For this one, I would be travelling across the US, Europe, or Russia with my boyfriend, or a trusted friend. We would stop at a bar or strip club when we get car trouble. Maybe he gambles and ends up putting me on the table without me realising it, or the establishment sees me and decides that I would make a very sexy and pleasing new stripper and bar girl there.

He would be given a laced drink and driven far from here in his car, leaving me there, with no way to leave. I could be kept there as I am, or perhaps subtle magics are used on me to alter my appearance.
