down the peasants and do some raids on various thief guilds and various illegal cults. That or you could join the seedy underbelly and do some anarchy yourselves, either way is just fine with me.
This is going to be a game where the DM doesn't have a central plot mechanic. It is going to be primarily up to the players to figure out what they want to do and how to do it. Want to raid a warehouse controlled by a minor thieves guild? Go right ahead! Want to join up with that self same thieves guild and do some ransacking of rich merchant homes? Go right ahead! Want to set up your own brothel/casino? Go right ahead!
You'll get your own headquarters free of charge, since you've been in operation for a year or so already. You'll just need to come to a consensus over what type of lair you want. A house, a underground lair, a tower, etc etc.
