She's been his secretary for years, tending to him in most every manner as it's a good job and he's the head of the company - she couldn't get a better position or better pay if she tried anywhere else and they've been rather close for many years. It's up for debate whether she was the special type of secretary who would be found under his desk or if things were a bit more tame than that, but she's been discovering her own desires and visiting some fetish clubs as of late, re-discovering her own dominant side.
One possible twist could be that he's recently gone through a divorce, perhaps he's dealing with depression that leaves him more vulnerable to her advances. Could be that she knows enough about him that he's forced into it by blackmail. One way or another, she eventually decides that Mr Bossman needs to learn some extracurricular skills and begins taking time after work to train him. May or may not be in similar fashions to the way she may have been trained years ago. Lots to discuss with the partner!
