For more than 40 years, the Jameson clan has gathered for a month of family,fun and sun at their ‘Beach house’ just outside of Charleston, South Carolina. From the last days of June to the first days of August, the grandparents, fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters, husbands and wives have gathered here to continue their tightnet relations, maintain the connections, strengthen the ties and insure that everyone, regardless of how many generations, knows who they are.; They’re Jameson’s!

This year is no different for Leigh Jameson; at 32, she’s looked forward to the gatherings, welcoming new children and meeting the other additions. It’s so important to her that she  actively works to get the time off for it from the magazine that she works for as a journalist. The big difference this year is her groom, or at least soon to be groom, Jerry Franks; a photographer who she had met on location to cover an international event.  It was finally time to introduce him to the mad-house and announce their impending engagement. They are in love, afterall and this will give them the much needed time together to find those feelings that have been hard to fit into a busy schedule.

Lisa Jameson, 18 years old was, on the other hand, not the least bit happy about losing a month of her life, a month of summer vacation with her boyfriend! Instead of gaining new experiences at home, the ‘rents had refused to leave her alone for the month that they would be gone. God, the summer sucks! But wait, who’s the hottie with Aunt Leigh? Maybe the summer won’t be too boring afterall… now with Mr. Hottie to keep her company in so many ways!





This story is based upon a similar one-shot posted by RedEve.  I am thankful that she has given me permission to adapt it to my own angle.What I’m looking for in this concept is for someone to either play Lisa and Leigh, or Jerry. The story is all about temptation and Jerry’s inability to resist his soon to be niece’s advances while trying to maintain his relationship with a woman that he loves in a close family unit. How do they keep the affair from Leigh, never mind the rest of the family? What happens if they make it through the month and it’s time to go home? Will they go home?

My prospective partner should come prepared to offer their own ideas and thoughts for the storyline. I want to hit the ground running and I mean without dragging anyone along for something that they’ll decide they don’t want to write in a couple of weeks. So, be ready to give your half of the process.
