Harry Potter RP!!!

Oh ya, I'm doing it.  I am trying to make the over played and epically failing Harry Potter RP.  And I know what you're going to say,

"But Cal!  Thousands of better organized and more crediable GM's have tried this thousands of times, and haven't made it work!  How can a shlub like you possibly pull this off?"

And my first point to that answer is;  shlub?  Really shlub?  That hurts.

Second, is that I limiting quite a lot of things in this RP because I know the biggest problem I've seen with the Harry Potter setting is it is to wide spread.  Everyone is trying to fit there character into everything going on, and it just can't happen.  Especially with people as young as eleven involved.  Which brings me to the first major rule this RP will be featuring.

NO CHARACTER SHALL BE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE!!!

All PC character students will be in there final year of Hogwarts.  And despite Harry Potter canon I am saying that the 18th year is your last year at Hogwarts.  There will be younger students at the school of course, but no one will have one as an actual character. 

This solves not only any age issues persons might have a problem with, but allows every character to be caught up in whatever kinda weird and magical kinkiness you could imagine.  Which with you people I think can be quite a lot lol

Teachers can be anywhere from I'm gunna say twenty-eight and up, but there is some wiggle room there if you have a good arguement.

Off the bat Head Master will be taken by myself, as well as Care of Magical Creature's position.  Though if anyone wants it we can come with a system where they split the work load.

Time line and setting:  It is now.  Right now actually.  The year will be 2012 and all the events of of the Harry Potter series will have happened.  That means that the Battle of Hogwarts was fourteen years ago and any students would have been four at the time.  Teachers, well that is up to you.

Now to save stepping on anyone's personal image of actual canon characters, and what they might have done after the series, none will be featured in this RP.  All the teachers will have moved on and will be replaced by new ones and so forth.  Being that the events took place in every characters life time though I will allow for things like, "I met Harry Potter once"  "My daddy was killed by death eaters!!!!"  And just general references to things of the past.  But we are not here to strictly too or continue canon material.

DO keep things general though.  We could all do enough research into this so that our characters can fit seemlessly into the canon universe with no problem.  But that it isn't the point of this.  It is to be a wizard or witch at a kick ass school and have fun lol

So bare that in mind and just remember you are here to play out magic school life as a witch or wizard.  Not have a dick measuring contest with other writers as to who can make the most referencse to the canon material.

Now hopefully that has done the job of either getting you really interested, or decided that it isn't for you and you'll move along peacably.  So with that said I open things up and can hopefully get some interest going.

While the things mentioned are set, I am to any other idea's people might have, so feel free to just throw them out there and get the convo going.

Okay here is an idea a student that actually doesn't like magic much sure she learned to use it, likely has specialties in areas where she can use it around Muggles as in subtle enchanted items and the like that can pass for a normal item and who wants (and likely working on) a Muggle career. Nothing fancy maybe she took classes during her breaks or goes to a Muggle career school and is working on some magic areas she likes.

I'm thinking a half-blood that lived in the Muggle World so figures that is as good as the Wizarding World, likely better magic gives her an edge if used well over her non-magical counterparts she just needs to be careful.

That done with, Ruby just know that while your character may have interest in the muggle world and living in it with a definate edge, she/he will have to attend full semesters at Hogwarts in order to be considered a graduate.  So while they may have as much interest in the muggle world as they may want, in order to be taken seriously in the wizard world as a fully educated person they will have to had attended Hogwarts like every other witch or wizard.

And Snowe, unless you have cursed my kin in some fashion I am unaware of I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to join lol

This massage and holistic therapy school in Oxford offers weekend options once a month leading to a basic diploma in the field and extras, I could easily work around school summers for workshops and during the school year study to this career. Likely she will have ample time to study magic hell technically she would only be there since she keeps failing key OWLS most students can leave after the fifth year if they are not seeking a wizarding profession. I figure she will have a place in Oxford for her Muggle career prep and stay at Hogwarts the rest of the time.

Anyway she likes magic she would likely be damned good at teleporting, charms and enchanting things especially to be subtle and likely the class expert on all things Muggle just well she is normal witch and well has goals of her own. I'm likely going to be focusing on charms to alter fate in her favor and everyday magic she likely figures the big things like policing is not her job that is why there are professionals among magical folks.

So I'm thinking she would go here part-time around school it would be easy enough one weekend a month for the main course and summers spent on workshops related to it and of course she could go online outside school to take a business class or others she might need.

Its just for roleplaying she will be different just trying to get into a career they can't teach her in her world and is an ordinary witch. Depending on the starting age she could be beginning her training at sixteen, might need an arrangement and a portkey if she can't teleport. If older likely completed her diploma and is fleshing out her education in related areas. Is there any wizarding law the school can't allow her to study a muggle career and also study magic?

Personality: Somewhat quiet, she is a smart witch that knows her stuff and does well in nearly all her subjects but particularly excels at potions being that she, unlike many of her fellow students, has the proper amount of patience needed for the delicate art. Outspoken only in the class room she can hold her in own in debates and can show quite a bit of vim when needed.  Outside the class room she is a bit more reserved and the term loner can apply to her in most situations being that she adores the quiet and loves devoting it to reading.  Fiction is her favourite, mostly that of muggle writers because she’s found that wizard writers unfortunately lack imagination.  An Aurora series does however reserve a special place on her bookshelf, and her guilty pleasure is the muggle magazines she has her mother send by owl every month, a tradition she must carry on due to her sister leaving last year.  Some students still find it weird that the pictures don’t move.
Appearance: A very slim but well filled girl, she takes after her mother in almost every sense except that her hair has more curl due to the few genes that her father put into the equation.  The difference of hair is the only thing that prevents Isabel from being an exact replica of her mother, they both share the same dark black shade of hair and the length which reaches just a few inches past their shoulders.  Isabel keeps her hair in a pony tale most of the time and it is a constant battle between her and her mother as to which way it should be worn; Isabel arguing that it doesn’t get in her way and is just a lot easier to deal with for the long days at school.  Her mother while an accomplished witch always did care a bit more about her appearance than her studies and back when she went to school it was that which gave her the attention she craved.  The same can be said for her sister being that even with the assistance of magic Lucia had taken as much time to get ready as any other muggle girl.  Isabella’s skin is very tan, that of a Spanish princesses in ancient paintings with the softness to match, her face also reflecting that image for she is a beautiful creature and would radiate it even more if only as her mothers says, ‘She put in a little effort’.
Bio: Born into a family with a witch for a mother and a muggle for a father, Isabella has gotten a very good handle of both sides of the fence being that she is able to switch from one to the other in an instant.  She would be ashamed to admit that a good portion of the summer is spent catching up on her favourite tv shows that her dad still to this day tapes for her and keeps himself from watching until she gets home.  Her mother see’s no point in this, as to this very day the woman doesn’t understand tv or really any form of technology for that matter.  Irish born and raised, her father Patrick is much more like his daughter in personality than looks.  He is not that tall of a man and is heavier than most.  But none can over look the fact he is a good man who keeps his family afloat, by the modest means of running his own pub in the small Irish village where Isabella grew up.
Spanish born and raised, Camilla is an accomplished witch born into a pure blood family that is slowly becoming less so, the fact being they don’t much worry about muggles and those families that are pure have usually more than one connection to the dark arts have caused the acceptance of muggle marriage to grow in the Spanish pure blood family.  Camilla herself has admitted more than one wizard or witch on her family tree has turned to the dark arts and it is just a fact nearly all pure families face.  Now while none were shocked when she married a muggle for she’d always been fond of muggles even if she didn’t really understand them, her choice in muggle did turn a few heads and raise a few eye brows.  Just as her daughters, Camilla is absolutely stunning even to this day.  The fact she tries to exude this only makes it all the more prominent, and in the Spanish School of Witchcraft and Wizardry it was commented she could get any man in the entire world, wizard or muggle it didn’t matter.  As said before her choice of Patrick turned a few heads for though a kind hearted man, she is way out of his league!  And while in aristocracy this may be common, Patrick had no money to offer or power to give; the term beauty and the beast had never been so true.  When the two did get married and settle down, Camilla instead of pursuing a carrier at the Ministry which would have been easy with her family connections, opted for running a wizard and witch section of her husbands pub.  This allowed the other wizarding families in their small village to get a feel for perhaps the old way of life rather than the human one they’d all adapted too.
Isabella was born two years into the marriage and is actually not the oldest for her sister Lucia had been born only seven months after Patrick and Camilla were engaged and wed.  This of course brought a few smirks to the families faces and some of the older members of her mothers side argue that the only reason Camilla married Patrick was because he knocked her up. 
Lucia left Hogwarts last year and is currently traveling abroad in the world, she too looks exactly like her mother and Isabel has often times been mistaken for her sister when she lets her hair down.  Now unlike Isabella who takes after her fathers personality, Lucia takes after her mothers more stylistic and fashion conscious mind set.
It was a happy home and Isabella has nothing to complain about because while she has lived in a shadow cast by her sister they are different enough so that each shines in their own unique way.  Now with Lucia gone on to bigger and better things Isabel can start this year with a fresh slate and perhaps find the time to make a real name for herself.

Oh if anyone is being a teacher my character will likely need a law savey faculty advisor so she can persue her muggle career studies while at school. Bio: Aries grew up in a muggle home with his Wizard father and Muggle- born mother. At the age of 11 he developed his powers and recieved his letter for Hogwarts. Over the years he learned many different skills and grew as a wizard. He was really young when the war happened so he doesn't remember much about it only that it changed the wizarding world forever. He now helps out his fellow students with whatever he can and also plays quidditch he's been a Beater on the Gryffindor team since his second year.

Okay then she would have completed her basic Muggle credential and be taking extra classes and workshops that is even better, those she can fit in as needed mostly they are weekend options or offered at night.

Oh anyone need a massage she will be happy to work on campus doing that, I'll work out a fair price in Wizarding money. No not that kind of massage by the way purely relaxation or sports/theraputic. I'll offer each house a rate for the Quiddich Team members for the service.

Personality: She's has a pretty dark demeanor and a cold personality but she does have a heart even if she doesn't show it all the time. Krys is very strong and agile. She likes to compete in almost any sport but quidditch has been her favorite since she was a student at Hogwarts.

Bio: [/b] Krys is the daughter of Severus Snape and an unknown witch. Her father separated from her mother when she was young so she really has no idea who the woman is. After her fathers death she graduated from Hogwarts and decided to take up defense classes in the muggle world. She has skills in MMA fighting, Pro Wrestling, and A variety of different styles of Martial Arts. She returned to Hogwarts after a period of time and requested the position of potions master seeing her father was potions master for years before he became the Defense Against The Dark Arts Teacher and then Headmaster. Krys also requested to bring in a new class that would help young witches and wizards if they encountered any problems in the muggle world, the status of that is still pending confirmation.

Personality: Is not all that complex she is a passing student mostly due to her lack of a focus that would lead to a wizarding career even the Weasely brothers worked on a business so for her its not even that, but she gets by. Is generally not lazy just is not for working hard why, her magic in the Muggle world is a huge advantage if one uses it properly and within the law. So she does enough to get by and focuses on a few areas on her own that interest her. But she has good points she is very loyal to her friends and always helps those in need of some help in Muggle matters is sort of the go to student in the Hufflepuffs for that and she is maybe not the best student but does stick up for what she believes in even if not popular. Toselyn is openly a lesbian of the trendy lipstick variety in fact she loves being a woman and being with feminine women when she has a girlfriend but is still a virgin, she just wants to be in love and well that hasn't happened yet.

Is 5 ft./7 in. tall, fit, tends to dress trendy and upscale with a flair for the exotic when not in school but can pass in Muggle society as an eccentric and carries her wand in a magical sheath under her neckline in back that hides it well. (The outfit is usually what she wears outside of school save favors magical enhancements on the shoes to make them comfy.) In the Muggle World has access to modern tech from handheld modern devices for communication and carried the latest technology on her is very much part of both worlds but more in the Muggle one.

Bio: Is from a half-blood background her father is a Muggle who works at Scotland Yard as a forensic specialist and her mother holds a post at the Ministry in administration handling records so she is not prestigious in that regard. Her time at Hogwarts has been rocky its not she hates magic she likes it just is headstrong, independent and finds all the expectations of everyone prohibitive. She caused quite the scandal when she refused to take the OWLS and not even worked hard like the other students and then again when she decided to enter a muggle profession as a Masseuse. Its not she is not a good witch in many areas she stands out but generally she views the education restrictive and is very reformist minded on such matters influenced from Muggle educational radicalism. Currently she holds a full Muggle identity and had a place in Oxford a nice home, bank account and even all the trappings. But she used the laws on both sides to her advantage and is well versed in magical use. Apparition is her other specialty mostly since she uses it so much she went out of her way to refine it. Is an expert on Muggles even goes to their world for career training and lives among them as much as she can often getting away for a day during the week and spend summers traveling in their world where gambling is legal at eighteen.

Wand: 10 1/2 Inch Long Willow Wand with a Core of Unicorn Hair with a Handle Carved with a Diamond Pattern and a Long Rounded Straight Shaft

Anything else you would like to add:  Is overall not a good student Potions never interested her much, magical history is largely boring but she knows the basics, transforming things she never got into much, being a pacifist she avoided defense against the dark arts when it involved hurting things but is capable in charms so enchanting items with defense magic and other spells is of interest to her. She did study Muggle and Wizarding Laws in areas she does her thing magically in so she can avoid pitfalls following these to the letter over intent when needed. One things she is an expert in magically besides teleportation is magics that work around Muggles she has charms to tip games of chance largely in her favor long term place on items, spells to make her business more profitable in subtle charms to promote appeal of Muggles to her not overt control and other than that knows enough to get along everyday using magic (household magic). She holds a Muggle professional license in Massage Therapy and is mostly working on that to have a career not wishing a magical one.

Personality: Cocky. That one word describes Vincent completely, in various matters. He knows who he is, how strong he is, and he uses that knowledge whenever needed, as well as with any purpose but to prove his power. Knowing what he wants means getting what he wants, so if that does not happen, all hell is bound to break loose. With friends, he is the fun, partying type who always knows just what to do to get things going. The usual smirk and wink will get him anything from anyone, especially the women that continuously fawn over him. Somehow, beneath all the rudeness and extremely pushy actions, he was graced with a large and strong mind, managing to be in the top five of every class without lifting a finger, so to speak.

Appearance:

Standing six foot four and donning a healthy amount of tanned muscle, he is an intimidating person to look up at. His hair is a dark color, somewhere between brown and black, and always sits in waves upon his head, quite accidentally. Piercing, blue/gray eyes fluctuate in lightness and darkness depending on his mood. When in uniform, the top two or three buttons of his shirt or undone, tie hanging loosly beneath the color- he only dresses formally when it is needed, not when around those unworthy of seeing him dressed so. Out of uniform, his clothes are of the expensive variety, a black leather jacket often found on his person when he chooses to go out. Otherwise, he dresses in button-ups, sleeves rolled just below his elbows, with jeans. Very rarely will he be seen in  simple t-shirts.

Bio: At a young age, the boy showed proof of being a strong and ruthless Death Eater. Thus, he has held the title strongly and boldly since the startling age of seven. No one would have ever allowed such a young boy to become a part of the merciless army of death, if he hadn't slaughtered his Aunt's entire family simply because his father had become enfuriated upon learning that they were muggle-lovers. Considering the boy to be a perfect prodigy, the Death Eaters welcomed him with open arms, his name known in every household under the worship of the Dark Lord. From that day forward, Vincent found himself training his body and his wand at least six hours a day, deciding that his magic must be stronger than all others, and his body twice as strong; there was no chance he would let himself look like a pussy with no muscle or fighting skill. Upon entering the School for Witchcraft and Wizardry, he made a following for himself, both with other members of dark House, as well as with the ladies. He has kept a balance between school, social life, and work for many years. The days that he would disappear for a noticable amount of time, friends, and even teachers, would cover, giving others the impression that he frequently fell ill. When he returned looking extremely worn out and pale, the story held up, but it was seen as a weakness to be in such a condition. Pressure from his father to become stronger and better is seen as a type of fatherly love to Vincent as he refuses to accept that his father is merely using him to become famous among the other Death Eaters. His mother casts a blind eye to everything, choosing to spend her time visiting her older children in the various countries they chose to spread themselves to.

Wand: 13" salvaged Agarwood with a serpent engraving, head at the handle, tail at the tip. The center is a Cassowary feather soaked in the venom of an Inland Taipan.

Anything else you would like to add: His family has earned their riches, though he, surprisingly, makes his own, never taking a cent from his father.

Her shyness does not transfer into school, though, since she will say what she wants, to whom she wants whenever she wants, finding it very easily to tell others off. Only five foot four, she is a very small girl, though her skinny body do not lack any desirable curves. Her hair and eyes almost match in color, iris' disappearing when the wind blows her wavy locks forward. Although not immediately stunning, she holds a hidden beauty that she refuses to acknowledge. Her uniform is never worn correctly, always looking disheveled and perhaps a bit too shirt. The clothes she regularly wears consist of anything from cowboy-esque outfits, to leather and jean in the strangest of fashions.

Bio: Although she is a pure blood, Amallia's parents always taught her to see the best of both worlds and be kind to everyone, including muggles. As hard as she has tried to live by this, something always told her not to trust muggles. Whenever she was around them, she felt as if they actually tried to be stupid and were too closed minded to be decent to. Around her parents, she acted comfortable, but perhaps that was the reason she ended up in Slytherin.
When in school, she is a good student, never doing badly in class, but also never doing particularly well. The only class she actually enjoys is Potions, something she had always had a knack for. Being an only child with parents who constantly worked, she always got into the cupboards and various mixable items they had, managing to come up with a few new potions (a few having gotten her into trouble with the Ministry). At home, she acted like a perfect little girl, but when returning to school, she often found herself in Hogsmead and running through hidden areas of the castle.

Personality: Despite the fact that he comes from a family well known for producing dark wizards (his uncle being a well known Death Eater responsible for the death of Remus Lupin) Johnathan is rather laid back and easy going. Most people consider the fact that he ended up in Slytherin to be some sort of fluke because he might be pure blooded but he seems to lack any real drive or ambition. This isn't the whole of him though, the laziness and apathy masks a desire to gain power, as long as people keep underestimating him it will be easier for him to act when the perfect moment came about. Intelligence and ambition hidden behind apathy and general shabbiness.

Johnathan stands only five foot nine and weighs a hundred and fifty pounds soaking wet, he keeps himself fit because it helps with his flying but he doesn't have any desire to play Quiditch, he flies because he enjoys just floating above the clouds, looking down on everyone below him.
Bio: Johnathan comes from a very well to do if infamous family of Death Eaters, something that makes many people suspicious of him when they first meet him. When he was younger he found it hard to make friends, as parents would either encourage their children to avoid him or to befriend him because of his families reputation. Time that others would spend with other young wizards was instead spend floating above the tree tops on a broom with a book in hand. Wanting to make sure that he had access to any and all knowledge possible he didn't limit himself to just books by wizards, muggle texts such as The Prince were also read and taken to heart.
When he first arrived at Hogwarts things didn't become much easier for him, other Slytherins thought him a disgrace because he expressed no open desire to rule and didn't seem to have any great distaste for muggles. When he at first tested among one of the top students in the school he learned that it drew less attention when he held himself back, sticking towards the middle of the pack. Some teachers suspect he is brighter then he acts but Johnathan is dedicated to keeping up the act, let others think him to be the lazy fool while he learns more and more about them, perhaps when the time is right he will make a play for power but until that times comes he will enjoy himself.

Anything else you would like to add: Don't try to touch his had, he had placed a few enchantments on it that allows him to toss it and have it return to his hand, fold it down to the size of a napkin, and preform plenty of other simple tricks with it, it also contains a low level shielding charm, protecting him from low level hexs and curses so long as he is wearing it.

An old model for a site that I was on years ago, one plot point involved one student attempting to build his own base so he could become a dark lord one day while Johnathan, or at least an earlier version of him attempted to undermine the would be dark wizard for his own gain.
Ended up killing him using some of the powdered fang from inside of his wand, though the wand needed to be repaired.
Glad I managed to get an apperence that matches the look of his "uncle" in the films.

Krys, I think I see two possibilities with Aries and my characters. Him and Amallia could be unlikely friends; they both like to have fun and even though he is mud-blood, she still feels comfortable around him and overlooks his impurity.

Also, him and Vincent could be rivals. :D It just seems to make sense. The kind-hearted Gryffindor vs. the stuck-up Slytherin. Sound familiar? (:

She married a muggle born wizard from Britain who moved to America and worked in the bookstore just down the street from her wand shop. All was well until Amira was 7 years old and a group of sexiest wizards who were angry that a witch was making wands attacked the wand shop that the family lived above. They killed her mother right before her eyes with a killing curse just before her father ordered their house elf to get Amira out as he too was killed. Taken somewhere safe by the house elf she lived with friends of her mother for a couple of weeks until she was sent (along with the elf and the only things left from her home, 8 wands of her mother's making that somehow made it through the fire) to live with her only family left, two old maid great aunts in Britain (her father's side of the family), one who was a muggle born witch and the other who was just a muggle. There haunted by nightmares of what had happened she grew into a quiet somewhat shy girl but with delight she got her letter to Hogwarts when she was 11, she entered Hogwarts (with her cat who was just a little kitten at the time) feeling somewhat out of place, American girl who lived with her strange old aunts but she quickly found her place. Still being shy and somewhat withdrawn into herself she isn't very good at making friends but despite her shyness she flourished, she became seeker for the Ravenclaw team in her second year and became Captain of the team as well as a Prefect when she was 15. Having the sharp mind of a Ravenclaw she was always very skilled in all her classes only having struggled with Divination and History of Magic, but still passable in both. Having a love and connection to animals and also just wanting to know if she could do it, she became a Animagus and was delighted that only did she do it she loved her form, a strong tiger.

He is loyal to people he cares about, if he had anyone to be loyal to. He has a natural soft spot in his heart for Slythies, but terribly hates Gryffs. Bio: Jacob is a half-blood the son of a pure witch and a muggle father. The muggle father left when he found out, outraged. Jacob never really got along with people in muggle elementary school, and was consequently socially awkward when he came to Hogwarts. He had a puppy dog crush on a boy in his first year, and, unable to figure out how to handle these feelings, wore his heart on his sleeve. He got crushed for it. The boy was not gay and wanted no part in Jacob's over emotional nature. No one else did either, so Jacob was an outcast. Second year, he buried his emotions to make sure that that wouldn't happen again, but no one wanted to be around him that year either because he was so emotionless and cold, being socially awkward. So third year he decided to take his emotions out on everyone. He really didn't care who, he just wanted people to hurt the way he was hurt. Jacob is no stranger to fights, having gotten into detention many times for both magical duels and fist fights. His wand is a strong one, made for fighting and duels, especially for hexes and curses.

Anything else you would like to add: This is a character I like to use a lot of on Post-Potter rps, generally. This is just a short abridged version of his history/personality. As Jacob is very socially awkward and very unlikeable, I want someone who can put up with his aggressive nature and who would truly care for him despite his bullshit. That someone would have to wade through an attack and resistance followed by heavy emotion. So ya, he's a basketcase, good luck. :P

Appearance:
Bio: josh is a pureblood wizardfrom Godrics Hollow. As a child, Josh was kept away from muggles as much as possible by his parents, who believed that muggle contact weakened a wizard. Therefor he did not really know anything much about muggles and muggle society, until he came to Hogwarts at the age of eleven. His parents had expected him to become part of Slytherin, but the sorting hat, sensing the boy´s kind and quiet nature, placed him in Hufflepuff. Joshua was a rather average student, but he excelled in flying a broomstick. On his second year he was admitted to the Quidditch team as a substitute chaser. He was there during the famed match in which Harry potter was downed by his own keeper. In his third year, Joshua´s skills had improved so much, that he became the team´s seeker, and in that year, he helped secure the season victory by catching the snitch against Ravenclaw as well as Slytherin. In that year he was a witness to the attack on Hogwarts, but had to remain in the main rooms with the other young students. He became team captain in his fourth year, winning the cup three more times. After Hogwarts Joshua was entered into the British national team, and won the 2002 and 2006 world cups. In 2010, only a few months before the world cup began, his arm was injured in a freak accident. Although he retains most of the functionality in the arm, no manner of magical or muggle medical care made it as good as it was. Though still capable of competing Joshua decided to leave the sport behind, but this year a letter arrived from his old school, asking him to take up the position of flight instructor, and he accepted. the new headmaster also asked him to take up the position of coach for the Hufflepuff Quidditch team, which he reluctantly accepted. he still feels like an outsider at Hogwarts though, now being a colleague of famed wizards and witches he once studied under. He´s quite popular with the students though, and not only those of Hufflepuff. He´s even been known to offer his services as a Quidditch coach to players on other teams. When asked about this, he simply answers that maybe, just maybe, he might find a student worthy of playing for the national team, and limiting his search to only a quarter of the students would be stupid.

As of yet no, there is no major story line going on.  This is however the last year for every student character, so there is I think plenty of plot in that alone.

Also too, being that I have the character of the Head Master and another Professor, I will be able to steer certain plot idea's that come to mind.

At the same time, if you have a plot line you want to explore with your character, let me know and I can help make that happen if I think it would help the RP.

Bio: Born and raised in Whales with two muggle parents, Carter lived a great life. A nice home to live in with an older brother who is also a muggle, and a younger sister who is a witch. All throught his years at Hogwarts, the Slytherins have hated him because he is a mudblood. Not that he cared. Carter didn't care about what they had to say. Not until a Slytherin came out to him in fifth year, and he fell in love with said Slytherin. After a couple of months, the Slytherin boy broke it off and told all his friends about how the 'Mudblood Gryffindor' was gay and tried to get with him. The rumor spread throughout Hogwarts like uncontrollable Fiendfyre and he lost most of the friends he had. Now he only has two friends who will actually talk to him. Carter is very good with Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts.
