How many messages can your in box hold?

Every single message board I've been to, the in box has a size limit that can only hold a certain amount of messages.  However, for some strange reason, I cannot find that here.

If there is an unlimited amount, then that is a fantastic feature that I have to say.  It really isn't a dire need as I don't have that many messages right now, but it is more for future references.

There are a few people here with over ten thousand messages in their inbox and some with thousands in their outbox.

There is a rate limit - how fast you are allowed to send pms out - but it's pretty generous.
