Hi

es anyone know how I can load a PDF file and link it to my website? Or if there is somehow I can store it online and link its there?  It's a 40 odd page document so I really don't want to paste it all on one screen

Thanks

Basic rapidshare only allows a file to be downloaded 10 times though.

Who is your website hosted with? They generally allow some space for each, to cover the html, images and such. If the pdf is reasonably small, no reason you can't have it with the rest of the website files.

It's a free website from website builder - very basic stuff as I'm not too clever on the hmtl coding.  I have a story I've written and I wanted to put it on so others could read it but I'm probably trying to complicate things as is my usual way!

Well, I suspect we have a few people who have done web design around, and could give you some tips. I used to do it myself, but that was many moons ago. My website design program at the time was notepad :)

Lol notepad?  Hmm and I thought I was old doing C++ at college!

I'll try the sharing site Caeli suggested and see if it works!

Thanks!

If you know the codes, any basic text editor (like Notepad) becomes a perfectly serviceable HTML editor.  It's not going to be WYSIWYG, but you can always open the saved file with your browser to check how things look.

Thanks Oniya but coding confuses me so simple methods are easier for me!

Caeli's file sharing site worked so I am now a happy bunny and can start posting links to my stories on my site!

Thanks for everyones help and suggestions.   :-*
