Appearance: Slender, with a stiff, upright and perhaps even prideful carriage, Gwen is a dark haired woman with sharp, dark eyes and frequently sour expression who wears the somber colors appropriate to a house servant.  Though it's less than obvious most of the time, she has an excellently fit body and is strong for her age, sex and appearance.  Large breasts, generous hips and a waist kept slim by years of corseting, are all hidden under her uniform, as well as a taste for bringing tears to the eyes of those who fall under her influence.

Background: Gwen is the head housekeeper for the Lord and Lady Henshaw.  She has years of experience in a fine house, and worked her way up from lady's maid to head housekeeper –more importantly, is a perverse woman of the finest order.  For the Henshaw's, this was most important.

Despite her appropriate behavior in public, Gwen is a sadist and a broad interest in shaming, humiliating and mistreating her 'betters'.  Or her fellow servants – or anyone who puts themselves in a compromising position she can take advantage of.  She's also quite willing to participate in other's perverse adventures, acting as an aide during a scene or 'preparing' a victim for another's pleasure.  She's got a high sex drive, few inhibitions and a trunk full of toys to use on others.

She was schooled in perversities from a young age, as a frail lady's maid, she fell into the clutches of a dreadfully sadistic and cruel master.  She rose above the vulnerability of that position, determined to dish out what she'd been forced to endure for years.  Now, with the Henshaw's she's been given free rein over the other servants and, this weekend, perhaps lords and ladies too.

Name: Elizabeth Greymore (Lord Greymore's sister)

Age: 20

Role: Single.

Appearance: Elizabeth is around 5'5 tall, with bright blue eyes and light brown hair that falls to the middle of her back.  She's slim, around 120 pounds, but tends to look thinner on account of all the extra layers women are expected to wear.

Background: Elizabeth and her brother have always been close, but especially since the death of their father when she was younger.  Her mother had died in giving birth to her, so the only female influence she had came from either the servants, or the governesses that were hired to tutor her until she was old enough to be sent to finishing school.  She enjoyed the schooling, though she worried about her brother's reclusiveness while  she was away.

She thought things would improve once she was home to stay, but she could never persuade him to go out, and eventually she chose to stay with him, rather than leave him alone.  She thought Vivienne's presence would bring about a change, though it only seemed he was even more happy to have the both of them stay at home with him instead.  She liked Vivienne, and she enjoyed being able to talk with her in her own native language.  They often talked about how they might persuade the master of the house to go out more, knowing he wouldn't be able to understand what they said.

When the invitation to the Henshaws' party came, the two of them were determined to get him to go somehow, knowing how exclusive the invitations were, and determined that he not waste the chance he'd been given.  He told Elizabeth she should go, but she said she'd only go if he would.  If he wanted her out in society and to be seen by any eligible men, she told him she wasn't going without him, and that he should bring Vivienne along too, seeing as she was his wife.  Surprisingly he agreed to go, and Elizabeth is under the impression that this will be simply another high society function.  Having been mostly keeping an eye on her brother since returning home from school, she's not had opportunity to be courted, much less engaged to anyone, so she doesn't have any experience with men.  She's looking forward to enjoying the weekend with Vivienne and her brother, and hopes that this will convince him to not be such a recluse all the time.

OOC:  I have the appearance and background are okay.  Not knowing what the Lord Greymore looks like from the description, I just chose something random.  I thought putting in the details about Vivienne in the background would make sense, since she's part of the family, but Dapoet and Gaga can have final say.  We can tweak stuff around, if it's needed, or if they have any suggestions.

Yep. Johnny Depp from Sleepy Hollow..I was thinking of perhaps bringing in the Greyson's driver, could be used as a single easily..even a footman, only he'd be the Greyson's rather than the Henshaw's.

First: that would be understandable.  He would be the Greyson's man.

Second: That would be up to Sasha Morgan, would the sister be living with the Greysons?  Perhaps going through something with her own husband or hasn't gotten over the passing of their father....

Richard stands 5'11", he has light brown hair with a wave in front, thin mutton chop sideburns, a mustache and two different color eyes (one brown the other a light blueish grey).

Background:
Richard is a long time business associate of Lord Darcy Henshaw.  He is a widower, his wife having died in child birth almost two years ago.  Before her death the couple were regular guests at theses events however this is the first time Richard has attended since his wife passed and he is looking forward to letting himself enjoy the festivities.

I was thinking Elizabeth still lives with her brother and his wife, so she'd be traveling with them to the party, though that might take some reworking of posts, so if it's too much bother we can always come up with a reason for her to arrive separately.  I haven't read the IC thread yet to see who all's arrived already, but I'm about to go do that as soon as I send this.  Hopefully it won't take too much doing to get her into the mix.

I'll work it into mine to help cover it. Lord Greyson was only talking to Lady Greyson, but if we overlook some of that, Elizabeth could have been there and been silent through it all. It would be a little odd, but best way to probably cover it and move forward.

They would have helped them dress, made sure everything was ready for them.  In the drawing room they would serve brandy and cigars, offering lights.

A lot of Ex Army would go into service, not so much officers tho as they would have been the Lords, but the NCOs would have gone into service, especially for their old Unit COs.

Footmen, like the others said, are at the beck and call of their masters...but they aren't maids.

Background: William came into the service of the Henshaw just recently.  He moved from Scotland to England.  He had currently been in the employment of Lord and Lady Shamus McTagert.  The Henshaws had won the servant in a game of golf.  Lady Henshaw had taken a liking to the young man.  She just had to add him to this upcoming weekend.
