(Baldur's Gate 3) Shadowheart in Peril, F4GM, NC

This idea is based on Baldur's Gate 3. Some spoilers below. No Act 3 spoilers please!

Shadowheart
Shadowheart is the main inspiration for this idea, but we can adapt aspects of the character, and I could easily be tempted into writing an OC instead.

Versions of Shadowheart (spoilers):
Traditional: Cleric of Shar, desires to be a a faithful Justiciar.
Jenevelle (Jen?): either she was never corrupted by Shar, or is about to be.
Selune's Shadowheart: start with white hair, history of Shar but she's abandoned Shar from the start.
Adapted Shadowheart: like the original but with our own twist. Maybe she has a twin sister, maybe she is a Rogue, etc.

Original Character: If you're not interested in SH, we can consider a custom character instead.

Styles of Play
Party Misadventure: There is an arcing plot, with allies. Lae'zel, OC character, Minthara, Raphael, Aylin etc.
Solo Adventure: There is an arcing plot, Shadowheart moves from one set of perils to another, alone, over time.
Survival: Escape from perils are difficult, but she can escape - and may fall into another set of perils before long.
Bad End: A corruption story. Shadowheart was defeated, there is no escape from her captors.
One-shot: A single event or scene, what will Shadowheart's fate be?

Perils
In Training: The trials of being raised in the Temple of Shar (age 16-18).
Mindflayers: Capture, telekinesis, pod imprisonment, tentacle exploration, psychic punishment...
Ogres/Gnolls/Orcs: Physical domination, size difference, caged, chained and collared enslavement, gangbangs, cum bath...
Lae'zel: Frenemies, party traitor, backstabbing, rivalry turned enemies, bedroll ambush, handing Shadowheart over to the enemies...
Githyanki Camp: Punishment for thievery, imprisonment, caged, chained and collared, forced to serve...
Devils: Soul contracts, hell servitude, toy play, pain play, magic play, slave training...
Minthara: Capture, goblin/hobgoblin/ogre horde, imprisonment, interrogation, horde entertainment, slave training...
Absolute Slave: Psychic domination, slave training, servitude...
Underdark: Drow, Duergar, Spiders, Driders (Spider People), webs, poisons, enslavement, gangbangs, horde entertainment...
Undead: Ghosts, skeletons, shadows, zombies, light horror elements...
Ketheric Thorm: Physical superiority, capture, servitude, horde entertainment, enslavement...
Aylin: Dark servant punishment, capture, toy play, magic play, hero entertainment...
Shar: Demands of her dark deity, punishment for attempting to rejoin the light, capture by servants of darkness...
City Mischief: Guard inspection, drugged at a tavern, public humiliation, halfelf racism, thieves guild capture, mercenary forced recruitment...
Orin: torment, capture, enslavement, pain play, dom/sub play, slave corruption...
Steel Watchers: metallic abuse, capture, delivery to overseer, collared enslavement...
