Ok. To log onto E,  I have to actually block -all- cookies. But I have to HAVE cookies to view the chat. Any answers as to what I might be doing wrong, or what setting I might not be doing correctly?

Problem turned out to be partially related to her system clock being set to the year 2043 >_>

I'm surprised any cookie-based login would work for her.

I'd almost want to call the service center and ask why they felt the need to set the clock to 2043.
