I really like this picture and want to do a story about it.  I don't have much in mind except for maybe an adventurer who falls prey to the serpent king.  She is hypnotized into falling in love/lust for him and forced to do dark and deprived things.  Perhaps some breeding/egg laying?  Forcing her to live or be treated as a snake? 
Busy with freelance writing work.  Replies slow.  Feel free to prod me.
