Shoutbox has Disappeared

Pretty obvious by the title but the Shoutbox on my page is now completely blank and doesn't reappear when refreshed.  I could understand it's freezing when I bounced from tab to tab in my browser but disappearing is just plain weird.

Greetings Assallya!  All 'On Hold' applicant's are not allowed to utilize the Shoutbox.

Oh.  That's weird.  I must have missed that in the rules somewhere.

*sighs wearily*  That's another route down.  You guys make it really really hard to get involved without being approved first.
