Inquiry Around Private Messages

I have messages that date back to...well...the beginning of time. Is there an expeditious way to delete large quantities of messages at once that I am not seeing?

If you just want to lop off the messages older than a certain point, you can go to the 'Actions' menu and select 'Prune Messages'.  (Might have to do some calculating, as it asks for 'older than _____ days', and the beginning of time is quite a ways back.  ;)  )

Be aware that this removes them from folders as well.
