You play a ruthless businessman who is known for is cold and calculating business techniques. He is known for taking companies over and completely restructuring them, he fires people and hires new ones. He has hard and fast rules about love in the work place, there is no room for it. He fires people for even a hint of a rumor that they might be dating. It all turns around for him when he takes over a new company. The former owner had one stipulation to your character taking over. He isn't allowed to fire the women that the old man had as his assistant for the past five years. She is young, fresh from college when he hired her. She is 30 now and works harder than anyone. She is the wall he never expected to hit. She challenges him at ever turn. Argues with him. Doesn't put up with any of his shit. She fights for her colleagues over the stupid no dating rule for employees that he instates. Now, he finds himself in the awkward situation of wanting to break his own rule and be with this women that infuriates him to no end.
