Welcome to my little add for starfinder, which is pathfinder but on space! Well, sort of. As rule systems there is some familiar but then unfamiliar elements. Anyways there had been murmur for starfinder games and I decide take first dip into it as GM and one who had RL sessions cut off with folks getting excited on Warhammer 40K miniatures and one players moving out (so unlikely games continue). But sort want finish my char into his planned retirement and it serve as platform for players on E get involved. Anyways below comes fluff and most bottom is chargen stuff. Anyways I am drawing inspiration from several sources for the game; Cowboy Bepop, Black Lagoon, Outlaw Star and Legend of Galactic Heroes. But overall tone of the game is smut heavy, but with plot! Not just that kind plot but actual plot! Plus fun (at least try)!



Pouncing Blue Moon

That name has become synonymous across the pact worlds for 'wandering troublemaker' in past couple decades. In first decade it was infamous pirate vessel, known for it's audacity, boldness and gathered fame as troubleshooting mercenaries for hire, opportunistic ship which worked and worked against space pirates, worked both sides on galactic wars as smugglers and so forth. Core leader team at Pouncing Blue Moon was female android, shirren, vesk and ysok. Which origins were largerly unknown and were unpredictable bunch.

But something happened decade ago which made core leadership break, some suspects the core team faced seriously against the swarm and rest of leadership died, some suspect ysok betrayed all others, some suspect they simply achieved each their individual dreams and split up quietly. None the less ysok leader remained and became sole owner of Pouncing Blue Moon and the ship itself had mysterious origin and design which was further advanced by industrial and batshit insane engineering ysok.

However, ysok leader, known as Smikey the Hot Cheese, did not continue career as a pirate. He started slowly change the ship purpose, firstly starting fresh recruitment of the crew. Instead hiring hardest and toughest criminals and space pirates, he hired beautiful women. Skilled, tough and gifted, but still, beautiful various alien species women.

Overtime following second decade Smikey turned former smuggling pirate vessel into a wandering strip club, porn studio and personal luxury cruise. Recruitment credentials are pretty clear; you must be pretty first, followed by then talent, gifted and skills. Lastly following a open mind for casual sexual interaction (with above average sexual libido as plus). As main scandalous income for the Pouncing Blue Moon is for through live holocron feed provide galactic entertainment as bad girls do 'bad things' one another in the ship. There are some handful selected male members in ship as well, with same credentials as women albeit their case 'physical stamina' being highest valued attribute along with sexual libido and virility. Smikey is after all growing old and so his own libido would not be match entertain audience and crew of 20 women.

Pouncing Blue Moon is still registered wanted by the law, but Smikey runs smooth bribing operation and over the years advertising of fun naughty times in his ship has earned him serious favors with movers and shakers in Pact World political scene, anything what happens in Pouncing Blue Moon can be private, for a price. In return said privacy the high profile visitors, clients and such, get to taste briefly sweet forbidden fruit being outlaw and rebel with no responsibilities.

Smikey is still sole owner of the ship and ship AI answers orders directly from him. If something would happen, the ship would shut itself down entirely. So far he has not chosen successor for his ship and many men and women are vouching themselves. As the old mouse does not have many years left and is matter of time when Smikey bites the dust one way or the other, despite biomechanical replacement organs which he had purchased to extend his own lifespan beyond usual for Ysok species.

But despite he is old, he is still craving for adventure, rush of speed in races and eluding escape and albeit his body has grown frailer, his mind has not. He is still one the legendary four original leaders of the Pouncing Blue Moon and was likely mastermind behind operations thanks his technical genius. However this is not story of Smikey, but the crew which he build in second half of decade. It's story of the adventures of galactic misfits living in mixed community/family with perverted quirks and benefits.



Starting level: 6
Stats: All stats start on 10, apply race/theme modifiers and then apply 10pts as you wish on stats. No stat goes above 18 in this phase. Then once done, apply 5th level stat upgrade (four stats get raised, anything 16 or below get raised by +2, 17 or higher get raised by +1).
Gear/Wealth: You start with 15,000 credits (max 1/3 spend to any item, not counting modules/upgrades), if no theme/quirk influencing it.
Races/Class/Theme: Any is allowed from official sources, however willing to generate new alien race if neither classic races nor new starfinder races fancy you. Below is two new races; Anthorans and Kemos. Along with pair of new themes as well. On note on androids; they do not need be default be human in appearance.
They can appear any race but they all got glowing tattoos/parts in them (NSFW)



New Species:
Anthoran

Anthorans are species group of humanoid x animal hybrids. They all hail from star system known as Furbolgia, which is made from several planets where Anthorans evolved, grew, waged war one another in galaxy until they united under single galactic banner as Anthorans. They are relatively newcomers to the Pact World, but like Golarion system, Triune had provided means to space travel to their race many centuries ago. But thanks own internal territory conflict they had contained themselves in their own politics and not get much at all involved with Pact World politics. But now past century or so Anthorans have build up their presence in other worlds as well but they are still very much confined to their own galactic sector in matters and politics but seek expanding relatively peacefully.

Appearances of Anthorans range widely, comparable to human appearances or androids (which some models were build after themselves). However compared rest Pact Worlds, android independence on their models is fairly new law (came with joining Pact Worlds) and many old customs and traditions regarding androids still stand (much to annoyance of other androids). So naturally Anthorans and non-anthorian androids do not get along. But they get very easily along with humans, their appearances as animals (more so cute and sexier kind) throws humans off guard a bit socially and they are more welcome and open for interaction with Anthorans. A result of this high social encounters has resulted in growing galactic population of Kemos, Anthoran x non-Anthoran hybrids, which came much surprise to them and rest of galaxy to see how comparable their genes are. More so as Kemo's born from said unions are not infertile like usual with cross species mutants, standing on their own as their own species which slowly makes way in the galaxy.

Racials
+2 Str or Dex, +2 Wis, -2 Int, 4 HP

Animal Senses: Anthorans gain low-light vision.
Keen Senses: Anthorans get +2 perception skill rolls.
Natural Weapons: Anthoran have natural weapons like Vesk do have. Gaining weapon specialization for them in 3th level.
Adaptive Biology: Anthorans bodies are highly adaptive to environment, so they gain +2 to all fort saves against environmental hazards and against disease and toxins.

Kemos

As Anthorans started interact with rest species in galaxy, even more erotic manner (thanks animal instincts), they started create progeny of their own hybrids which have grown more and more populous past century. Kemos are still rarer than most species but they are building rapidly as they come both from Anthoran x non-Anthoran couples and from Kemo couples as well. Kemos are simply hybrid species which combines Anthoran animal traits with other species traits in overall humanoid/human looking hybrid. Kemos so far have no own planet or systems nor much culture, usually adapting or adopting traits either from Anthoran parent, the non-Anthoran parent or unique blend from Kemo parents.

Racials
+2 Str or Dex, +2 Cha, -2 Wis, 4 HP

Adopted Genes: Kemos either through cross-breeding or lingering influence from ancestral non-anthoran parent they get to choose one racial trait from any canon alien species/fantasy species or skilled (from human ancestry).


New Themes

Playboy Model (+1 Cha)
Since dawn of the era of space travel, many men and women first question upon encountering alien life usually is; "Can I have sex with it?". It's the unspoken primal truth to many species with any sex drive whatsoever. Even androids can go extend to get modules and modify their own bodies to able experience sexual bliss, if they are not later generation build sexual models for specifically sexual gratification purpose.

Your professional in regards alien anatomy, sex habits, fetishes, erotica of alien cultures and what not. You could had become a icon, but instead you chose a less glamorous and shadier career either out of necessity for quick buck or through own perversions. Even in military it's appreciated there are 'stress relief' officers, as your kind are called who work as soldiers and mercenaries in various galactic armies.

Theme Knowledge (1st level): You reduce DC by -5 on any knowledge rolls regarding knowing alien species erotic/breeding behavior/abilities or knowing any erotic nature businesses and their location (or regarding staff in given industry) or erotic used drugs/toys/gadgets. You gain profession as a class skill, if it's already a class skill you gain +1 checks for it.

Fascinating Performance (6th level): When you use your profession skill to pull off a performance, targets witnessing your performance must roll will saving throw DC 10 + 1/2 your level + Cha modifier, or else be fascinated long as your performance lasts.

Vigor (12th): By spending 1 resolve point you can recover from fatigued condition, or 2 resolve point to remove exhausted condition. You have learned to push through your physical limits through your resolve.

Galactic Sweetheart (18th): People recognize you easily (DC 5 wisdom check), give 10% discount from all services and whenever you pull off good performance (rolling DC 20 profession check) on crowd either live or holo you regain 1 resolve point.

Carouser (+1 Cha)
Your official party gal/boy, you have partied most of your life and know how have good time anywhere on the galaxy and know top names of clubs and party arrangers. You take life casually and in hedonistic delight and seeking always greater thrill and next party, party till your dead and perhaps even beyond. You get culture as class skill, if it's already a class skill, you gain +1 bonus to culture skill checks.

Theme Knowledge (1st level): You reduce DC by -5 on any rolls to gather information where are clubs, parties or people going to parties. Also any knowledge rolls regarding entertainment clubs or people who regularly visit them or any party drugs, gadgets or other consumables used in parties.

Drug Affinity (6th level): Thanks lifetime of use of drugs, all drugs you use or consume have twice more impact or last twice as long in your system.

Rave Frenzy (12th): While your under effects of a recreational drug, you can take one extra move or standard action so long neither action is using magic or doing hostile action any kind.

Rave Fever (18th): While under influence of recreational drug you can spend resolve point not to become asleep, fatigued, exhausted, frightened, panicked nor cowering. Also your immune to negative side effects of using drugs or drug addiction. You gain 1 resolve point whenever you attend a rave party which lasted at least over a day.

D.Va typed holovid show star is entirely suitable for this game :). As mentioned the ship presently is mixture of porn studio, personal luxury cruise and ship filled various misfits of galaxy who do naughty stuff for audience entertainment. Up to you did she wound up into fame starting in ship or did she already have some fame but started build it in joining the crew seeing they were doing something bit more unique approach to live adult entertainment.

Overall ship setup for their income is that there is 24/7 live feed on most areas where audience gets see ladies naked, getting frisky and fuck each other (and male crew members joining as well and Smikey himself as well in Hugh Hefner style). But besides the 'porn parties' the ship also continues do discreet trouble shooting and do small time heists and other profitable crimes (smuggling included). So there comes Cowboy Bepop style element picking odd jobs here and there, also reason why parts of ship is not monitored so those things can be discussed (but may ask to fool crowd why your carrying suspicious crates to cargo hold and bluff they are party supplies and not smuggled crystals/guns etc).

It seems the chaotic axis of alignment is acceptable but just how evil can/should the characters be? Don't want to do the abruptive "chaotic dumbass" types but just wondering how killy/enslavy MC could get without disrupting the flow of the story.

Well, alignment is up to you but despite whatever alignment you play, your char must get along with others and be loyal to the crew. Enslaving, trickery, drugging someone to be dragged for sake of entertainment fix are all acceptable norms (so NC is possible). A outright bloody psycho torture scenes and mutilations are not in menu.

Ok, I am okay a CE soldier female who whenever ship ports goes visit local clubs/bars, makes some man/woman get wasted so they can 'kidnap' them on the cruise ship and then play with them until dropping them off at next stop (and naturally not inform more stricter minded security officer or staff about it) :P. That sort jinxes and stories I aim for; smutty and fun overall.

Well, this seems interesting.  I've only recently started reading up on Starfinder, but it quickly got my interest since it reminded me of old 3E era Dragonstar rules, and we haven't got any other space-era upgrades to Pathfinder style games since.

So the style we're shooting for is a porn studio floating in space crossed with late nineties/early two thousands style space opera?  I mean, if we draw inspiration from the likes of Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Firefly, and other 'scoundrels on a starship' type shows.  Which is awesome, since those are the kind of shows that really got me into the space western/soft scifi genre growing up.  Those were the shows of my late youth, and I'm more than willing to pay homage to that.

That said, from my current pagethrough of Starfinder, it's basically a little streamlined Pathfinder with some differences in focus thrown in.  The only real negative opinion I have for it is the lack of spellcaster progression past 6th level spells, which sucks, since I like spellcasters a lot.

However, for this style of game, I might just go for a more tech-focused android-type deal.  Or if shaping up to have several hacker types already, I might just go for the River Tam.  Or something.  I'm still shifting through Starfinder, looking at the different options.  Are you going to be using the starship combat a lot in this, or is it more of an occasional thing that might crop up if bad luck catches up with their ship?

There will be space combat, as mentioned I take max 7 players and ship will be a cruiser in size so minimum 20 crew members (so there will be NPC's on board besides Smikey so the chars present somekind leadership or higher than above average skill or competence compared other members of the crew). Smikey himself is 12th level highly age advanced ysok.

Aha, so racially a kemos. Anyways on Solarian your bit mystic warrior type; controlling power of stars in form of armor or weapon of your choice and later gain powers relating to them. Besides origins and having affinity for power of stars need think why you hired (or recruited) yourself join the infamous vessel which have clear standards for women onboard in it.

So far there is no clear role or class covered yet Muse, if you work fast you can claim any race/class composition you like :). Only so far Sain had shown interest on Kemo girl (bunny girl) who may be solarian. But that's from quick check up from Sain's part through the book.

What I most await are more concrete finished char presentations, sheets not need done asap but need pic, background, personality, race and overall idea what char is (where they come from, how they came join/recruited to ship and what role they cover etc).

Background: Lazzar is a kemos girl from no where important. A lost girl who looked for herself in the endless party boats sailing through the galaxy when it was too early for her and ended up hooked. She awakened many things in those drug fueled nights of passion over the years, and locked away some. Among the findings she discovered a part of herself bursting out of her body into  pure energy, awakening her Solarian nature. Super clueless as she was about what that meant Lazzar ended up nearly selling herself into slavery without even getting paid for it. At a critical moment a mousy old man intervened, offering her something similar but with hundred times the perks. She's been on the ship ever since, working hard to make herself useful, all the while enjoying the relaxed life of adventure that Pouncing Blue Moon carries within.

Personality: Super carefree. Risks, what are risks? Adrenaline junkie and generally fueled by the whims of her body. Surprisingly sneaky and mean in social situations. Tries to drag other people to try dumb things with her. May have some obnoxious traits that she is oblivious to. Very bratty sub in sexual ones. Probably a gem of something endearing and tolerable hiding somewhere there.

Heavy Armor look
Description: 168 cm - 5'6" Lazzar is human woman sized kemos with straight upright bunny ears and big tail tuft all in the same mix of purple shades and a couple daily changing extras. She has bright pink eyes with a stare of straightforward purpose and a proud gait to match. Her figure is rather average, but toned to match any other porno model of the galaxy in beauty. Her skin is of smooth dark tan with the mark of Pouncing Blue Moon tattooed just above her tail as the only mark or mole on otherwise spotless skin. When clothed (fully or partially) her overall looks often have several parts of sparkly or glowy for maximum attraction of gaze in a dimly lit club-room.
Solar Manifestation Description: Lazzar's solarian nature manifests in a volleyball sized bright red blob of light and warmth. In its weapon form it takes the shape of a war pick, of sorts. It's a three feet tall shaft of red with asymmetrically arranged crossing shafts of smaller sizes at one end forming a sort of lopsided X of pointy tips.

Vague sort of concept... a human Operative or dex-based Soldier, a mix of guns and close combat, or a sniper... something like the Dirty Pair or Totally Spies, with a reputable job at an important intelligence agency.  But on one case, she was captured by a mad scientist type and  had her biology altered, sensitivity and sex drive enhanced, maybe even turned from female to futa.  Too perverted to keep doing her own job, she's ended up on the Pouncing Blue Moon.

Anyways, remind folks that you can spend only 1/3 credits to single item (ofc not including modules what you can add into given item). Modules are bit like 'enchantments' for magical armor and weapons and such in Starfinder (but also not necessary).

Sain: Lazzar looks shaping up good :). Also okay with her background albeit exact ship/crew roles need decided once have idea what sort chars we got in.

Briefly on ship/crew roles: Now following ruling on ship control, minimum crew for a cruiser (as your in one) is 20 and max crew capacity is 100. So assume you got 20 people living there (or bit more) and rest space is reserved for cargo or guests and such. Anyways the PC's cover key 'leader' roles (so they have subordinates who follow their command and any skill checks for ship combat are rolled by PC's and assisted by NPC staff).

Considering the size of the crew I allow players generate/run any number of NPC's they are comfortable with. No stats are needed to be made for NPC crew (and if need to I assign them). Just pic and name is enough run NPC in a scene and such. Overall though the crew indeed is heavy focus on erotica and provide live erotica entertainment, but also they are talented/gifted some other ways as well (and have healthy sexual libido and loose morals regarding sex :P).

Anyways the roles are;

Captain
Besides taunting enemies you can give encouragement and orders on crew. Overall make everyone better at their jobs basically with captain crew skills which include; Demand, Encourage, Taunt and Orders (spends resolve point for giving extra action for crew member, rolling skill check related to given crew member). Max 1 per ship and only if vacant.

Engineer
Divert power to systems, repairs and overall help push ship on and beyond it's limits in given circumstance. Can have any number of engineers, but only one engineer action can be taken per round despite number of engineers. Engineer actions are; Divert, Hold it Together, Patch and Overpower (spend resolve point to divert power to 3 targets instead of one target).

Gunner
You handle ship's weapons (and ship will have some). Your the one handling offensive on enemies in combat and there can be one gunner (or gunner team) per weapon mount in a ship and any ship's weapons can be fired only once per combat turn. Gunner's actions are Fire at-will, Shoot and Broadside (spend resolve point fire all weapons in one side of the ship, including turrets, on any enemy vessels in given side).

Pilot
You handle where ship is going and moving, but in ship combat can have actions which pushes ship's mobility beyond norm and it's limited by how maneuverable your ship is. Max 1 pilot per ship and can only taken if vacant. Pilot actions are; Fly, Maneuver, Stunt and Full Power (spend resolve for extra speed for a turn).

Science Officer
You handle spaceship computers, scanners and other information gathering instruments to identify hazards, enemies and help targeting foes. There can be any number of science officers in the ship. Science officer actions are; Balance, Scan, Target Systems and Lock On (spend resolve point to make computer check to add additional bonus to gunner's attack rolls for a round).


Now below are technical details on Pouncing Blue Moon spaceship, base is cruiser but Smikey is 12th level char so that serves as 'limits/frame' how ship was modified and improved on. Smikey overall covers no crew member roles unless on emergency (or absence of individual in given cast). Smikey class wise is Mechanic 12 with ace pilot theme (he gained galactic fame some point as top racer and was original pilot of the ship but also functioned as engineer at times naturally and has done most mechanical upgrades on ship himself).

Maneuverability: good (+2 Piloting, turn 1)

Background

Radokama Komerinskiss was born on Vesk Prime into the noble house of Kirilenka, a family of weapons designers and manufacturers that was part dynasty, part corporation. Her mother's second cousin was the head of the house, so while she didn't quite grow up in decadent luxury, she was surrounded by both wealth and exciting weapons prototypes. She was quite popular at school as a young teenager for her ability to bring interesting (and violent) new toys to show off.

Growing up in such an environment, it didn't take long for Radok's technical expertise to display itself. She was taking apart and rebuilding weapons and other gadgets by the age of six, and was helping her parents in their workshops long before she finished her formal schooling. Her keen mind was matched by a powerful body, but what she lacked was business acumen. If she worked for her family business, she would spend her life chained to a workbench, and at sixteen, she wasn't ready to make that choice. So, instead, she signed up for a tour of duty with the Vesk peacekeeping force, hoping to use her strength and skills to make a name for herself, and make a difference in the empire as well.

Military life worked out well for Radok. She served a tour of duty on Vesk-6, fighting to put down an insurgent group of catfolk that sought to establish independent rule. She lost her left arm to a bomb planted by the feline terrorists, but her custom-built cybernetic replacement just gave her more places to integrate new gadgets. She built her own combat drone over the course of her tour, patterning it after the angels that were often revered in the temples she visited, and occasionally witnessed summoned in battle.

Vesk-6 was also where she experienced her sexual awakening. She lost her virginity in a threesome with the catfolk couple who housed her as she recovered from her injuries, and her appetites only grew from then on. She found the company of her own species to be lacking sexual excitement, and when her tour of duty was over, she departed the Veskarium, with no ill will towards her people and their empire, but with a desire for new experiences and new adventures that could not be sated while orbiting a single star.

Radok became a mercenary for the next few years, jetting between planets and systems to sell her military and technical expertise to the highest bidder. Between jobs, she kept herself busy by entertaining a string of lovers who found her bloodthirsty vesk personality arousing, or who would pay for a threesome with her and her combat drone. Smikey found her in a bar on Preluria, performing a live sex show with Angel in front of a hundred Vorlath mercenaries. Between her impressive physique, her excellent skills and her insatiable, shameless sexuality, she was a perfect match for the ship, catering to an audience that might not be interested in smaller, less aggressive women.

Personality

Radok has a strong sense of military discipline from her childhood on Vesk Prime and her tour of duty in the Veskarium military. Now that she is out in the great wide galaxy, she is free to conquer as she sees fit, and has chosen to act as a mercenary and take what she wants from life. She is loyal to her friends and obedient to her employers, and fights as hard as she plays.

Looks promising HopeFox, albeit you could find different pic for your char if you like :). No need stick with official vesk art for this game anyways. In regards why I listed Black Lagoon anime as inspiration, well, could explained by this scene (and dozen others in anime). Overall point being even if the girls in ship are sexualized heavily and they provide entertainment for crowds, you should not fucking mess with them any fashion. Or mess with the ship what they call home or else you declare galactic war upon yourself :P.

I am still working on the sheet/background, but I am currently leaning towards an Outlaw Mystic Mindbreaker.  The general thought is that she has worked as something of an assassin or similar, or maybe is just a worshiper of Urgathoa, either way she is on the ship to avoid being arrested.  She uses her appearance to put people off guard, I gave her Antagonize and Distract as feats, and probably isn't great in combat. 

Though I just noticed Muse made a Mystic, so can switch though I am not sure if any classes are still open.  I guess maybe Techomancer though I will have to see if the concept can be redone.

Sylvi signed up with the Pact Worlds ‘Military out of a desire to see the galaxy, and maybe shoot some of its residents.  A thrill seeker, she quickly grew tired of the rules, regulations, and boredom.  She spent most of her free time working out or pushing for a transfer to somewhere more exciting, and most of her work time staring at a screen waiting for something to happen.  A pilot in title, but a button pusher in reality, she eventually managed to sleep her way to a transfer to an infantry unit.

The assignment was to a corrupt outpost in the ass-end of the galaxy.  The local officers were using the unit as mercenaries for the highest bidder, and many of the soldiers lost in combat had been replaced by criminals so as to hide the true casualties from scrutiny.  With few support staff, the soldiers had to take up ‘secondary’ roles when at base.  At least that was how it was explained to Sylvi.  The result was, while most soldiers scrubbed floors, Sylvi was an Entertainment Liaison, or as she liked to call it, an Involuntary Stripper. 

If she was going to do dirty work, she was going to be paid more than a soldier’s wage to do it.  Sylvi went AWOL, and eventually found herself on the Pouncing Blue Moon.

Under Equipment, page 212, "Personal Upgrades."  You can buy a level 3 item for 1400 credits that gives you a permanent +2 to an ability score.  You can have an 18 ability score with regular character generation in this game, and that upgrade would take it to 20.  My question is, is that OK, or too unbalanced?

I am fine with it, as mentioned you can have only one such upgrade. The 18 hard cap is only during base stat in char gen; so you cannot combine a theme + race to get 19 or higher number in stat. After char gen you can get stats high as you want (with given limits, like with upgrade limit).

I can help loosen up the Mk I upgrade limit so that you can have one such upgrade on physical and mental stat. So can get +2 to Dex and +2 to Int, but not +2 Int and Cha example.

It's actually hard to find lizard female pics without tails, so as mentioned no need follow canon description of Vesk which paints genders to look exactly similar physically/appearance wise (expect females having brighter or more colorful scales). So would rule females have tails (makes easier to find pics). Anyways on my own preference even if female Vesk would be absent from bust department I would imagine them more slender in build (but not be less brutal or strong compared to males).

I reworked her as a Playboy Model since there seemed to be a fair number of pilots.  Corrected an error and changed the gear.  I don't have a huge preference on role on the ship.  Gunner maybe, unless there can be a Security Officer type role, in charge of spacing unruly passengers and defending against boarders.

Sylvi signed up with the Pact Worlds ‘Military out of a desire to see the galaxy, and maybe shoot some of its residents.  A thrill seeker, she quickly grew tired of the rules, regulations, and boredom.  She spent most of her free time working out or pushing for a transfer to somewhere more exciting, and most of her work time staring at a screen waiting for something to happen.  A pilot in title, but a button pusher in reality, she eventually managed to sleep her way to a transfer to an infantry unit.

The assignment was to a corrupt outpost in the ass-end of the galaxy.  The local officers were using the unit as mercenaries for the highest bidder, and many of the soldiers lost in combat had been replaced by criminals so as to hide the true casualties from scrutiny.  With few support staff, the soldiers had to take up ‘secondary’ roles when at base.  At least that was how it was explained to Sylvi.  The result was, while most soldiers scrubbed floors, Sylvi was an Entertainment Liaison, or as she liked to call it, an Involuntary Stripper. 

If she was going to do dirty work, she was going to be paid more than a soldier’s wage to do it.  Sylvi went AWOL, and eventually found herself on the Pouncing Blue Moon.

We got pilot and captain and you can have only one of each. We do need a gunner though (actually max 3 gunners as there is capital gun, turret and linked micro missile platforms on sides each need gunner/gunner crew) and also even if your char is playboy model themed (and like provide entertainment when paid properly), she can also function as bouncer/security officer who throws troublemakers out if they go too rough or do any other harm to the crew members when ship is docked and running one it's infamous parties.

Full sheet not need done but it helps as well give idea what kind char your presenting.

Albeit so far if count all chars we are nearly hitting close to the max cap, so if there is no sudden rush of new folks applying with chars it may be possible accept all applications.

It also occurs to me that a Serum of Sex Shift only costs 350 credits, and allows the drinker to "take on a set of sexual characteristics of your choice", so it's actually not impossible for her to have mammalian breasts and genitals in one scene but not another. No doubt there are a few of those on the ship? :)

I've finished writing up Radok's character sheet. I removed her Pilot skill and gave her Survival instead, since we seem to have quite a few pilots already. She's still good for the Engineer and Science Officer roles, and of course she can take on gunner in a pinch.

I'm curious about armor appearance and social impact.  Elite Stationwear is only 20 credits cheaper than a Ysoki Refractor Suit, +4/+5 vs. +7/+7, and the former has no upgrade slots.   But it does look like normal clothing vs form-fitting body armor.  Is that "normal" vs "armor" factor likely to come up, since the Blue Moon is a lot naughtier and more dangerous than the local mall?

That's a good question. I got heavy armor because something somewhere recommended it, but if it's going to be important to be scantily clad at all times might switch it back to light (and free up a feat slot).

The dress code in the ship is free, meaning you can dress to heavy or light as you want. Considering Pouncing Blue Moon had been a pirate vessel, a one which had hunted pirates, so nobody would raise eyebrows why you walk around 'armored' as it were. But naturally it makes easier to initiate sexual encounters when your scantily dressed (with clients or otherwise). Also there is benefit that when ship is docked and your performing on stage, it's more appealing to crowd watch a normal clothed women than armored one. Albeit skintight bodysuit is common fetish to many clients.

So short answer; be armored as you like and dress as you like it. In smut factor (when performing professionally or entertain otherwise), less clothing is better overall. You can disrobe and be without armor (or have two sets of armors; one for actual expedition/outside ship combat and then another armor set while performing and entertaining clients).

Futanari is ok, also even if we got mechanic, technomancer has cool powers which can synergize well with mechanic (or double as mechanic in case main mechanic is hacking computer systems example).

Well, there can be multiple engineer (spaceship combat) roles as science officers (do multiple scan actions per spaceship combat round). Also can do gunner role as well (if invest to dexterity a bit to be decent ranged combatant if not best one). I will later today compile list of people, to list chars/sheets they have submitted and spaceship combat roles as well. Also include people who had shown interest but haven't build anything solid yet.

Full sheet can be finished after picking is done. I hope able make picks in monday (not tomorrow but day after tomorrow from my time perspective). Idea is to start game in wednesday on last day of the month. If I pick 4 people in monday (minimum to run the game), then tuesday and wednesday both serve as additional recruitment days for remaining 3 spots.

So from above list we need a pilot, engineer, science officer and then 3 gunners (as ship has three gunner positions). So far class diversity is good what I have seen and good concepts :). So far HopeFox is only multiclass char but it fits for vesk to have one level as soldier anyways (as his char is mostly a mechanic). Also a role I did not seen mentioned but if  you would like a ship counselor role I think this character  could fit that bill.

On the matter of wearing armour versus being naked, there's enough Life Bubble ability among the PCs to cover the entire crew, so it's quite possible to perform all shipboard duties entirely naked. I think that's what Radok will do - be naked in her sexy form when on board the ship, doing sex shows and engineering stuff, and then put on her heavy armour for missions. I already have some ideas for how to make the engineering department very lewd. ;)

A gunnery check uses either the gunner's ranks in the Pilot skill or their BAB, whichever is better, plus their Dexterity modifier. So to be a good gunner, you want good Dexterity and either high BAB or lots of ranks of Pilot. Other bonuses to the Pilot skill don't help, though.

In general, I wouldn't worry too much about shipboard roles. They can change from fight to fight, or even within a single combat, and I'm sure we have enough to cover each role. With seven players, we'll either have three gunners or some people acting as support staff, and that's fine. I don't mind taking a back seat from time to time.

(Although I should really raise my Dexterity a bit if I'm going to be firing anything, on land or in space. Lemme take a look at that.)

Ok, to be clear there can be one captain and pilot, as those are critical roles and only one roll allowed from each per combat round. Overall any given class can only do one action per spaceship combat turn, only one who can make exception to it is captain by using a action to give extra action to specific crew member.

Next up is Engineer, they have multiple actions but are limited to do one action each (so even if you got 10 engineers you cannot do ten times Divert action). But I can see easily spot for two engineers; one could divert and other use patch (repair ship dmg) or Hold it Together example.

Gunners are limited to number of weapon platforms in ship and Pouncing Blue Moon has 3 of them, so max 3 gunners. But if ship has no need for engineer, then engineer with pilot skill can act as gunner for the ship example.

Science Officer (or simply computer/scanner guy) there can be any number of them as their actions are not limited like engineer has them; they can do ten scans/lock ons in combat if they got ten science officers.

Applications are open. Anyways the ship is very outlaw alike, pirate and also runs porn studio. So a 'classy high profile mistress' may be odd addition to the ship (unless said mistress disguises herself and has alter persona; perhaps dominatrix or such). Being high class escort who works while ship is docked (working outside the ship) is possible though if bit odd (regarding choice of patron or method of transportation, could work if your main clients are criminals or white collar criminals example).

Ship counselor/mentor role is held by Smikey, but if want you could be devoted to Smikey (meaning your his mistress) who works on other clients because Smikey allows it in their contract (other times your serving Smikey). Ship position wise your not second in command (captain is that), but rather speaker for Smikey few situations where Smikey cannot or does not want go face to face meetings outside the ship. Or overall work as informer to crew members when Smikey wants you deliver a message or such.

I was leaning towards white Collar criminals and maybe even crooked politicians. The guests in dock could work and those who guests who have vip status on the ship might get private showings on board with her as well. So as long as they are wealthy and would enjoy a higher class of entertain then she would be the one for the job. She uses private exclusivity  as more of a marketing strategy then she is shy  about doing sex on screen and she does the live burlesque shows to give a taste of what could be theirs for the right type of client and with the  credits or influence  or both to match.

If I go operative/Envoy she might even make a side business of being arm candy/bodyguard work as well.

Oh what I meant by ship counselor was like a deana troi like role someone who handles the interpersonal issues between crew and the sexworkers. Not a second in command more like therapist and morale and welfare personnel.

Ah, so ship counselor you meant someone who holds pep talks to crew members and is overall working as someone whom crew trust talk to or solve internal issues (Smikey can do it also but if your char capable doing it as well then he leaves such work to you). Also another idea is that even if your on screen having fun with the crew members, but you provide service to those who cannot reason or other come to the ship while it's docked and running it's orgy/sex club parties.

But I am curious to see the background why come your char is not working as independent escort or through agency, instead going high risky route in being crew member of Pouncing Blue Moon (which has entire crew wanted list by default since joining if not already have significant crime rate). Smikey also had pulled strings, rescued or adopted crew members on whim basis as well, but joining his crew gets you labelled as criminal/pirate for sure.

Yeah, ship is tier 12. So it has some issues with ship's actions but in return actions by foes are harder to pull off either. The ship provides +2 skill bonuses to all actions done by crew, expect from captain itself. But in critical situation Smikey can step in, giving his full skill bonuses to some tasks when needed (most likely step into role of pilot if possible, take ship control's and start do stunts which make jaws drop as he for reason was top tier racer in 'younger days').

Daredevil operative, human Futa (formerly female) with Ace Pilot, and probably the ships pilot.  A former cover op/spy of the flashy James Bond/Totally Spies/Kim Possible/Dirty Pair mold, had to take medical retirement after an enemy supercharged her sex drive and turned her herm.  Could be mad science, a magic artifact or something else.  The Blue Moon fits her certain set of skills and growing sexual urges.

Also if wonder what Smikey looks like, well, I went bit classics and picked this. He is still racially ysok (so yeah, small size doh), but appearance is similar to motorbike mices from mars. Expect the fur is black his case and he has white thunder bolts on his cheeks (which can expand damn a lot, which often happens when he munches on food).

Sheet looks good Swordsman, well in regards androids you have two routes; take human/humanoid ones with glowing tats/parts or take anthro looking androids with glowing tats/parts. In Furbolgia, anthro star system, the androids were still slaves to regular population a century ago (where as rest of galaxy androids have got freedom of will more centuries than them). So there is bit cultural difference besides appearance to Furbolgia androids. But below spoiler are some example of androids I find attractive.

Overall with androids fine with quite mechanical looking (but stills smexy) gals, but also okay with near human/living looking minus the fact their eyes glow or have glowing parts in their body (usually in form of tats as I understand the tats work like finger print for them and such). Last pic in above is 'kemo' appearing android and they are 'youngest' models (or simply human backgrounded android who sake of cuteness factor added animal parts on itself for creating kemo appearance).

When you take ranks to profession skill, you pick one from three mental stats associated with the profession skill (besides naming what profession the skill presents). So can use Int, Cha or Wis.

Dawn Bluesky was an agent of HARP, Hazard Alleviation Response Protocol, a covert ops anti-terror group dealing with imminent, large-scale attacks.  Recruited from college, she was a high-ranking operative with an excellent track record.  Her last mission involved Dr. Guiltros, a bio-technomancer's plot to unleash engineered control symbiotes throughout Absolam Station.  She thwarted that plot, but was captured and experimented on for weeks before manging to escape.  Guiltros had wanted to make her into her own agent, a loyal slave controlled by lust.  Her body's sensitivity was increased, her figure thickened and breasts enlarged and her gender was changed from female to futanari, something that had the effect of vastly enhancing her sex drive.  She'd been changed on the genetic level, something that HARP doctors were unable to reverse.

She took a medical resignation... she wasn't able to get through the day without jerking off or fucking someone (and once, that someone was the boss's secretary, right under her desk!).  Dawn spent some time looking for a cure through alternative medicine and magic, but as she travelled, she found herself giving into her urges more and more, finally giving up and embracing what she'd become.  She “auditioned” for the Pouncing Blue Moon by stripping down at the gangplank and walking abourd nude.

Dawn is a curious and outgoing woman, usually with a ready quip for friend or foe.  She was studying pre-Gap history at the university before being recruited into HARP.  Her moral code has changed as she's become more hedonistic and shamelss, going from lawful good to chaotic... “If it feels good, do it.”  Enforcing laws and morality doesn't motivate her the way it used to.

I measure things by my own time window. Basically saying the game start is now from +70 hours. I make first picks in +18 hours, then another +18 hour and last one at +18 hour. However max number of people is 7, or 8 (as there is player attrition so good to take some extras).

Well, besides starting languages there are other player race languages (which include core fantasy races like elves, gnomes, dwarves etc). Less common are monstrous languages like infernal, celestial, draconic, abyssal, elemental languages and some alien species languages. Overall best case is pick many common languages as there is not really specific important language besides common and your own race one. But full list in below spoiler.

Biography:
Nevaeh was built on Absalom Station by the Exemplar-23 Corporation. Initially, her purpose was to be a navigator for an exploratory mission outside of the Pact Worlds. She served on the Blue Diamond for this purpose for a year. But then there was an incident where they were raided by pirates. In this raid, she was shunted out into space where several of her systems were damaged. Unable to breathe or otherwise survive in the harshness of space, she was saved at the last second by Captain Riku Aoi. Nevaeh found her desire to live. And in this desire, she found herself.

Coming back from the brink of death, she found herself rather insecure. Navigation no longer meant anything to her. What did it matter that she could point them in the right direction if the ship was breached? At the same time, it appeared that when she had nearly died, that there was something that shifted inside of her. Either it was her mind, her systems, or something that allowed her to tap into the magic of technology. Nevaeh thought it could have been that she lost some part of her soul or when she died some malfunction opened her up to magic.

Since then Nevaeh took on the name of her savior, Captain Aoi and became an engineer. The hum of engines and the purr of machinery providing her with a sense of permanency. Or at least it did. On what had been a simple mission, Captain Aoi lost the ship in a bet. So now they were without a ship and much of the crew scattered. Owing her life to the Captain, she stayed with him. Nevaeh marketed herself to various ships in the hope that she could work for them to earn back their ship. Nevaeh learned of the Pouncing Blue Moon and that it was looking for a crew. She hoped that the Captain and herself could join. Alas that is not what happened. Instead, she stumbled upon a party where she fell upon an opportunity. This same courtesy was not extended to her Captain.

Nevaeh did not want to leave, but she had to. This was one of the only legitimate outlets to them earning enough credits to buy their ship back. Captain Aoi sent who he felt was his daughter off to the Pouncing Blue Moon to work as part of their Engineering crew.

SPELL CACHE (SU) 1st Level
As the culmination of your early study of the fundamental forces of the galaxy, you have created a spell cache that allows you to store and access spells. Your spell cache could be a device such as a handheld computer or technological implant; an item such as a ring or staff; or a symbol such as a brand, tattoo, or other permanent modification to your body. While you don’t need your spell cache to cast your spells, once per day, you can activate your spell cache to cast any one spell you know and are capable of casting, even if you’ve expended all your spell slots for that spell’s level. If your spell cache is damaged, it is restored to full Hit Points the next time you prepare spells. If the spell cache is lost or destroyed, you can replace it after 1 week with a special ritual that takes 8 hours to complete.

MAGIC HACK 2nd Level
You have carefully studied the forces that define magic and can manipulate them. You learn your first magic hack at 2nd level, and you learn an additional magic hack every 3 levels thereafter. When casting a spell, you can apply no more than one magic hack that affects the attributes of a spell (such as distant spell or extended spell). If a magic hack allows a saving throw to resist its effects, the DC is equal to 10 + half your
technomancer level + your Intelligence modifier.

TECHLORE (EX) 3rd Level
You rewire your mind to give you greater insight into the nature of magic and technology. You gain a +1 insight bonus to Computers and Mysticism checks. This bonus increases by 1 at 6th level and every 3 levels thereafter.

WEAPON SPECIALIZATION (EX) 3rd Level
You gain the Weapon Specialization feat as a bonus feat for each weapon type this class grants you proficiency with.

CACHE CAPACITOR (SU) 6th Level
You expand your spell cache into a cache capacitor. As part of regaining your spells each day, you can cast a single spell into your spell cache and have it affect you continuously for 24 hours. The cache capacitor can hold any of the following spells: detect radiation, disguise self, keen senses, or unseen servant. You must know a spell to store it in your cache capacitor. When you cast the spell into your cache capacitor, you expend the spell slot normally and make any decisions required for that spell, but the duration doesn’t expire for 24 hours. If the spell in your cache capacitor is dispelled or dismissed, you can spend 5 minutes of uninterrupted concentration to reestablish it, keeping the same decisions you made when you cast it, and gaining whatever duration the spell had remaining. You can’t exchange the stored spell for another spell until you regain your spells. At 12th level, your cache capacitor gains a second slot that can hold darkvision, lesser resistant armor, life bubble, or spider climb. At 18th level, your cache capacitor gains a third slot that can hold arcane sight, flight (spell level 3rd or lower), see invisibility, or tongues.

Harmful Spells (Ex)
When you cast an instantaneous spell that deals damage, you can increase the spell’s damage by half your technomancer level. This increased damage applies to all creatures damaged by an area spell, but for spells that target multiple creatures with multiple rays or other attacks (such as magic missile), the increased damage applies only to a single ray or missile. This increased damage doesn’t apply to ongoing damage from the spell (such as bleed or burn). This magic hack doesn’t increase ability damage or other spell effects, only damage to Stamina Points or Hit Points.

Fabricate Arms (Su)
As a full action, you can expend an unused spell slot to temporarily construct a technological weapon or suit of armor out of raw magic. You can create one suit of armor or weapon with a level equal to or less than the level of the expended spell slot × 3, to a maximum of your caster level. The item appears in your hands, on your person, or in an adjacent square. You can use fuse spells with this magic hack. A weapon can’t be larger than two-handed, and the size of the item can’t exceed 10 bulk. The quality of the item is average for its type. Treat this as a spell of the same level as the expended spell slot. For example, at 10th level, you could expend a 3rd-level spell slot to fabricate a weapon of 9th level or lower, or expend a 4thlevel spell slot to fabricate a suit of armor of 10th level or lower. The armor or weapon persists for a number of rounds equal to your technomancer level. At the end of this duration, the item disappears. You are proficient with (but not specialized in) any weapons you create with this ability. You can’t create magic items, weapons made from a special material, or weapons that are expended with use (such as arrows, grenades, or missiles) with this magic hack.

Class: Technomancer, with focus in computer skills and long-range support

Theme: Outlaw.  Andaka found herself on the ship because life had become a little too hot on most known worlds.

Background:



Originally created by a somewhat disreputable corporation, Andaka realized early on that she didn't want to spend her days crunching boring numbers.  When she was eventually granted access to the company's mainframe, it didn't take her long to put her plan in action.  In the next weeks, the company steadily lost money, seeming from bad decisions and bum deals.  Cursory inspection revealing nothing wrong with the accounting, as planned.

When the company soon collapsed, no one looked too closely at the now unemployed android who took off to places unknown.  Of course, Andaka had siphoned some of the money from the company's collapse to her own accounts, and thus spent some time drifting around various planets, hacking into businesses on a whim.  Eventually her money ran low, and she began to take on riskier jobs to get by.  Minor hackings and grift turned into corporate espionage and sabotage.  Even the occasional major heist.  She always left the planet soon after, but eventually people began to put two and two together, and it was harder for her to get jobs since the authorities were often already clued into her.

When even the semi-legitimate jobs ran dry, she began running support gigs for various disreputable merc companies, until her infamy caught up with her even there.  The company she was doing a data raid with was sold out to the authorities, and they were decimated in an ambush.  She only got away by the skin of her teeth after all the other mercs were cut down.  Desperately fleeing the world with most of her money gone and authorities hot on her trails, she took up with Smikey to lay low for a while.  After all, no one would look for a notorious hacker and saboteur in a floating porn studio, right?  Of course, it also helps that Andaka looked very different before coming onboard the Blue Moon.  Changing her gender expression and outward markers was an old hat for her, after all.


I have the character sheet most of the way done, as well.  I'll update it here once I finish it up.  I notice that we now have to technomancer applicants, but we both have very different focuses on our characters.  Andaka can work on the ship as a gunner, engineer or scientist as needed.

Okay dokie,

finally Andaka's character sheet is done. Here. Also added it to my previous post.  Took me a while to iron it all out, given this is my first Starfinder character.  Which also means that there's likely room for optimization or improvement, since I mostly went with the options that seemed most interesting.

From what I gleaned about the Starship rules, Andaka can perform very well in the Gunner, Science Officer and Pilot roles.  Engineering would be fine normally, but if the ship is indeed Tier 12, then we need a really good skill-dedicated mechanic for it, with preferably that +6 support from the ship computer, since the Engineering DCs would be mid-30s.  Like 35 on up, and I can't get engineering anywhere near that.

Anywhere, I'm fine with tuning the character this way or that if it seems necassary to anyone.

Unless I'm mistaken in my reading of the rules (very possible, since this is a new system), a Tier 12 ship gets a 6th-tier computer as a standard.  You can even got for the double-bonus version, where it can give two +6 bonuses to various ship handling checks.

EDIT: Derp.  While the tier 6 computer itself is included, you need to buy the Skill booster (integrated control module, ICM) separately.  For T6, it's either 36 or 72 Build points, depending if you want one or two bonuses.

Well, in page 2 I had posted ship's stats and it has computer which gives +2 to four different skills. So it already has more advanced computer (and with advanced security) applied to it. Ship also has biometric ID system in; meaning without DNA sample you do not even open the hatch doors and such in the ship unless someone inside does it remotely. Anti-hacking defenses also but no counter measures in.

Overall the ship is many ways custom designed and for overall Smikey had modified ship to be damn agile and faster than regular cruiser (normally cruiser cannot even get drift level 3 which simply subtracts -3 from d6 roll to determine number of days it takes to travel to distant star systems via drifting). Also for ship of that size it has serious firepower in twin-linked X-laser cannons (doing around between 60-240 dmg in a long line). Sort of dmg which makes even big galactic battle ships crap on pants getting shot at as that burns through even best shields such big ships have, second shot causing critical damage. Pouncing Blue Moon advantage over those ships it's agility as most capital ship weapons are in front rows, turrets and side arms are problems as well but besides few top class torpedoes Pouncing Blue Moon can outrace torpedoes as well (even fastest torpedoes when it goes full burst speed if it decides retreat and nobody can chase it down).

So, tomorrow I pick 2-4 and if I haven't filled up to 10 yet, I pick 2 more on wednesday (there is space for 1 gunner and then additional engineer and then science officers, but it's possible also to be pilot if you can purchase/get idea to control a smaller spaceship vessel; a starfigther, I can give credit cost/list for such thing if desired). Anyways those already picked can post on OOC already (and there's charsheet link in first post in OOC where post chars up and same thread is info on the ship and Smikey sheet is work in progress). Game is located on NC: Exotic System small groups (as perverted tentacle monsters can be a random encounter in space).

So if you did not get picked on today, do not assume your not going be picked at all (this is meant give some peeps extra time finish applications, I in first picks took people which I needed essentially fill ship combat roles and player attrition is a thing after all in E so that's why expanded the player pick up number). It was tough pick to choose between two androids which to take as science officer as both were appealing. However went with LtFox char because green is my favorite color :P. But besides that you need add theme on your char Swordsman18 and then sheet is complete (did not find what theme she had).

But there are others who expressed interest before but haven't made any concrete sheets or bios yet so that's why two extra days for pick ups (and left on purpose 4 slots to be filled in). Also 10 sort balances out if all are active so as all get one secondary char which to play (a minor PC of sorts) to work as additional crew member as crew needed is 20 on the ship so need 20 people in it anyways and eases GM burden from controlling all NPC's in ship.

Zaer, I think I am also going to switch up the bio a little bit. The ship has a sexual bent but I made a rather straight laced character. So I am going to lighten up and add some fun to her. The theme that she has was Spacefarer. I will look over the posted sheet and correct if it is not there when I modify the bio.

Also question, I took Electrician and Lab Technician since there was no Engineering Profession, if you would allow, could I combine the two into a solid Engineering Profession. Or if you wanted her for science, I can stay as is.

EXPERTISE (EX) 1st Level

when rolling your expertise die to add to that skill, you may roll the

Background

Sephia  was   created in a lab on  Akiton , Where two scientist with the hopes of becoming up and coming  rising stars in the underworld.   Akif a human male who had a real knack for making weapons and drones and a real sadist.  Yon a human female a skilled geneticist.  These two would use drones and their own created Kimos. They were created to be there loyal agents and minions of the new gang these two would be building. This is why the setup shop on Akiton to avoid the attention of the law. However, The AAF and its Allies from the church of Weydan caught wind of this operation and set out to disrupt these two budding criminals activities.  After fighting many drones and one  feisty adolescent  Snake Kimo.

The group of Priests and Androids each took and adopted the Kimo children and raised them. The Priestess who took in Sephia are a Kashunta name Zye and a Female Shirren named Cesca. They raised her and taught her the ways of Weydan and helped her find a  new life exploring and eventually  working to free other androids and other slaves of  other races while exploring the galaxy.

As she reached her early adult hood she met  an Android  Female Melody, A Male Lashunta named Taeon, A Male human named Belor and a female Vesk named Katara. One of the  most recent adventures this group  was they planned to  strike at a  Golden League slave ring, however the before the infiltration begun it was doomed to fail As Belor sold them out to the Golden League. This is where fate turned and she  became a slave. After  bidding her time and trying to find the right time to escape was cut short due to the intervention of a Ysoki named Smikey and  he struck the ship   and freed many slaves. Sephia  then asked to  join him so she could find her friends
that have been dispersed through Golden League holdings.
This is when she joined and enterted the shows. For the opening of each show she would do a burlesque dance and to make a game of the live sex shows and wear disguises to see if the can find her in her disguise usually providing someone else pleasure in the orgy.


Personality

Sephia is quite the caregiver and enjoys taking care of others. She tends to  during the live shows help others to perform at their best. She tends to deflect  questions of her past with humor and well like by everyone but keeps herself distant. Cause she values her role as a caretaker and counselor to the crew to much to unload her problems on them she relies on Smikey for that.

Yeah, I admit her rather straitlaced background also was small factor in decision making. But unless enormous amount of excellent new chars show up you likely get picked in second round. Anyways profession wise you can be electrician/lab technician, as engineer/mechanic aren't professions (but rather class and a skill). But keep her as navigator as another science officer is a hacker (so your case you would focus more on scanning planets and navigating new courses and such to unknown spaces as own specialty and know more about planet lore).

Biography:
Nevaeh was built on Absalom Station by the Exemplar-23 Corporation. Initially, her purpose was to be a navigator for an exploratory mission outside of the Pact Worlds. She served on the Blue Diamond for this purpose for a year. But then there was an incident where they were raided by pirates. In this raid, she was shunted out into space where several of her systems were damaged. Unable to breathe or otherwise survive in the harshness of space, she was saved at the last second by Captain Riku Aoi. Nevaeh found her desire to live. And in this desire, she found herself.

According to all of the technicians, the Nevaeh that survived after being spaced was living on borrowed time. While her data was more or less intact, her body was too damaged. And unless she had a near complete refurbishment, she would be dead. The good Captain was not a rich man, but he was the type to do for his crew. So he requisitioned a body that Nevaeh could use to complete her refurbishment. What he had neglected to tell her is that the body he got was “special”. Nevaeh's new body was from that of a company that specialized in pleasure androids. So she received the nervous system, chest, organs from this pleasure android. At this time, Nevaeh learned that her body had new features. Chief among them was almost an internal pressure for sexual release. Before she had no need for sexuality. Now it was something that she needed to live.

To sate her need, Nevaeh had to become something else. Navigation was still something she could do, but only if she met the needs of her body. To do this, she hosted shows where she navigated a small ship through treacherous terrain. At the same time, she allowed an audience to use toys on her. This did lead to a bit of a rough time for her crew. But they were all very much amused and entertained. Through this, she was offered an opportunity. She could join Pouncing Blue Moon, taking her show there, earning money to support her old crew as well as herself.

SPELL CACHE (SU) 1st Level
As the culmination of your early study of the fundamental forces of the galaxy, you have created a spell cache that allows you to store and access spells. Your spell cache could be a device such as a handheld computer or technological implant; an item such as a ring or staff; or a symbol such as a brand, tattoo, or other permanent modification to your body. While you don’t need your spell cache to cast your spells, once per day, you can activate your spell cache to cast any one spell you know and are capable of casting, even if you’ve expended all your spell slots for that spell’s level. If your spell cache is damaged, it is restored to full Hit Points the next time you prepare spells. If the spell cache is lost or destroyed, you can replace it after 1 week with a special ritual that takes 8 hours to complete.

MAGIC HACK 2nd Level
You have carefully studied the forces that define magic and can manipulate them. You learn your first magic hack at 2nd level, and you learn an additional magic hack every 3 levels thereafter. When casting a spell, you can apply no more than one magic hack that affects the attributes of a spell (such as distant spell or extended spell). If a magic hack allows a saving throw to resist its effects, the DC is equal to 10 + half your
technomancer level + your Intelligence modifier.

SPELL FOCUS 3rd Level
You gain Spell Focus as a bonus feat.

TECHLORE (EX) 3rd Level
You rewire your mind to give you greater insight into the nature of magic and technology. You gain a +1 insight bonus to Computers and Mysticism checks. This bonus increases by 1 at 6th level and every 3 levels thereafter.

WEAPON SPECIALIZATION (EX) 3rd Level
You gain the Weapon Specialization feat as a bonus feat for each weapon type this class grants you proficiency with.

You expand your spell cache into a cache capacitor. As part of regaining your spells each day, you can cast a single spell into your spell cache and have it affect you continuously for 24 hours. The cache capacitor can hold any of the following spells: detect radiation, disguise self, keen senses, or unseen servant. You must know a spell to store it in your cache capacitor. When you cast the spell into your cache capacitor, you expend the spell slot normally and make any decisions required for that spell, but the duration doesn’t expire for 24 hours. If the spell in your cache capacitor is dispelled or dismissed, you can spend 5 minutes of uninterrupted concentration to reestablish it, keeping the same decisions you made when you cast it, and gaining whatever duration the spell had remaining. You can’t exchange the stored spell for another spell until you regain your spells. At 12th level, your cache capacitor gains a second slot that can hold darkvision, lesser resistant armor, life bubble, or spider climb. At 18th level, your cache capacitor gains a third slot that can hold arcane sight, flight (spell level 3rd or lower), see invisibility, or tongues.

Harmful Spells (Ex)
When you cast an instantaneous spell that deals damage, you can increase the spell’s damage by half your technomancer level. This increased damage applies to all creatures damaged by an area spell, but for spells that target multiple creatures with multiple rays or other attacks (such as magic missile), the increased damage applies only to a single ray or missile. This increased damage doesn’t apply to ongoing damage from the spell (such as bleed or burn). This magic hack doesn’t increase ability damage or other spell effects, only damage to Stamina Points or Hit Points.

Fabricate Arms (Su)
As a full action, you can expend an unused spell slot to temporarily construct a technological weapon or suit of armor out of raw magic. You can create one suit of armor or weapon with a level equal to or less than the level of the expended spell slot × 3, to a maximum of your caster level. The item appears in your hands, on your person, or in an adjacent square. You can use fuse spells with this magic hack. A weapon can’t be larger than two-handed, and the size of the item can’t exceed 10 bulk. The quality of the item is average for its type. Treat this as a spell of the same level as the expended spell slot. For example, at 10th level, you could expend a 3rd-level spell slot to fabricate a weapon of 9th level or lower, or expend a 4thlevel spell slot to fabricate a suit of armor of 10th level or lower. The armor or weapon persists for a number of rounds equal to your technomancer level. At the end of this duration, the item disappears. You are proficient with (but not specialized in) any weapons you create with this ability. You can’t create magic items, weapons made from a special material, or weapons that are expended with use (such as arrows, grenades, or missiles) with this magic hack.

THEME KNOWLEDGE (1ST)
You are obsessed with distant worlds, and you always mentally catalog everything you learn about new and strange places so you can recall it when you need it most. Additionally, you use your knowledge of biology and topology to inure yourself to alien hazards. Reduce the DC of Physical Science checks to recall knowledge about strange new worlds or features of space by 5. Physical Science is a class skill for you, though if it is a class skill from the class you take at 1st level, you instead gain a +1 bonus to Physical Science checks. In addition, you gain an ability adjustment of +1 to Constitution at character creation.


EAGER DABBLER (6TH)
In your journeys, you’ve picked up quite a few tricks about all sorts of things, even if you haven’t formally studied them, and you can often use this logic and intuition to your advantage. You gain a +2 bonus to skill checks if you don’t have any ranks in that skill. This ability does not allow you to attempt checks for trained-only skills.

....Did I misunderstand the 10 points? I thought the 10 was were we started and then we added our racial stats and it was a +1 to four stats...

Aye, stats start in 10, 10pts spread as you like (albeit none scores should go above 18, even after racials are placed in). Then attribute boosters and in 5th level +1 to four stats as general attribute boost from levels (and confirm these later level attribute boosts can push stat beyond 18, the 18 hard cap is during char gen).

Background: Anura isn't your average Kemos, as her body contains some of the genetics of the alien Barathu. The reason for this is a bit unclear and there are many rumors surrounding this subject. Some say her mother  was a xeno explorer who came across the Barathu homeworld and got raped by the flying jellyfish tentacles. Others say she was a genetic experiment, to further enhance Kemos gene-pool with the Barathu's unique and adaptive genetics, but instead ended up with the race's peculiar flying ability.

As Illiana grew older she took a position in her families company quickly becoming the head of the cyber security branch of the corporation through talent, training and her family name. On the surface it would appear they were the perfect example of family virtues and corporate power receiving media attention both as a company and as a family, but Illiana struggled to contain instinctive urges that would quickly change the way she was seen by the many that knew her family name. Illiana was a very forceful personality in the corporate office, but in her free time she would frequent secretive fetish clubs where she would be debased for the amusement of others and for her own, and for many years no one knew until one day a video surfaced of the heiress blindfolded, collared and leashed, begging to be used as she licked and sucked on any rod or hole presented before her with no idea who or what they belong to. Once the cum soaked image of Illana was shown to the public her mother disowned her and threw her out to fend for herself. Scared, alone and publicly mocked (part of which she shamefully enjoyed) Illana had to find a new direction for her life, and she quickly learned there was a demand for a disgraced heiress such as herself in more illicit industrys. It wasn't easy for Illiana to find the Blue Moon, it required several bribes, examples of the skills she had shown in the video that got her into this situation and information stolen from bounty databases, but once she did find it she quickly pleaded to join the crew far more desperately and lustfully than she had intended.
