Sexual Orientation: I do not understand your question, there are only Zeste?!   Zeste are a mono-gendered species, they reproduce with another Zeste through a form of parthenogenesis. Although they have one gender, they are not asexual and do in fact require a partner to reproduce with an interchange of fluids.

• Catastrophe Chameleon: - Her body reacts to dangers/threats to protect itself, making changes as necessary.  Examples: Stepping into a gas cloud, she can breathe the gas safely.  In darkness, her eyes change so that she can see in the dark.  Gets hit by fire, her skin hardens and she becomes Immune to fire.  Buried underground, grows claws and can burrow through the ground.  Falling from great enough height: grow wings and fly.  All changes are based on physical changes and if she changes to many times in a short amount of time, it will tire her out. She has never really learned to control the changes consciously, her people have been peaceful.
• Photosynthetic Blood: - The user's blood is photosynthetic, granting abilities related to the physiology of plant life.  Because her blood is different she is immune to to poisons, toxins, venoms, viruses, bacteria, parasites, pathogens, allergen, etc.  As well as generating Oxygen.  She regenerates while exposed to the sun through Photokinetic Regeneration and needs to eat a lot less because many of her food requirements are meet through photosynthesis (self-sustenance).

Personality:

• Lost - She is the only known survivor from the ship that crashed on Earth.  And on a strange world with a strange species that are more violent than her people ever were.
• Cooperative - She believes that Cooperation is the key to survival.  The more people working together, the better everyone's chances of survival.  This is a trait that is inherent in all Zeste.
• Protective - She is very protective of friends and people in need of help.  People picking on others who are weaker than them is one of the few things that sparks her anger.
• Reliable - When she promises to do something, she does her best to follow through on her promise.
• Attractive - Her form and personality is very pleasing and she smells wonderful, like the Lily-in-the-valley flower.

Backstory: Xidora is from the planet Zadus of the people who call themselves the Zeste.  They are a race with advanced technology but peaceful and generally left others alone.  in the past, a catastrophe nearly destroyed them and caused their planet to start oscillating wildly, causing continual climate change.  To survive, they genetically modified their bodies to be able to adapt quickly to changes and give themselves photosynthesis so they require less food and could survive on sunlight.  The hope was that the planet would settle back into its normal oscillations in a couple of hundred years, but unfortunately the oscillations are just getting wilder.  It was finally accepted that they needed to find a new home world.  They spent the next couple of decades developing space flight.  Once a functioning Warp Drive was developed, the first thing that was done was scout ships were made and sent out to search for a new home.  They had determined with telescopes what planets might support life within a reachable distance.  Xidora and her family was chosen to crew one of the scout ships, Xidora was one of the pilots.
Participant in the Eclipse:  No
After the Eclipse: Xidora's scout ship entered the Earth Solar System and was attacked by an unknown force.  They had just entered the solar system and detected radio signals, which indicated that there was intelligent life in this system.  They didn't wish conflict and their commander had sent a message back to Zadus to cross this system off the list of possible planets when they were suddenly attacked, the first surprise attack did significant damage and knocked out their Warp Drives.  Xidora went into escape maneuvers and managed to get away from their unidentified attackers.  but the damage had been done, their Warp Drive was out, life support barely functioning and even they couldn't adjust to surviving long in a vacuum.  Sensors and communications were out, they couldn't call for help or scan for their attackers.  Their only option was to land on the third planet, maybe the natives would be able to help them repair their ship. 

They barely made it to the third planet with their maneuvering engines, unfortunately they didn't have enough fuel for a controlled descent, they were going to have to glide in on a decaying orbital path.  Bad luck continued to follow them, on their descent, something attacked them and sent them plummeting to the ground, Xidora was the pilot and the time and she did everything she could to try to get the scout ship back in control, but she ran out of time and the ship crashed into the ground.  Xidora was in the most protected part of the ship and had somehow hardened her skin at the moment of the impact.  She barely survived, her partner, Xechu, did not survive as well as the rest of the crew.  Now she was stuck on an alien planet with possible hostile natives.
