Lustful Bride

The Spinward Front of the Calixis sector is a chaotic quagmire for the Imperium. From traitor units, to invading Xenos, to heretical demon worshipers. The sector is one mess which refuses to be cleaned up. Yet there is little the Imperium can do at the moment as its eyes are focused elsewhere. What units are there will have to make do with table scraps from Segmentum Command and they are expected to get results, no matter the cost.

The fighting has been intense across the entirety of the Spinward Front. So many worlds that were once (relatively) peaceful and loyal to the wider Imperium have now raised up arms in secession under the banner of the Severan Dominate. Now human must fight against human, even with the threats of Chaos, The Dark Eldar, and the Orks hanging over the system. All because some local lord wanted to pretend that he could make his own empire and make himself fatter and richer than he already was. A selfish decision that has cost the Imperium several worlds and countless lives, a decision that must be punished to the full extend of the Imperium's might.

Yet with how stretched thing they are, there's only so much the Imperium can do, and they are forced to scrape up units from lesser worlds and even bring in Abhumans from lower worlds to help shore up their own forces and secure lesser important sectors of space and low value worlds, so that the proper Imperial Guard can focus on their true targets.

This is how the Skaven, a lower Abhuman species, just barely above the infamous Beastmen finds themselves called to action. The rats were discovered long ago worshipping a long abandoned Mechanicus ship and inventing technology from the remnants of it, claiming that they were the chosen descendants of a Great Horned Rat, who was a favorite pet of the God Emperor, and other things which the ecclesiarch overlooked to make use of the Abhumans by using their skills at tunneling to better mine resources for the Imperium.

Several clans proclaimed loyalty to the Imperium and serve as Abhuman auxiliaries and support units in the Guard across the various battle zones of the galaxy, normally acting as sappers and engineers, digging tunnels below enemy defenses, or swarming a foe en masse to overwhelm them.

Different clans have different specialties which make them suited to different styles of combat and warfare against the enemies of the Imperium, but among them is one clan who has chosen to adopt a more professional attitude and a jack-of-all-trades attitude when used in conjunction with the numbers of Skaven one can get from their homeworld.

Clan Ferrik was one of the Skaven clans from their home system who had declared loyalty to the Imperium, mainly because they saw the weaponry being given to those who did so, and were rewarded by being allowed to continue existing and being given shiny toys to play with from the Imperium.

They took to it like a fish to water. Explosives, vehicles, radios, laser rifles, flamethrowers, meltaguns, you name it the Ferrik Skaven loved it! They were never born in the same numbers as other clans, but this meant that they were able to spend more time making more professional soldiers and craftsmen who knew their trade better than the average rat.

It is a small thing, but one which has paid off in creating a better quality of Imperial Rat which has continued serving the Imperium since time immemorial.

Now that the Imperium has called on them once again (because they were the only clan with soldiers available to actually spare) the Ferrik Clan has answered the call and is ready to deploy to any battle zone and secure it for the Master of Mankind and the Master of the Great Horned Rat!

The last time Ferrik was sent off world, it was to battle against a Tyrranid Hive Fleet incursion. Very few of them survived, but they are confident that this time they will be able to perform their tasks to the letter and impress the Imperium with their efforts at maintaining peace, order, and security. To bring death to the Xenos, the Mutant, the Demon, and the Traitor.

Especially since, unlike most Skaven units, the corps of Clan Ferrik is ready for anything. A jack of all trades, able to switch focus as needed, and handle more jobs than the typical Imperial Regiment.

The Skaven are technically a regiment, but they always come in such numbers that its more accurate to call them a Corps, and this is doubly true for the Skaven of clan Ferrik who come in as a Corps of different Regiments put together. The Imperium doesn't care as long as they do the job and kill the enemy and don't take up too many resources.

So, there are some who handle frontline fighting, some who handle building fortifications (and blowing them up or even going beneath them), and even those who handle things like artillery. The Skaven of Clan Ferrik adapted quickly to 'modern' warfare the likes of which the Imperium conducted and have been able to adapt to employing different regiments together to act as one solid fist against their foes.

This will prove to be an unexpected boon to both them and their zone of operation, as the Skaven Corps find itself deployed to the world of Berasmus 3, also known as 'Berasmus the Breadbasket'.

Slightly smaller than Earth, it would make for a nice paradise world were it not for how fertile the soil is and how food grows so well on it. Thus the Ministratum declared it to be used for growing much needed food for the Imperium.

It acts as a farming world, smaller and less influential than the typical Agri-World (which can feed multiple systems or even sectors with how much food is produced), but still a vitally important planet worth fighting for. During a good harvest season Berasmus can feed nearby systems, and would be a viable fallback system for the Dominate forces if pressed for food. Hence why it is being entrusted to the rats to safeguard.

The Guard has decided to take it now while the Doms are distracted, especially as its harvest can feed local guard regiments with much needed food and shore up their stocks of corpse starch, while cutting off further food to the Severan Dominate in preparation for a major operation to come.

'Operation Combine' will beunderway soon after the Skaven touch down on Berasmus, giving a one-two punch to the Severans and cutting off plenty of nourishment for the secessionist forces.

A few warp jumps away the Imperium is throwing its might to claim the Agri World of Helena 2, a much more valuable Agri-World, along with a star fort hanging in orbit. That's the true main battle in this subsector, making Berasmus 3 just a side show, but one still worth fighting for as its food supply could keep the Doms in the fight for a while longer if not secured.

Berasmus originally proclaimed neutrality once the fighting started between the Imperium and Severans, and sat back to keep living their lives in peace, growing food and using the conflict as an excuse to save most of it for themselves (and to give to whoever the victor of the war was to smooth things over).

But once an Imperial fleet showed up in orbit, they were quick to re-swear fealty to the Imperial Aquilla and the planetary nobles invited the Guard to set up bases to protect their wonderful world from those 'dastardly traitors' and foul xenos!

The Guard was happy to oblige and landing ships were quickly touching down to disembark engineers, servitors, and workers to start setting up bases and checkpoints, while taking off with stores of fresh grain to be taken to needy regiments elsewhere.

Those guards touching down on the planet soon found a rare paradise which few Imperials were able to experience. A world genuinely worth fighting for. Fresh air, bountiful food, flowing seas of grain, and no dangerous mutants or monsters to worry about aside from a rampaging oxen.

The locals line up and cheer as the ships touchdown and the Imperial forces begin to march out to take control of the planet and, giving them what they hope will be a peaceful occupation with no major issues (especially as the local nobility gave them the day off if they stood around and cheered for the Imps) and they can just sit out the rest of the war.

They just didn't expect to be seeing only a few Purestrain humans marching at the head of an entire Corps of Ratmen holding up the Imperial banner. The Imperial occupation shall be primarily an Abhuman one, and the rats are all too happy to be deployed to the planet, all smiling and saluting and looking lustfully at any woman they saw, especially if they are to be billeted in the home of a local woman who might be open to thanking the Imperium for protecting their world.

For the first month, while Operation Combine is underway, the occupation goes smoothly. The Planet and its major cities and singular Starport are under Imperial occupation as Martial Law is the state of things until the sector has been reliably cleared out of secessionist forces.

Aside from an occasional Severan insurgent bombing or attack on patrols, its a very comfy position, with the Regimental officers having to kick a few rats in the ass to maintain discipline. Everyday is a comfy patrol, lots of food, and constantly chasing skirts. (To the surprise of many, quite a few women, and even a few men had been willing to have liaisons with the ratboys, leading to the term 'Rat Bastards' soon becoming popular when referring to the Skaven.).

The main issue seems to be the locals taking umbrage with the Abhumans and their near endless lust. Even when they are supposed to be helping shore up defenses and checkpoints, the rats are, more than happy to invite a local farmer's daughter (or even wife or sister, they're not picky) to share their dugout with them.

The longer the Skaven stay on the planet, the more that discipline begins to slack, and more often than not punishments are dealt out for slacking on duty, getting caught with a local's daughter, wife, sister, cousin, mother, or being caught stealing extra mouthfuls of food out of someone's grain silo. With some even being chased out of a farmer's home in nothing but their skivvies.

As far as the locals are concerned, the Imperium are thieves and the Skaven are no worse than the kind of vermin they would put poison out for or hire an exterminator to deal with.

For the Skaven, it's the cushiest job they've ever had, even if the officers and commissars force them to dig trenches, foxholes, and conduct drills every time anyone in the squad gets caught doing anything, even as simple as not shining their uniform enough.

Yet when an initial Ork force begins pushing into the region, looking for easy pickings and lots of food to eat, none will complain when the Rats prove their worth to all. Those months of setting up, digging trenches and sneaking around to have late night liaisons with a paramour end up giving them many advantages against an Ork incursion, as a previously unnoticed part of the local Ork Waagh targets the Breadbasket for a stating area against Imperial forces who are still trying to take the world of Helena 2.

If both Berasmus and Helena fall, then the Imperial Guard forces in the entire sector will have a food crisis, and many civilians in the region will go hungry as food is rationed to the breaking point. The line must hold here, the Ork's must be broken. Failure is not an option, and many a Skaven shall prove themselves brave enough to stand against a rampaging tide of Orks.

The Orks were expecting an easy conquest of the planet and maybe a single regiment of local defense forces to take out, but instead find an entire Corps of Ratboys ready and willing to pull out every trick in the book to break the green wave coming at them. For most jobs, you want heroic and typical square jawed men to inspire the troops. Not here, you need someone willing to get dirty, who is brave enough to dig tunnels beneath Ork encampments to plant explosives, willing to claw and bite at their enemy when the chips are down, and crawl through miles of mud to bring down an Ork Warboss.

This is a job for some real Rat Bastards.

"For the God-Emperor! Yes-Yes! Kill-Slay the Xenos! Prove we are the Horned Rat's Favored!"

Yes, I'm looking for a roleplay (that will at times feature kinky smut) with the Skaven Ratboys. I shall have it and none of you can stop me! Praise the Great Horned Rat!  ;D

This is yet another produce of my madness, and was fueled by artwork out there which made the Skaven look very appealing to me. It won't be 110% Smut, I'd like story and action involved as well. The Skaven will be less dirty than in Warhammer Fantasy, a bit more humanoid to avoid the uncanny valley, and be able to speak like a normal human. The less educated Skaven sound like the speak-talk-impediment we know most Skaven to use.

I don't have specific characters in mind, more of a general setting where characters will come and go as we need them. A scene might be dedicated to the local Skaven General having a secret affair with the lady mayor of an outlying settlement which might suddenly find itself with extra rifle-rats to protect it when the Orks begin arriving.

Or the Skaven Commissar (who ranks below a pure human commissar) trying to impress a superior officer or a lady commissar.

To even a riflerat who is paying nightly visits to a local farm because he fancies one of the women there.

Pairings here will generally be Skaven Men with Human Women, consensual and nothing too gross. I'm looking to make this less grimdark than 40K normally is, instead with more action and the shenanigans Skaven are known for or even the fandom version of their comedy.

I'm leaning mostly towards this being done freeform, however if you know a system easier than Only War (there's too many numbers and stats in that) which could be used for this, then I am willing to consider it.

If this should interest you, then send me a PM and we can discuss it further and see what we can work out to make it fun for the both of us. Its mainly about having fun and I'd like to make sure that remains the focus. If it doesn't work out, then no hard feelings at all, I know that this idea is kind of out there and might take some work, so I know it won't be for everyone or we won't always be on the same wavelength.
