Villain Name: Sparrow
Quirk: Can turn her tattoos into abilities. For example the large black tribal wings on her back will sprout forth and allow her to fly.
backstory: at a young age she thought she was quirkless and never tried to be a hero. When she turned 21 she got her first tattoo, a small flock of ravens on her thigh. One night when she was attacked in a back alley on her way home she cowered in fear and the flock of ravens manifested, they attacked her attacker and pecked out his eyes, leaving him blind. Since then she's become addicted to the ink. She steals to fund her tattoo habit and won't be happy until she's got a tattoo on almost her whole body.
Appearance: Long raven black hair that reaches to her waist, green eyes, and more tattoos than she can count. She tends to wear the bare minimum as it makes using her tattoos easier. Usually spotted in a pair of tight leather shorts and a red virgin killer sweater.

Appearance: hip length black hair pulled back in a ponytail at the base of her neck, heterochromia with her right eye being a dark blue and her left eye being pale blue almost white. She’s a curvy girl.

Hero Costume: N/A

Background: The product of a loveless quirk marriage she was always the family disappointment. Her birth killed her mother and left her with her father who was a super sonic bastard. Whenever he was angry, and he was angry often, he would rip the noise canceling headset off of Hibiki’s head and scream at her. Because of this she grew up hating the sound of peoples voices and would flinch any time someone removed her specialty made headset.

She learned to read lips as a young girl so that she wouldn’t have to hear someone speak in order to answer them. This of course came with drawbacks, such as masked heroes or if someone was speaking behind her. Even so she became insistent that people either accept her reading their lips or learn how to speak sign language so that she could communicate with them.

She was an outcast, unwanted by most hero agencies due to her rejection of her quirk, so she became a school teacher. She took up teaching sign language to special needs students. Shortly after she was hired on at an elementary school she learned that she could pinpoint the exact resonance of an object just by listening closely. Which would have made her a great partner for a supersonic hero...if she could stand to be around them.

Quirks: Super Hearing- Heightened sense of hearing
Vibrational Resonance: She can tell the exact shatter point resonance of any object.

Name: Naoise Marie O’Connor

Age: 23

Class: Support Class transfer student

Quirk: Toxin- She can infect a person with a disease just by reaching out and touching a person

Background: From a young age she has been told that she would never be a hero, how could someone with a quirk like hers possibly do hero work? So she threw herself into inventing and perfecting support gear. She worked tirelessly to perfect antitoxin delivery systems and things of the like to help protect others from her own quirk.

Her work on support gear caught the attention of many different support classes across the world and she eventually decided she wanted to attend UA, to which her parents were very proud. They moved to Japan to support her in her quest to be the best support specialist she could be. She now lives a couple blocks from UA and is excited to begin working on her precious works of art for UA.

Appearance: Frizzy mop of flaming red hair that hangs just past her shoulders, Toxic Green eyes, always wears gloves and long sleeved shirts. Her skin is a sickly pale porcelain color and she has pale freckles that dot along her nose and cheeks. She is a lanky girl with very little in the way of curves, she stands 5’8”

Quirk: Siren- when this girl sings all who hear it are entranced to do as her song instructs them to

Background: Surrendered under the Safe Haven law in Georgia she is the epitome of a southern bell. Her soft voice and delicate mannerisms are completely at odds with her masked hero persona. She grew up in a small foster home that housed about 13 children at any given time. She was seen as an income not a person by her foster family. She resolved to get the laws changed, to save children from abusive or otherwise wrongful housing. When she grew up she petitioned the state of Georgia to start changing the laws, requiring foster houses to provide detailed receipts covering all that the foster child money went to each month. These changes spread like wildfire and she turned to a life of heroism shortly afterward, deciding that sex trafficking rings were next on her shitlist.

Now she flees to Japan after her identity was uncovered by a dangerous criminal overlord. (If older than 27 she teaches Foreign Hero policy at UA)

Appearance: Gentle curls of strawberry blonde hair frames a pale freckled face. Deep ocean blue eyes always seem to dance with some joke that only she knows. She is fairly thin with supple but proportionate curves. She stands at 5’7”.

Hero Appearance: This fiery masked hero wears a iridescent greenish teal mask and her curls are kept up in pigtails. She is fearsome and fearless in her iridescent mother of pearl colored costume. She looks like a siren stepped out of a fairytale book for children.
