Sunny and cold, definately.
@ Caustic - Spacediving is an extreme sport that should be emerging within ten years. It's where "disposable" or "recyclable" spaceships shuttle spacedivers up to ~250,000 feet. The thrillseekers will then jump out, experience around 6 to 8 minutes of freefall with speeds approaching the sound barrier. You would actually be jumping from outer space: total vaccuum. They would be wearing specially designed suits to deflect the heat of re-entry, pressurize the wearer, and provide oxygen. The spacediver would go through at least 5 parachutes on the way down.
Think back to ye old school days.... Snow Day or Holiday?
