Feedback sent to VV on some characters so hope to get a few more approved and on the map here.  As far as where the game will go, likely into one step above Light.  Now the bad guys are not going to be pulling punches, but I also am aware of what some player On & Off's are so in the meta plot threads of the game I do not plan to cross those Off's.  For players who want more in One on One or small group scenes, we will create threads with the right rating for what the players want to explore with the appropriate warnings and such at the start of the thread.  I think it is a nice compromise and gives a bunch of flexibility for roleplay.

Description (Appearance):

Matt Murdock looks like a fit man in his late 20 or early 30s. He generally wears suits when in public and often seems somewhat disheveld with his short hair uncombed and his 5-days beard unshaven.

More noticeably, however, are his round tinted glasses and his white and red cane that he uses to move around in the world, clear signs that Matt Murdock is blind.

Without his glasses, Murdock's blue eyes are extremely pale and his blindness is evident. His expression often seems wistful and he may appear to be daydreaming to an observer, however, this may simply be due to the fact his gaze appears unfocused because of his blindness.

Powers:

Heightened senses:
All of Murdock's senses have been heightened by his mutation. This includes his sense of touch, taste, smell and hearing. His perception of his environment is thus superior to that of other people despite his lack of eyesight.

Radar/Sonar sense:
Murdock's enhanced senses allow him to form highly-detailed images in his mind of his surroundings - including people - by perceiving the echo of sound waves boucing off their surface, or by listening to the rain as it falls and trickles over them. He can also emit sounds himself and listen to them as they bounce back to him in a similar fashion to bats.

Person Identification:
All of Murdock's senses help him identify people by the specific patterns of their heartbeat, smell, touch, sound, and even radar appearance, as it allows to "see" through objects, specifically clothes (though albeit obscure).[31]

Blindness:
Although not a power in itself, his blindness makes him completely invulnerable to powers and abilities based on eyesight, including invisibility, camouflage and optical/visual illusions and hallucinations.

Heightened agility and reflexes:
Due to a combination of martial arts training and his powers of perception, Matt is capable of displaying feats of gymnastics and athletism on par with olympic athletes as well as avoid dangers as fast as a bullet.

Peak physical conditionning:
Thanks to intense training, Murdock possesses strength, stamina, agility and endurance far above normal levels for a human being.

Martial Arts:
Murdock is a highly skilled, self-taught boxer both due to watching his father compete and helping him train and prepare for his fights.[8] He has also been very heavily and extensively trained in the ninja arts by Stick, a senior grandmaster and leader of the secret order of the Chaste.

Accomplished Attorney:
Murdock is a trained and experienced lawman.

English Braille:
In addition to regular written and spoken English, Murdock is proficient with the Braille writing system.

Weaknesses:

Blindness:
Daredevil is blind. While his superhuman senses help him overcome this, it becomes a problem for him to navigate and fight when his heightened senses are overwhelmed, scrambled, or otherwise cannot detect anything. He is also unable to distinguish colors.

Human condition:
Despite his training and abilities, Murdock is only human. He is mortal and can suffer crippling injuries, become exhausted, ill, etc. He also requires oxygen, food, water and regular sleep to survive.

Depression:
Matt Murdock has been diagnosed with depression and may sometimes suffer depressive episodes.

• Billy Club: Daredevil's billy club is a multi-purpose weapon. It has a retractable microphone, a miniature tape recorder, chamber for firing projectiles, and a wire cable which allows the club to be used as a grappling hook. It can also be used as either as a baton or a cable.

History:

The story of Matt Murdock began with his father. Jonathan "Battling Jack" Murdock raised his son alone, claiming Matt's mother had died. Jack wanted his son to be more successful than him. He impressed upon Matt the need to constantly study instead of playing sports with other kids. Jack hoped that Matt would become a doctor or a lawyer instead of an "uneducated pug" like himself. This led the neighborhood kids to bully the "cowardly" Matt as "Daredevil." Matt took out his frustrations by secretly training in his father's gym.

One day, Matt saw a blind man walking towards an oncoming truck. Matt pushed the man out of the way. The truck crashed and a radioactive isotope spilled out, striking Matt across the face and blinding him. While recovering in the hospital, Matt discovered his hearing, smell, taste, and touch were amplified to superhuman degrees. He also developed a "radar sense" that formed a mental picture of his surroundings.

A few months later, Matt received training from the ninja master Stick. From Stick, Matt learned how to control his new abilities and honed his skills in acrobatics and martial arts.

Meanwhile, Jack Murdock was desperate to fight. He reluctantly joined with a crooked fight promoter known as the "Fixer." The Fixer set up Jack to be a heavyweight contender, just to have him take a dive. Jack refused and won his fight. Later that night, Jack Murdock was shot dead by the Fixer and his men.

Matt continued his studies and entered Columbia Law School. At Columbia, Matt met and fell in love with Elektra Natchios. It was a first love for both of them. When Elektra's father was accidentally killed by the police, she retreated from the world and from Matt.

Matt earned his law degree and landed a job at a major law firm. He returned to Hell's Kitchen and to his father's old gym. There he met a young girl staying there named Mickey. They got close to each other and he trained her. He also ran into Foggy Nelson, a fellow law student, while he was there. He helped him with some of his cases. Meanwhile, Mickey ended up being kidnapped by people working for the Kingpin. Matt tracked them down and rescued Mickey. Because of that he missed an appointment for work and was fired.

Matt opened a practice, Nelson and Murdock, with Franklin "Foggy" Nelson. Karen Page was hired by Foggy as their secretary. Karen was attracted to Matt, and found it a pity that such a wonderful, handsome man could be so handicapped. Matt made a red and black costume out of his father's old boxing robes and continued to fight crime as Daredevil.

Personality:

Daredevil was a morally righteous individual with a strong sense of law and justice. This also influenced him to become a lawyer. Daredevil objected to total violence and preferred to keep his enemies alive and thus defeated them rather than killed them; however, Daredevil did have a dark side, and would not hesitate to badly injure foes under certain circumstances, often when he was under a period of stress.

As a young lad, Matthew was instilled with high morals by his father, Jack, who encouraged the boy to focus on his studies and not to play or fight with other kids. Matt took his father's lessons to heart and was thought to be an exemplary of good nature by figures of authority. Despite all this Matt did have a mischievous side and one occasion stole the baton of a police officer. Matt was incredibly selfless which led to him performing many heroic deeds in his life, such as saving a blind man from an oncoming truck, which lead to Matt's blindness. In the early stages of his disability Matt suffered increased frustration, feelings of helplessness, and self-loathing; however, due to training under Stick, Matt managed to conquer the struggles which boosted his confidence and he eventually developed a fearless attitude.

As an attorney, Murdock tends to act as a defender of the 'little man', often providing legal assistance against corporations or wealthy people. In particular, he often finds himself at odds with promoters who seek to evict poorer tenants of dilapidated apartment buildings in Hell's Kitchen in order to gentrify the neighborhood. He does not hesitate to utilize his Daredevil persona for this purpose as well.

As Daredevil, he has displayed a heavy sense of humor and snarky remarks in various life-threatening situations, especially early in his career.

Throughout his long tenure, however, his various trials have made Daredevil a grimmer and less light-hearted vigilante.

Despite all his great virtues, Daredevil is not without his flaws, and has shown extreme ruthlessness especially when those close to him have been threatened or targeted by his enemies. Matt also suffered from severe clinical depression, which has led him to indulge himself in self-destructive tendencies.

Nexus was approved yes, and I sent my feedback to the other GM's on Mayovagn's character.  Since I am being the picky GM, I am pretty sure it means Julie will be approved.

I have also responded to the Dr. Strange submission.

Waiting on the Star Lord submission, Rebelle's submission, and Bowen's second character as there was a change up with who was being submitted so as not to have too much power/role overlap. 

I am going to let VV or Silence handle the creation of the accepted character thread, and we should get things going hopefully by the weekend.  With the sheer number of character submissions there will be multi-team meta-plot threads, with a street level Avengers angle, as well as a team with the heavy hitters part of them at the vary least.  As I say in many games I GM, every player will get their chance to shine and have their "Big Damn Hero" moments if not more than one.

Powers
The Dark Soul As the Son of Satan, Hellstrom possessed supernatural powers derived from his "Darksoul," a demonic counterpart to his human soul, which physically manifested itself in the pentagram-shaped birthmark on his chest. The Darksoul granted him a number of innate abilities: 
* Superhuman strength 
* Illusions Minor ability mainly used to hide his presence mystically and to hide his demonic heritage (ears, pentagram)
* Hellfire Daimon can project Hellfire much like Miphesto and Ghost Rider. He is also immune to all flames.
* Mystical Awareness Can easily sense anything magical and supernatural and see through magical disguises and illusions.
* Instant Change He was able to magically change into his demonic costume at will be extending the middle three fingers of each hand in the shape of a trident, concentrating, and letting his soulfire engulf his body.

Sorcerer: As one of the premier occultists on earth and a pupil of Dr. Strange, when he decided it was time to pursue his other abilities Daimon possesses a wide mastery of the mystic arts; his primary magical patrons are a group of entities: the Faltine, the Seraphim, Cinnibus, Sheol, Ikthalon, Denak, Cyndriarr, Munnopor, Morpheus, Dyzakk, and many of the death gods of various pantheons. Potentially he can perform any magical feat with some time and training. Some of his major spells include:
* Divination
* Imprisonment
* Exorcism/Banishment Few understand demons like Daimon.
* Healing
* Astral Projection

* Dimensional Travel Note: Dimensional Travel is a GM authorized only power.

Special Skills and Other
Master Martial Artist: At first he just had to survive fights with demons sent at him by his father. Training with Patsy Walker, Wong and Dr. Strange when he was in the Defenders have refined his fighting style greatly.

Expert Occultist & Magical Knowledge: During his studies which continued until recently Daimon has gain expert awareness on cults and the extra-dimensional entities they worship. Advanced degree in theology, briefly trained as a priest

Weapons Expert He has trained to fight extensively with his Netheranium trident.

Multilingual: Daimon is fluent in many languages due to his research into the occult, these include both living and dead languages from earth and other dimensions.

Equipment
Netheranium Trident:  Hellstrom wielded a trident made of Netheranium, a mystic element found only in Hell that is unbreakable and which can amplify and project magical energies.
* Flight By projecting the hellfire through the trident, Hellstrom could gain enough thrust to levitate and to fly for short periods.

Demonic Chariot and Steeds: Daimon possesses a chariot pulled by three demonic horses, Hecate, Amon and Set. He uses this for long term travel and to transport multiple people.

Occult Regalia: Daimon also possesses a number of other magical artifacts including the Necromanteion, a magical scrying crystal, and the Grimorium Verum, an ancient arcane text.

Weaknesses
Sympathy for the DevilDaimon has a soft spot for children, and is quite adamant that children not be denied a chance to grow up in a loving family. This is because Daimon himself grew up without one, and he does not wish the same for other children.

Demonic Rage Being the child of multiple Hell-Lords means your life isn't full of unicorns and rainbows. Daimon can fly into a rage when someone threatens his friends or children.

History:
The Hell-Lords had long desired to sire a child with a human woman for use as a gateway to gain further power. A demon calling himself Satan took human form and established the trappings of a mortal life for himself near Fire Lake, Massachusetts. Keeping his true identity a secret, he married a young woman, Victoria Wingate. Daimon was born to the "Hellstrom's" a year later with a strange pentagram-shaped birthmark on his chest. His sister, Satana, was born when Daimon was three.

When Hellstrom was a young adolescent, Victoria interrupted a ritual sacrifice "Satan" had staged in their basement involving the participation of Satana. Traumatized to the point of hysteria, Victoria was institutionalized.[5] She eventually regained enough of her sanity to write a full diary describing her life with the demon before she died. Hellstrom and his sister meanwhile were placed in separate orphanages, and "Satan" disappeared to his netherworld domain, where he eventually brought Satana.

In the process of achieving self-knowledge, Daimon’s studies led him to become an accomplished demonologist, occultist, and exorcist. After several more battles with his father and his agent Baphomet, Hellstrom merged fully with his Darksoul and came into full understanding and possession of his formidable power. He sought out Dr. Strange to master his abilities and joined the Defenders for a time.
