I was only 6 years old then. We used to stay in a small house in urban area. My father was an engineer. One day, an stranger came to our house with a lot of gifts and sweets.

I was playing in the garden. I have opened the door quickly and tell him to sit in living room. I was very happy to see those gifts and packets of sweets.

But my father was not. He got angry with him and told him to leave the house at once. The man had left immediately. I got angry with my father but say him nothing. Later he called me, take me in his lap and told me not to stare at other peoples belongings. They are not yours. I will buy toys and sweets for you.

Later, I came to know that those gifts and sweets were given as a bribe. My father was an honest engineer. He didn't take those bribe.
