Locking threads?

Just noting in case this isn't purposeful: Locking threads does not seem to be an option for me or Mr. Fyre anymore.  Was this disabled (for whatever reason, which I'm not asking for) or is this an error?

Not an option for me, either, as far as I can see.
One on One stories on hold currently. Apologies to my writing partners.

Apparently Veks had to disable that option for the time being as it was messing with different permissions.
