Falling for Two-Face (f for m or f)

Harvey "Two-Face" Dent is my favorite character in perhaps all of media and without a doubt in all of comics. Lately I have really been craving to write a story involving him opposite an original character of some sort. It seems like almost all the other of the Batman villains seem to be getting some roleplaying action, so I figure it's time for Two-Face to get some as well.

Now I am not looking for any particular version of Two-Face. In fact I am more than willing to play opposite a gender-bent version or something entirely different all together. We would be creating our own little canon and as such shouldn't feel the need to be held back by pre-existing material. I would like the general background of a district attourney turned crime boss to be there though, but everything is up for discussion.
