Rivals... and Lovers? (Female Needed)

So I'm really wanting to do a story, where two rivals (a guy and a woman) absolutely hate each other.  Everything is turned upside down, when a mutual enemy decides to stick them in a deadly game, where in order to survive... the two have to work together!

Can be anything from video game, movie or comic characters to something completely original.
