Signature S.O.S

So I've been having this problem for several months. I am completely willing to chalk it up to me being a complete idiot, which is kind of why I've never really asked anyone sooner since it's not all that important. Howeverrrr.... I'm getting jealous of all of these pretty signatures and I miss having mine. So here is what is happening.

I can't link photos. Currently, my signature below (as you'll see in this post) is just a hot-link to my on/off page. Click it and it works.

But if I try to enter a coded photo to, say, a group game, a code that seems to work for everyone else on E, it won't show up for me. Even if I completely erase my link to my on/off page. Even if that is the only thing on my signature page. Even when it is a direct copy/paste! When I go back into the signature option to check the link for any extra symbols or letters that might have gotten in the way, the link itself is only half complete. Please note, that as soon as I enter it into the field, it is full and complete, and unbroken. But once I select "Change Profile" this is what seems to break that link.

I am stumped.

This might be a really stupid question, but I was wondering if it was stemmed from my changing my user name? It seems to be right around the same time I've discovered this problem. I think that was around... October?

First question: Are you using images from the Wiki? Because they need to be hosted there to be in sigis.

I expect you might be if you are trying to use the same pics that other folks use from group games but I don't like to assume

I've tried both; signatures supported by the Wiki, as well as saved on my own imgur account. Results seem to be the same for both, unfortunately.

Something to try with regards to testing is to paste the code into a PM to yourself. If it works in a PM to yourself then you can be sure your code is fine and can work on what limit (size or quantity) you are over.

Speaking of... the only other thing, besides some wonky code you may be missing, would be sizing, I know there is a limit to the size and the details are listed somewhere in the help section I think. There's probably even a signature help post in this forum that lists the size limits.

Plus, max of 5 images in the sigis.

I hope you can find some help in there, although, I don't know why it won't let you set your profile or it is changing it when you try to set your profile.

Did you leave out the 's' in the url? So it will be http instead of https.
