He maintains his wealth with better investment strategies. I think he realized he misjudged on twitter and why he was so hot to either lower the offer or dump the deal.

I'm tempted to say that somebody should tell him that Judge Dredd comics were supposed to be a satire... but then, I don't think Trump is sophisticated enough to actually read stuff like Judge Dredd comics.

Forbes is reporting that, in 2011, Trump took out a 19.8 million dollar loan from Daewoo, a South Korean company.  The balance of the loan remained static through 2016, but suddenly dropped to 4.3 million dollars after he'd been in office for five months.  The documents (obtained as part of the New York case against Trump Org) show that Daewoo was 'bought out of its position on July 5, 2017' by an unspecified party.

This loan was not disclosed during or after his presidential campaign.

“If someone does not disclose a loan, OGE has no way to know,” says Walter Shaub, who ran that agency when Trump took office. Don Fox, who also once headed the office, adds: “The system is kind of predicated upon people actually following a law because they want to follow the law.”

A search of a storage unit has discovered two more documents with 'Classified' markings on it.  The team searching the unit had been brought in by Trump representatives after a federal judge pressured the team to demonstrate full compliance with the subpoena.

Bolton's particulars don't add or take away much from the fact that

1) Paul Whelan was in Russian custody during Trump's term in office
2) At least part of that time did not have the Griner complication and
3) Trump had a generally positive relationship with Putin.

The final public meeting is over, and the docs are all going to be released on Wednesday.  The following criminal charges against Trump have been referred to the DOJ:  obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the government, making knowingly and willfully materially false statements to the federal government, and inciting or assisting an insurrection.  While the DOJ is not obligated to act on these referrals, there is an ongoing investigation into Trump with regard to the interference in the Georgia (and other) elections.

Doesn't he have to be convicted, not just accused? The DoJ hasn't laid formal charges yet, AFAIK.

The bill's been introduced, that's all at this point.  Mitch McConnell, just after the second impeachment, admitted that Trump was practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day".  I suspect that Cicilline is getting ducks in a line, since the DOJ has received the recommendation, and will be taking over the heavy lifting for a bit.

Talking about years dragging on, I heard a delightfully cynical phrase yesterday: "actuarial politics". In essence, the front runners for both main US parties 2024 presidential campaign are quite old men, one of whom has a notoriously unhealthy diet and lifestyle, and you do have to wonder what the odds are of either of them surviving the rigours of four more years in a very stressful job. Apparently some genuine actuaries actually did the math(s) in 2020, and the chances of either of them making it to 2028 are only about 60-70%.

More noting the way the word has changed.  Back in the 14th century, it referred to any sudden death preceded by a loss of consciousness, which medically would usually be from a burst blood vessel in some vital place - cerebral hemorrhage, aortic dissection, etc.  There didn't actually have to be a visible cause.  One could theoretically be sitting calmly in a chair and have an aneurysm.

Nowadays, being 'apoplectic' refers to someone in a full rant, probably arising from people who get all red in the face at such times and are 'fit to bust something'.  Mind you, if someone has a drastic increase in blood pressure (as happens in rants), and they have a weakened arterial wall, things could easily go pop.
