Ooooo!  Did I correctly read that Iron Gods is up?  I'd love to apply!

...if we haven't scared Who off, hopefully!

I'm still here. I've been reading bits of the lore. Trying to mostly get a feel of things and a general understanding. I pretty much know that i'm not gonna get everything 100% right but if I can at least get things to how they're supposed to be then that's fine.

I get the general idea of the game the setting. I wanna read the entirity of at least the first chapter before I start anything. I'm actually really happy with the excitment! I just feel like i'm probably the least qualified to be running this as I just heard about the setting. Anyway, yeah! I'm still up for it. 25 point buy

I'm gonna enter my Human Slayer in this game. Just got finished working out my Stats, so here are my preliminary stats, barring any last minute alterations:

Str: 16 (14 + 2 Racial) (+3)
Dex: 16 (+3)
Con: 14 (+2)
Int: 12 (+1)
Wis: 14 (+2)
Cha: 8 (-1)

Not bad, if I do say so myself!

Men in general judge more by the sense of sight than by that of touch, because everyone can see but few can test by feeling. Everyone sees what you seem to be, few know what you really are; and those few do not dare take a stand against the general opinion. Therefore it is unnecessary to have all the qualities I have enumerated, but it is very necessary to appear to have them. And I shall dare to say this also, that to have them and always observe them is injurious, and that to appear to have them is useful; to appear merciful, faithful, humane, religious, upright, and be so, but with a mind so framed that should you require not to be so, you may be able and know how to change to the opposite.

Dubbed the "Oath of Drake,"
A noble philosophy; I adhere...for now.

I'm making an android.  I've never played one before and I like the idea of going that deep into the paint on IG.

It's always acceptable to improvise - after all, most people familiar with the adventure path will have already read over it, so at least I, for one, would welcome some alterations and twists of the GM's devising.

Also, as my previous mentor in GMing told me, it's always advisable to ask for help, even from players - but always remember that you're ruling is final.

No worries, i still have no idea what i'm doing in the game I'm running. So I can't cast aspersions on someoen else getting the hang of things.

You can make Androids?

Yup!  It's a race specifically out of the Iron Gods stuff/Numeria.  Basically, android factories fell from the stars a long-ass time ago and they're still somewhat functional.  Plus, 'android bodies don't corrupt, their souls just move on after about 100 years and another soul moves in.

Aaaah, I see. I've been watching too much TFS recently; I instantly imagined Cell and was like "....well that seems a touch overpowered." XD

Ok, so Who! Let us know what level we're starting at, how we're working out our stats, our Hit Die, etc etc, as soon as you know so we can get to work on our Character sheets! I already have a rough outline, so I'll just need to fill in the details. :D

Okay. Well. Everyone's starting at level 1.
25 point buy. Basically making you above average, but not god-like.
Max HP first level but roll after leveling up.

All races allowed, even some non-core races. I enjoy creative variety much more then "3 humans and an elf" style games. I may have to tweak some races here and there to balance them. Naturally there are limits to everything, so if its not core please ask first.

Naturally, my router gets screwed just in time for making a character. So, might take a bit. :-\

  Oh!  You're running Iron Gods?

I've only had the chance to play one of the adventure paths.  Is it too late to apply?

I think we already have four players. But I can have you down as an alternative 5th in case someone drops out.

I'll be getting you my sheet today. :-) Gonna go with a Fighter with the Archer archetype. :-)

Oh, as I said in the OOC, maybe a separate Character Thread would be an idea; if it's in the OOC, then it gets a bit messy. At least in the Character Sheet thread, ONLY character sheets are there so it's easier to find what you're looking for. :-)

Anywho, I have work now, so I should be getting you a sheet when I break for lunch at about 11:50 my time (about 4 and a half hours time), so...here's hoping you'll have it soon! :D
