Probably a Stupid Question but....

I don't see any games being offered here.  On the right side is listed an empty folder for the Normal Games and nothing else?  How do I find a game I would like to join? ???

Have you gone through the whole introduction phase yet?  I saw your welcome letter there.. so now it's just waiting for a goddess to give you the playerbit.  There are plenty of games going on here.. and welcome :)

You should see things now, Razili. Once it says "Lady" or "Lord" next to someone's name, they should be able to see the games.
