Ok now that I have looked it over I see wghat you mean by it bieng useful. I though it would have been geared more toward breaking into houses and such with a title of burglar.

It depends on her Dex a high dex the dodge benefits comes in handy, lower dex the archetype has advantages but its still a well rounded rogue just with a speciality kind of like a wizard specialist its still a wizard and fairly flexible. Just when you need a lock picked, trap disarmed or both they shine a bit more.

The dicebot here sucks for odd rolls like this I'm just going to roll 4d6 and drop the lowest die I just can't figure out how to re-roll 1's on it.

Ok rolled under Stat 1 six times not bad at all, decided to go for an Human Rogue (generalist) with the racial modifier her stats are:

Strength 14
Dexterity 18
Constitution 14
Intelligence 16
Wisdom 10
Charisma 11* (racial adjustment raising the 9 to 11)

No archetype snce a burglar would make her lose uncanny dodge and another one would make her lose trapfinding based skills. And she will get with her Favored Class tacking onto skills an impressive 13 Skill Points a Level (with her racial bonus added in). So should have a rank in all of them at some point with some areas of focus developing.

I'll do her up today. She should overall have lots of good points. Alignment overall I'm thinking Neutral proper an ordinary sort of lass that tries to get along and happens to make her money as a criminal but has morals about it unlike some evil sort and has little interest in propmoting good. She took the current job due to either joining up or a sentence in the dungeons long enough to make the risk the better option.

to reroll ones you'd just roll an extra d6 and add it instead of the one to the total, but since you rolled the way you did, whatever, anyways i do have a problem with this, if you had rolled the way i requested your min stat before racial mods would be 10, so make the 9 here  a 10, you can move the racial bonus if you would like

I decided a classic JOAT would be best a Jack of All Trades and she can now focus on adding crafts, professions and focus some on different skills. Like odds are she will pick up Profession (sailor) next level.
