I play video games in periods, normally its when I pick up a game and get hooked on it. Then I can go for months without playing a single video game. So at least I understand the fun.  ;)

Depends if I've read the book/seen the movie first. If I've read the book first, I almost always watch the movie. If I saw the movie first, I don't bother reading the book.
