GM/DM needed for Group Game idea

Hey guys! So, I have an interesting idea for a group game. It would be DC based, but with a twist that I haven't seen here on E. It is possible it's been done before, but not that I am aware in my time here. At any rate, I need some help. I'm pretty good at visuals, setting up a board, so on. I have a pretty good idea, and a good place to start. What I need, is a GM/DM who can help me with the following:

Story ideas and driving the overarching plot
Modding discord server / E boards
Helping motivate and wrangle writers, enforce rules, etc
