Surely everything that you have mentioned, (including pale skins being more susceptible to certain skin problems because of exposure to the sun), are due to outside influences, not the person's genetics or stem cells?
As for the thread topic itself, I saw a piece about this on the TV.
From what I can gather, this is not going to have such a huge impact upon 'make me pretty and more attractive surgery', but is more a break through for those who need it for other reasons.
Some mascectomy patients can deal with the lack of a breast/s pretty well, however there are those who have even chosen to die rather than loose what they see as 'part of their femininity'.
If this method can help those who have been scarred (both mentally and physically) by such an evasive surgery, then lets get it in as soon as possible, no matter how many 'cup sizes' it would give.....
