The RP Thread is officially up!

I still have some kinks to work out in the plot but I figure we can do some character interacting while we wait.
I didn't include everyones' worlds in the first post so everyone can kind of jump in where they see fit, I'll move around some NPCs to make sure nobody gets left out once I see what everyone is up to in the RP.
