Well I am  going away from the  focused spellcaster idea.  I went away form the spell caster cause well  Dresden files magic for human spell casters adds alot of headaches that would just clash with the other series in the game and I just did not want to deal with that. Just toying around with some ideas.

One is an Emissary of Kris Kringle the winter King of the fae in Dresden. That gets powers from wearing a Santa's coat  and works to maintain the  belief in Kris Kringle. Would also be an ally to the Paranet.


Or a Paraneter with some minor supernatural talents at being Stealthy and having Psychometry.

Both characters would have some occult knowledge, being a techie, crafts person and a investigator type.  I don't have much more detail on who they are and hobbies and such yet but that is the main basic plotting of my ideas so far. The first idea would depend if you want to involve the Fae in  this game at all.

We already have a fae in the game...although the ones from the never never might not be overly fond of her antics. grins. She rather likes the humans and supers of the new sunny hell. They are fun.

Will do I just need to wrap up some history  writing. I hope you don't mind I added some additions to your template. namely a history section and  face claim section. Just to name the models picture I am using for this character. Oh that is perfectly fine. IF it helps with your writing. I just wrote the absolute bare bones of what I expected.

History:
    Kei Hughes-Bailey is the daughter of Daniel Hughes  and Aina Bailey. The Hughes family have  been for generations a family with the  Psychic ability of Psychometry. The Hughes family has become an odd collections of Occult scholars and Technologic wizzes.  They have to great success levied the services  to spell casters that can't even get near technology. They help them stay at least marginally connected to  the modern world. The Hughes family also has had a long standing relationship with the Family of Sorcerers that are blessed and serves as Emissaries of the Kami to Asian American society in the united states. This is how Aina and Daniel met and eventually become husband and wife.

    The Bailey family are Japanese-American Sorcerers that if it were not for  that some of there skill with Magic came form a sponsorship from the Kami they would have likely been brought under the wing of the White Council but due to  the possibility of dual allegiances the White Council has not given members of the Bailey family membership. Even though  the have the sight and the  long live spans and improved recovery rates and the ability to soul gaze like the White Council Wizards  to be honesty this has suited the Bailey cause they have found a unique niche and have used their position to help and foster and protect Minor talents and those more  specialized casters that would never even be given much thought out of  here is the laws of magic and don't break them spiel that the Wardens of the White council would give. So The Baileys might not have  the international reach of the white council but the Bailey's in the U.S. Where family members live in local communities have become a great ally to the wide variety of Lesser talents the White Council can't always be around to help. This  really came to the forefront  with the activities of the Fomor and the resulting war that came about. Kei found herself in a unique position cause she  only gained  The Sight and the improved health and longevity  of the Bailey family and the gift of Psychometry of the  Hughes family. She found a unique role that she could  do things and be apart of the modern world but also still have her foot in the world of  the Supernatural as well. When  the  Bailey and Hughes family through there support behind the creation of the Paranet  Kei found herself being on the ground floor of the endeavor and representing both the Hughes and Bailey families rising stars in this new endeavor that would work as a network to help those of Talents that would not have the full umbrage of the White Council.

    Kei did have a rather unique childhood. It was spent between two households though this was out of practicality. Daniel and Aina loved each other very much but the reality was Aina since being a sorcerer could fry technology just by her presence like all mortal spell caster. Daniel, Kei and Aina would have a rotation of spending time in two separate houses and so would Kei  through out her childhood but despite this living arrangements Daniel and Aina  still provided a close loving family atmosphere.  Despite her learning and education in the occult world by her families she also got to attend private school as well growing up. In high school  Kei was also in the Media club where she developed her skills on her own with Videography and Photography.  Kei also learned a lot from her father on a lot different technology  involving computers, phones, radio's and so much more.
She was also into a wide variety of nerd related clubs in high school. She was also in the schools computer club.

    Kei Earned  a dual major in  Computer Engineering and Telecommunications engineering with a minor in Business management. Kei also found clubs and student organizations she was a part of for photography/videography, computers and various nerd hobby clubs as well. After college  Kei built her own small consulting business geared to help meet the needs  of small businesses and individuals.       
After college she obviously started her business but she was also involved with helping support the Paranet and  the communities of the supernaturally inclined  that were often over looked by the white council. Further more Kei became involved in working with those when the worlds of a place called Hellsmouth and with hunters affiliated with those she only new by the last name of the Winchesters.  With the sharing of knowledge and helping communications between these groups she and others like her in the Paranet helped avoid misunderstandings and people from her supernatural communities which seemed to differ from the other to groups and helped avoid them hunting people that were not evil monsters that prey on humanity but just lived out there lives. Since the Hellsmouth people and the those Allied with the Winchesters did not know the dynamics of the Paranet, the white council, sorcerers and other supernatural entities form our  neck of the woods.

Your character is not permitted on the White Council. But are they good evil, neutral, what? We need to know how they would fit in the game.

Would they fight demons, team up with them? Turn the other way and pretend they saw nothing?

How do you think they would interact with and around the Winchesters, Buffy, and Spike, and demons. We really need to know that to determine how you will fit in the game.

Yeah I know she is not with the White Council  they would not let a Minor Talent in the don't even take Focused Practitioners in to the ranks hell most sorcerers don't get in. Kei only ability is she can see things that an item might been in the vicinity of something happened and get psychic  visions from  the item she touches. They give vague clues that she would have to piece together by investigating or researching any  symbols found in what she sees.  The White council is extremely picky. The Sorcerers on her mothers side are not affiliated with the white council So  no issues there.  The White council is only mentioned in back story cause the White Council is the Major police force for any Mortal spell caster. So I had to put some justification cause a portion of the family spell casting also comes in the form of sponsored magic by the Kami.  Kei has no spellcasting she just has the improved constitution that a wizard can posses and the Magic sight a wizard can but  she is firmly in the minor talent arena. She just got some things from her father and mothers side.

 Kei would definitely  be  of Good alignment. She would fight if necessary but make it clear she  is not the best fighter in the world but she is  just barely above average archer. She is more of an investigator, Scholar and a decent social character.

 Well she is meant to be a bridge between those from Hellsmouth (Buffy , the crew and spike[since he winds up on team buffy depending on when in the storyline this takes place.])  And She would work with the Winchesters I just mentioned those allied with the Winchesters Cause I  was not sure she was going to get to work with or even meet the main character of those settings. She is there to provide information and  her investigation skills from  those from Hells mouth and the Winchester verse. She works with the Good guys to keep the from hunting people like shapeshfiters and such unless the prove truly evil from the Dresden verse cause what are consider evil in the Winchester universe  would actually be just everyday people living their lives that just happen to have some supernatural power. Same preventing similar events with those from Hellsmouth. Though she is absolutely dedicated to taking a stand  against those you use the abilities for evil.  So  there might be some frustration with the Winchesters  when they are resolute on seeing things only as black and white. Cause things are not black and white in the Dresdenverse. She would likely get along with Buffy and  the crew cause the can be a bit more opened minded and not as stubborn  as the Winchesters can be. Sorry if it was not clear I was trying to strike a balance between she would absolutely work with the good guys but also not just assume that an OC would have gotten to meet and work with the Winchesters and  Buffy and her crew.
