Attributes do a bit more than just help with Resistance rolls.  Attributes also help determine the effectiveness of Vice rolling, Healing rolls if there isn't a suitable person to help around (and in some cases, may actually even be better than the help you CAN get!), and a couple of other things I can't think of right at the moment.

Having high Attributes means that you can also afford to spread out and maybe help out in a place or two, since defaulting in this case means rolling 2d and taking the worst result.

(Full disclosure--I'm teasing Reiji a bit because he and I have been discussing a project with this rule set off and on over the past several months.  He is eagerly waiting for two of the unlocked hacks from the KS campaign, being the New Orleans one and the Wild West one, and I am eagerly awaiting both the completed Scum and Villainy hack and the Coneycatchers hack.  I know he's just making sure we're on the same page.  Honest!)

Also, there's a NUMBER of the unlocks that I'm waiting for.  The two you've mentioned - Moon Over Bourbon Street and Sparrow's Folly - are a couple, but the two I'm REALLY waiting for are the Vigilante Crew Template and Null Vector.

:p Yus the busts are nice but ya scroll up and just look at the faces and those are the more... playful looking of the pics. Always better if one is having fun doing their job.

I'm not sure if you're still accepting new characters anyway, but maybe I should back out of this... it seems like a lot of people are interested already, and I've been busy recently. Getting into a new system seems a little too much right now.

No.  Puppygirls, bunnygirls, foxgirls, mousegirls, and tanukigirls are also acceptable.  As are ordinary humans.
