Apples/Windows silliness
« on: March 09, 2011, 04:02:07 PM »
While I own MOSTLY mac and i-products, I know that silliness on both sides of the computer divide can make for funny moments. The link below deals with Microsofts challenge to the trademarking of 'App Store' by apple. The funny part is in the story. (I personally think their fight to copy right Window(s) over the years would have been a more relevant point.

I use both Apple and Microsoft products equally just for the record, and that made me giggle.  Thank you for sharing it!

It's down minutia now. I don't know who I want to win.

And yeah it's silly isn't it?

I simply have no loyalty either way. I'll buy whatever works best for me.

I just find it hard that court funds are being WASTED on this sort of thing. :D

And the cynic in me is saying "this is all because someone at Microsoft are kicking themselves for not thinking about it first." ;-D

AMEN.. lol

Of course.. I can see Apple going with a simple change and undoing all this waste of time and money..

"The APPLE App store."

Tada! Feel free to send my mediation fee in small, old, non-sequential bills (5's, 10s, and 20s), I'll be here all week..try the veal!
