'tis the season: Elf Shenanigans

i don't have a kid, but i know a few and they just adore this little Elf on a Shelf guy.  and there are some very clever & creative ideas for the big kids to do to  with the little guy.  please, feel free to add any you've found or done yourself.  because, dammit, i need me some xmas cheer!   :P

I couldn't find the picture...in the like 15 seconds I looked admittedly, but I saw one on facebook today. It's the elf, with Jigsaw (from the Saw movies) face on it, sitting on a roll of duct tape where the toilet paper should be, with a little sign saying "want to play a game?"
