Hogwarts: A Second Prophecy. OOC, Profile Page.

~~ And the story begins. ~~

It has been exactly two hundred years since the defeat and death of the Dark Lord Voldemort at the hands of Harry Potter and his Order of the Phoenix. Since that day the Deather Eaters and dark mages alike were supposedly killed in roves and swept away in post-war fever. This, however, seemed to be naught but conspiracy and plot, for they truly went underground as they had numerous times in the past, awaiting a time when they could allow their revenge against the magical world and the descendants of Harry Potter himself alike. It seemed, however, that this plan did not sit well with certain individuals, and whilst most who apposed this new regime were dealt with quite swiftly, some of those targeted by the Death Eaters escaped and regrouped at Hogsmead, creating what is now know as the 'Second Order', named after the Order of the Phoenix allied with Hogwarts and Potter in the second wizarding world war, and with his parents and the Longbottom's in the first wizarding world war.

A new threat in the form of a cloaked wizard who has, after murdering the previous leader of the Death Eaters and usurping his reigns, declared himself the third true 'Dark Lord' of all wizards, and then promptly declared in due measure that a Third Wizarding War was to come to pass, and that from that day forth the entire world, wizarding and muggle, were to bow down to him/her as supreme ruler, or suffer a fate far worse than death. Hundreds of witches and wizards were killed blatantly, and muggles were kidnapped and tortured for the amusement the masked one and their cronies, murdered for blood sport and training. Yet, still, these acts are unclear to the common folk of the Wizard World, and a new year at Hogwarts is about to begin. Yet the Dark Lord has other targets on his mind..targets a lot closer to home. Their first target; The Elder Wand, pieces scattered upon the depth of the Hogwarts Lake.
