Dark Role Playing settings

I'm looking for a writing partner who wants to do cyberpunk or dark fantasy world. I have several ideas, but most of them are simply the basis and not fully fleshed out. I know it's not much, but I enjoy theorycrafting just as much as I do actual rp. Discord would be the prefered method, but threads or PMs here also work just as well.
