The Plot for the game...
The world is filled with heroes who save the day, but what about the little guys the pros ignore for the bigger crimes? Some upstanding citizens have noticed that some crimes have been overlooked allowing some crimes to fly under the radar and Vigilantes have come from the shadows to clean up. These heroes will do everything in there power to clean up their neighborhoods, but something is happening behind the scenes which they will all find out over time and it will be up to them to defeat before the pros or will the villains succeed?

What is a Vigilante?
Vigilantes are people who voluntarily carry out duties usually done by heroes without paying attention to the law. Due to the hero regulations, people are not allowed to carry heroic responsibilities out on their own and vigilantism is therefore forbidden. According to All Might, the origins of heroes traced back to the vigilantes. When Quirks started to manifest no organization controlled the pro heroes, and they were therefore vigilantes. Nowadays most of the vigilantes have vanished. However, with the League of Villains uprising in their activities has caused a surprising rise in illegal heroes... these Vigilanties are here to help people and dispense justice. Most high ranking heroes stated that heroes had never taken action against them and left them be so long they do not abuse their Quirks and go on a rampage.

Where did Quirks come from?
The first person to manifest a Quirk was a newborn baby in the city of Qingqing, who could emanate light from their body. After that incident, many people around the world began to manifest different kinds of special abilities. While the cause of the Quirk phenomenon is unknown, it has been theorized that the spread of a virus carried by mice had brought about their development. Currently, 80% of the world population possesses a Quirk.

At the dawn of this extraordinary era, the Police Force moved to prioritize leadership and to maintain the status quo, and as such, decided not to use Quirks as weapons. To fill that void, the profession of crime fighting Quirk users, heroes, began to exist. Authorizing the use of powers that could so easily kill, however, was a greatly criticized decision at first. Over time, it came to garner public support because the first people to work professionally as heroes acted morally and upheld the law.


The known quirk types

Emitter or 'Activation' type Quirks
They can either release certain substances or alter materials around them in certain ways. Emitter-type Quirks usually require a conscious effort to activate, and some even require large amounts of concentration for them to remain active.

Emitter-type Quirks can also have various ranges. While some users require physical contact to use them, others can have much longer ranges with no distance restrictions. While most Emitter-type Quirks users have a handle on their own 'emissions,' it's also possible for users to hurt themselves from coming into too much contact with their Quirk. In the case of generating substances, making too much too fast or for too long can harm the user as they are using reserves from their own body, cause bleeding from the point of generation, or gradually lose their natural resistance to their harmful Quirk. The emissions of Emitter-type Quirks can have a wide variety of properties and abilities.

While some substances produced by Emitter-type Quirks have common properties, some are unique to the user, and thus have special properties. Those who alter the properties of materials around them can also widely vary in effects, from molecular alteration to molecular destruction. Emitter-type Quirks are, by a wide margin, the most common type of Quirk.

Transformation type Quirks
They cause the user to take on a temporary alteration of some kind. Transformation-type Quirks allow the user to temporarily 'transform' their body in a variety of manners, sometimes enhancing existing features or perhaps adding new features to the body altogether. Transformation-type Quirks affect the user exclusively, the only known exceptions being Recovery and Meatball.

Transformation-type Quirks usually require close-range proximity to fully utilize them in combat due to them only affecting the user's body. They are also the only known type of Quirk that can bestow the user attributes they do not regularly exhibit by default. However, Quirks usually require a conscious effort by the user to 'activate,' though most users can be trained to initiate them reflexively depending on the conditions required for activation and practice to initiate their quirks with greater intent and precision. While these kinds of Quirks are often quite powerful, their biggest weakness is that their effects are often temporary, and over-exertion usually leads to negative repercussions on the user's behalf. The Quirk can also be limited based on the user, how resilient their body is, and the resources they have available to them. Some users even condition their body in specific ways so that their quirks can operate more efficiently.

Because this type of Quirk combines the activation time and mutant-shape aspects of the other Quirk types, it is also often known as Hybrid or Composite. Transformation Quirks seem to be the least common type of Quirk.


Mutant type Quirks
A wide variety of features and abilities depending on the individual, but the common similarity seems to be that these Quirks are a part of the user's physicality, causing the user to exhibit irregular bodily features that have some purpose to them. As a result, Mutant Quirks are passively active and, at a glance, are the most identifiable. Mutant-type Quirks create physical structures that bestow the user more complex abilities that Emitter and Transformation quirks cannot safely provide. Often they will bestow prehensile appendages that allow for greater degrees of control or structures added to pre-existing limbs to enhance pre-existing abilities. Mutant-type Quirks even can channel certain aspects of their user through them similarly to Emitter-type Quirks. While not necessarily a weakness, Mutant-type Quirks cannot be turned off, and sometimes cause the user inconvenience due to their malformations.

Though because these quirks are passively-active, they are immune to quirk-disabling effects such as that of Shota Aizawa's Erasure quirk. Mutant-type quirks are also the only known type of quirk which can be passed down through generations without necessarily bestowing the similar ability. As a result of this, while it's uncertain how common mutant-quirks are, it can be safely assumed they are the most commonly inherited.

Name: Gremwald Robinson - Violet Witch

Personality: During her years as a villain Gremwald was noted by her ferocity and maliciousness. She was ruthless in battle and calculating when plotting her various schemes and plans, though was also quick to throw out a sarcastic quick or witty retort, especially if it helped throw her foes off their game. In that same vein she also wasn't afraid to flaunt her sexuality, carrying herself in a promiscuous matter or just outright flirting with heroes and other villains in order to get in their heads and work her mind games. Over the years Gremwald's personality has significantly mellowed out into that befitting a proper house wife: kind, patient, welcoming, even motherly in some aspects. The trait that's carried over the most from her old life is easily her sarcastic sense of humor, as her tongue is just as quick and sharp as it used to be. While she keeps her more aggressive tendencies pent up for the most part, she revels in the opportunity to fully cut loose and embrace her darker nature if the situation calls for it.

Background: Gremwald didn't always roam the streets as a lawless vigilante. In fact she didn't used to be a hero at all. Nearly 20 years ago Gremwald Gilderweiss was just beginning her career as a budding super villainess, going under the name "Violet Witch". She had started as a petty arsonist, but as she grew into her powers and persona she began experimenting with bigger crimes, using the mystique of her witch appearance to add an air of mystery and grandeur to all her plans and doings. She had racked up quite the rap-sheet by the time she reached city-wide status, however that was when her life took a major turning point.

It all happened during a climatic battle with her then arch-nemesis, a heroine by the name of Queen Cobalt (real name Rebecca Robinson). While the two had clashed many times before, this battle had been particularly brutal, dragging on for hours with no sign of either coming out on top. Eventually it had gotten to the point were the two women were simply tiredly slugging it out, having to slump against one another just to stand. And in that moment: gasping, exhausted, bodies pressed so tightly together, clothes torn and barely hanging on, alone with not a single eye to judge them...something inside them changed, and all the feelings of hatred and animosity were replaced by, well something else... a strange understanding of one another, a twisted admiration for the other's sheer will power, even a bit of attraction? Down in the crumbled remains of Gremwald's hideout their battled ended not with a decisive blow or show of power...but with a kiss...

Having shamefully fallen in love with her own rival Gremwald lost all her pride as a villain, and after some coaxing reluctantly allowed Cobalt to take her in. After serving a significantly truncated sentence she and Rebecca were shortly married, the government ruling that the close supervision of her hero wife would act as an acceptable form of parole. From there Gremwald officially retired from villainy to become a housewife, a role she has fulfilled dutifully for the past 15 odd years. However as the years draw on, and her wife continues to put in long days of hero work, Gremwald has found herself growing increasingly bored and suffocated by simple civilian life. As she is technically still on parole for her litany of crimes she's not legally permitted to apply to be a hero, so she has instead taken to busting out her old Violet Witch outfit and taking to the streets as a vigilante for fun. Essentially getting into crime fighting for no other reason than as a personal hobby, a much needed way to get out of the house and stretch her legs.

Quirk: Witch-Flame- An emitter type quirk that allows Gremwald to harness fire in the form of various "spell-like" attacks, ranging from straight forward fire balls, to conjured pillars of flame, to even place-able runes that can be remotely detonated as fiery explosions. This quirk also has a minor transformation-esque trait, for when she "primes" her quirk for use her sclera will turn bitch black and her yellow irises will glow, usually remaining so for the duration of a battle, which will always give away when she's preparing to attack for those who know to look for it.

Is a trained and formerly licensed bartender. Used to work at a cocktail bar as a hobby before vigilantism, but got her license revoked after a fire-related bar trick went awry.

Name: Sanako Oba - That Weird Inflating Girl

Personality: Sanako is your typical wallflower, preferring to avoid the scary world of social interaction and keep her nose in a book. This habit, however, has made her a very avid learner and thus she had worked hard to become a straight A student back in her high school years. The shy girl is a budding lesbian, though she's never had an actual relationship. That doesn't mean she's completely inept in terms of sexual knowledge though, as she bares a secret stash of yuri doujinshi which she reads when alone and sexually frustrated. Thus she is a large romantic and very much a submissive. She also tends to have a large attraction to taller women and those that have motherly frames.

Background: Before attempting any sort of hero work, the shy wallflower was just a shut-in that designed websites on commission to make a meager living. She used her funds to fashion her simple apartment into a den of nerdiness filled with numerous books and obscure merchandise. While the meek recluse may have kept worldly thanks to the internet, she never dared to step a foot outside unless she was absolutely required to. Her past had been rife with social horrors and harsh bullying due to her mousy nature and seeming lack of a quirk.

In truth, Sanako had quirk, but found it quite embarrassing. She had no choice but to use it though as she found a pair of quirk-baring yakuza harassing a quirk-less 30-something woman on her way home from an grocery run. With a scraped-together mask and little fighting experience, the flustered recluse had to quickly learn how to use her quirk effectively. By the time the licensed heroes had arrived though, she was already running away in embarrassment, clearly not wanting her power cataloged for everyone to see by her real name. Thus, it was rather awkward when she found her stubborn dislike of bullies pushing her to continue on as a vigilante.


Quirk: Growth Point - A transformation quirk that allows Sanako to balloon sections of her body with excessive force. She'll commonly use it to either expand her foot or fist when hitting her foes. She also uses it to leap highly by briefly expanding her feet. Sanako can also expand areas that take impacts to at least soften the blow. Finally, her bloated areas are oddly buoyant.

Costume: A black leotard and a kamen rider-esque mask.

-Sanako has not personally selected her hero name. It's mostly just what the people on the internet keep calling her.

-Highly embarrassed when people ask if she can expand her bust (She can.)

Personality:
Due to his spoiled upbringing Abasi tends to be self focused and bratty in his normal life. He's used to getting his own way and, if he's presented with the contrary, he'll make a whole thing of it. He enjoys being the center of attention, the object of people's affections, and the apple of everyone's eye. Boisterous and quick witted he's always trying to entertain. During his time as a vigilante, however, Abasi dawns a more stern and silent demeanor, attempting instead to communicate fear into those he comes across.

Background:
Some are born with a silver spoon in their mouths, Abasi's, however, was solid gold. His family was beyond wealthy, living at the top most floor of a large tower with a colossal penthouse. From birth the boy was coddled and cradled, given everything anyone could desire. If he so much as glanced at a toy it was his, entire stores would go through inventory like a blowout. His parents were both very successful, though they never saw fit to tell him just HOW they were. Up until his fifteenth birthday things were perfect, not a care in the world haunted him. However, this was the very day where a hero would bust through their window. Endeavor, the fire brained blow hard. Apparently the vast amounts of wealth his family had accumulated came from his father who was a successful villain. The man robbed some of the most secure places on the planet with the use of his quirk and done so for years.

Overnight his home, everything he owned, and their entire lives were seized by the hero's association as evidence. They were downgraded to some normal, trash apparent with the rest of the rabble of the real world. To say that a grudge had grown towards them was an understatement. Abasi went year after year condemning the heros, cursing Endeavor especially, and basically acting out all of his aggression. It was about this time that he developed his quirk from what he'd had originally.

Over time, however, Abasi's hatred was shifted. It came to his attention that his father hadn't just gotten sloppy, no, he'd been betrayed. Some of his closest "friends" had sold him out to the heroes for the removal of competition. He'd been wronged and Abasi knew what he needed to do. These men wanted to clear the board of his father's interference but now it was time to clear the board entirely. With his quirk there to help Abasi began prowling the nights, shaking down petty thieves to find out the identities and locations of everyone who'd ever worked with, worked under, colluded with, or otherwise knew his father.

Quirk:
Strength of Anubis- A transformation type quirk that allows Abasi to transform into a part jackal humanoid creature. His beast form is far larger and gains intense muscle as well as canine enhanced senses. Upon his transformation Abasi's voice will deepen but his level intelligence remains the same, only deterred by his sensitive smell and hearing. This form, while powerful, is quite rough on Abasi's body. He can maintain the transformation solidly for about thirty minutes before needing to change back. Otherwise his personality will begin to be repressed and taken over by a more feral, bestial instinct. Eventually deteriorating into a mindless creature that will only change back if knocked unconscious, the process also leaving Abasi completely drained and exhausted upon his change back.

Personality: Extremely gentle and kind, all her life she had been helpful both to her family and even strangers. She is the kind of person who lets out a fly if it's stuck inside and willing puts herself in danger to help others and that was before her Quirk. Extremely friendly she speaks to everyone with ease, Ama has never really been interested in having a relationship up to now but recently she has had a change in heart and is flirting for the very first time.

Background: Ama is currently at university training to be a nurse, she dreams of being an a and e nurse so that she be on hand to really help the injured especially with her Quirk. Ama managed to obtain good grades in school and college through hard study. She specialized in science and maths in college and got into her first choice of university. She's now entering her third year and final year and is also doing a apprenticeship at the local hospital.

Ama lives in shared student accommodation and has a part time job in a small coffee shop. She is hard working but can sometime be a bit of a klutz. She is also easy to fool, naturally always thinking the best of people and always giving them second, third even forth chances. Ama has never once said she hated anyone. Although she rarely resorts to violence she does attend a self defense class and can if pushed use her skills in a fight.

Quirk: The Angel- This Quirk transforms Ama's body her hair turning completely white and large white wings sprout from her back, she can fly with these for a short period of time but the wings are delicate and cannot handle rough weather. Ama's actual Quirk is healing, if she runs her hands over the body part in question she can heal almost any injury. This ability changes in relation to the injury in question, if someone is badly injured than it may take Ama up to half and hour to heal them. If they are in critical condition it could take several days depending on how easily the patient takes to healing. Unfortunately she can only heal injuries and bone damage ama cannot heal sickness of any kind.

Personality: Ryu is a general well-to-do young man. He thinks through situations and tries to find the most efficient or effective means to deal with things. He's flexible enough to go along with some things that happen and try to make the best of it. Ryu is determined to make something out of himself through his quirk use or his natural mechanical expertise. He gets agitated and angry about someone with wealth or power using it to crush the people under them and keep them down. He likes making friends though and enjoy helping them out through whatever's bothering them. His meticulous nature sometimes makes him a bit overbearing.  Ryu has a quiet personality that doesn't call much attention to itself unless he's doing vigilante work; then he becomes sarcastic, almost sinister and enjoys what he's doing more openly

He comes from wealth and has been raised to be courteous and polite to most people; heis own studies have left him something of a scholar in various topics.

Background: Ryu comes from a wealthy family that has controlling interest in a major corporation; so he lacked for naught growing up and was free to explore whatever he wanted. Expect when he was forced to spend 16 hours a day in various "high-society" topics and martial arts training. He was raised to be a certain role; which he rejected recently for "reasons" he doesn't wish to discuss.

He's left his family and severed all connection to both his father and his extended family other than his siblings.  He lives in his own small apartment and partially owns a small coffee shop that he invested in the previous year. It's a bit of income while he's working on his own education and engineering skills. 

That's advanced over time. He currently owns the rights to a handful of nearly futuristic machine designs; used in the public sector for repairs on electrical systems in places people can't reach, safely work in, or require precise and delicate methods. He affectionately refers to them as "spider drones" given their appearance and capabilities.  He also owns the patent on a larger version that can be used to transport heavy loads safely without congesting street-level traffic (by virtue of being tall enough in a standing position to "walk" over them basically); this model is also used to transport prisoners around given the height it rises to when standing; making escape difficult, even for those with quirks.

Quirk: Inherited mutation quirk: through a congenital mutation in genetics; Ryu possesses super strength, speed (speed through the fact he can apply his strength to his movement).

But his own quirk is an emitter: He can afflict people around him with intense bad luck or misfortune.

Other Points of Interest: Ryu is a mechanical genius; he can intuitively understand the structure of something he has a chance to study and can produce constructs of immense precision given time and material.

Shy beginning~ Liliana can sometimes have tendency to be rather shy towards new individuals for a while until she gets to know them better, from there she will open up sigificantly.

Moral~ Liliana feels very strongly about the things she knows in her own heart to be right and wrong, she will fight hard to do the right thing and prevent injustices.

Compassionate~ A heart of gold, Liliana cares deeply about her home and all the people in it, it breaks her heart to see someone sorrowed or suffering. She also believes in second chances for individuals that really, truly mean it, but just one... Liliana has always believed that no one is born a villain, we all make our own choices that mold we are and we can always make new choices to make a new start and a new you.

Optimistic~ Never say die. Nothing is ever over until you allow it to be over, you have the power within you to turn the tide and set things to right, if you only just believe that you can do it.

Determined~ Liliana never does anything half-baked, if she puts her mind to doing something, she puts her whole heart and self into it. She will complete what she set out to do.

Sex-Kitten~ This is a side of Liliana that only her significant other will ever get to see... but sweet Liliana is quite the passionate girl between the sheets. She will not ever 'get freaky' with anyone that isn't serious about her or if she is not serious about them in return.

If you do earn this spot in her life, you are in for a treat.

Loyal~ When Liliana makes a friend, you can sure as hell bet that she will never ever betray you and will always have your back, even when shit looks bad or you just need someone to vent to or arms to hold you while you cry, because that is what you do for the people you care the most about.

Background: Liliana was born to equally psychically gifted parents, whom were overjoyed their daughter displayed such powerful psychic abilities as her quirk as well.
Liliana led a golden happy childhood learning the ways and moral compass of the hero from her parents, watching them as well all the time on television... saving people and helping anyone and everyone... her parents were amazing and she wanted to be just like them...

When Liliana was approaching her thirteenth birthday, she had a terrible vision... her parents, laying lifeless in a pile of rubble and broken building parts... their faces pale with death, their bodies horrendously broken...

When Liliana had told her parents what she had seen, they reassured her that they would be careful and armed with this new knowledge, they would avoid their dark fate...

Unfortunately... it can really suck when you're right...

Tragedy struck not too long after Liliana turned thirteen, her parents were on television, fighting against the newest adversary with some of their other hero allies... Liliana had to sit there watching in total helplessness... when her parents met their end...

She vowed from that moment on, that she would strive to become stronger and stronger in the use of psychic quirks, she was going to be among the greatest of the great and no one on her watch was ever going to die like her parents again, not if she had anything say about it! She would honor her parents memories and never allow villains a triumph like this one ever again!

It wasn't much longer before Liliana began attending the Hero Academia... she would rise and she would make the evil doers of their world suffer...                   

Quirk: The Oracle-
Liliana is gifted with the quirk of powerful psychic abilities...

Her abilities consist of thus~

Precognition- Liliana has the ability to receive brief (and sometimes obnoxiously vague) visions of the future. Liliana has absolutely no control over this and it's going to happen when it's going to happen, regardless if she wants it or finds it inconvenient.

Clairvoyance- Certain objects or people involved in certain intense or significant events can carry such potent residual energy that upon being touched by a clairvoyant, the clairvoyant will see the moment in time associated with the residual energy.

Energy shield (Think of Violet from the Incredibles)- Liliana can harness her own psychic energy and make manifest as a protective bubble around herself and her allies. There is a time limit on this however, for safety reasons, the act is highly draining on Liliana's energy.

Also, the time the bubble can last depends highly upon the damage it is receiving and how many individuals Liliana is trying to shield.

Energy balls- Like with her shield, Liliana can harness her psychic energy in another unique way, she can form it into a sphere over her palm and throw it at her enemies for some painful psychic warfare, it would take a very disciplined mind to not get knocked flat on your ass, if not thrown very hard.

It is hard, nearly impossible even, to anger him, and rest assured that he will find humor in any and every situation. He loves to comfort, advise, and uplift those around him, though, and shines under pressure and scrutiny. If you can get past the cheeky winking and the perpetual Cheshire Grin, there's a very loyal and very upbeat friend in wait for you. He cooperates well with others and doesn't mind taking a backseat to true leaders; He's too easygoing to take up a strict role, anyhow.

Background: Naheer was adopted by an infamous, (albeit quirkless), Scottish modiste as an infant, having been left without records or even a note on a church doorstep in Berwick, England. The dressmaker devoted his life to raising his new son from day one, successfully bringing up a loving boy with magnificent moral standing and an eye for beautiful things. With his father having been known internationally and with knowing how much he traveled, it was a wonder he found the time to take his boy along for the ride, but he managed. As such, Naheer was exposed to a lot of the world at an early age, retaining his humility despite his father's growing fame and fortune. It wasn't until Naheer was about seven that his quirk began to shine through, often entangling him. He nearly strangled himself a few times by accident, too, though his father was always there to make sure he still had a pulse.

Naheer did not start using his powers to fight crime until his father was taken from him three years ago, gunned down at random outside a fabric shop in Brooklyn. Sadly, his father's habit of wearing expensive jewelry had attracted unsavory attention; They weren't even warned. His father was felled by a shot to the head instantly, whereas Naheer was shot thrice in various areas and still managed to restrain the gunman in question so as to hand him over to the local authorities.

Following the loss of his father, Naheer inherited the Scotsman's entire fortune, which he has since tucked away for a rainy day. Naheer lives modestly enough, though did travel quite a bit in honor of his father before settling. His new hobby consists of both making new friends and picking up lovelies.

Quirk: Biokinetic manipulation - Naheer's quirk is an odd one, though he certainly puts it to work. It has been deemed something akin to a curse from the appearance he takes when his body prepares for combat, though this is not confirmed. Essentially, his DNA is pliable clay.

The body in question, while seemingly compact and normal to any onlooker, is actually comprised of a great many protein-based, microscopic 'threads' that are capable of reconstructing even after being severed or cut through. He can also control said threads psionically, and has been known to make use of them as extra appendages, utility ropes, whips, restraints, etc. By layering them, he braces for impact, and by using swift, exact motions, can even use them as makeshift blades. They typically manifest in small sheets, as stripping them down to their true size is not as useful and takes far more effort.

While not truly life-threatening unless they number in the dozens, bullets and other projectiles that successfully penetrate his threading can be removed by the threads themselves, though pushing more than one out of his body may take some time. This is not unlike an operation, where each thread must be carefully severed and rejoined. Outside interference in such situations is futile. Naheer must consume proteins and iron at a constant; He eats a lot of red meat.

Personality: Mysterious and aloof could be easily said about Setsuna at first meeting. At times, she might come off as rather too snobbish and prudish in how she talks especially to those who don't give the best impression to her at first. Sarcasm comes very naturally to her, and it doesn't help that she can be very blunt with her honesty as she doesn't give second thoughts to her words whatsoever. But if someone takes the time to get to know the stoic woman and tolerate her sarcasm and aloofness, Setsuna can prove to be an interesting company.

Perhaps it trailed from her Asian roots but Setsuna had always been a very intelligent woman, and that was proven by her speech and mannerism. Not only that but those who managed to earn her friendship would find that she's a very loyal friend to have around, especially when she can be quite amiable to those who she's comfortable with. To those she considers as friends, Setsuna wouldn't hesitate to offer a helping hand if they needed it. Other than that, the woman had shown herself to be a very formidable fighter, especially on how she can be very calm in any given situations and can be very ruthless when it comes to fighting any criminals.

Background: Setsuna always knew she was very different from the rest. Not only was she born with a quirk; which was expected since both her parents were born with their own respective quirks, but she was born in a rather wealthy yet very traditional Japanese family which uphold many of their traditions despite the modern ages. Being the youngest of the family and the only daughter, Setsuna was molded to become a proper lady to ensure that she would carry their family name honourably. From flower arrangement to tea-making, and even down to self-defence in where she learned different types of martial arts — from kenjutsu, kendo, aikido and more.

Nonetheless, behind the very facade, Setsuna soon learned on what really went on behind closed doors when it came to her family. It made sense to her now on why her oldest brother had left the family years ago to become a hero; especially when her family actually were a family of criminals; a yakuza family along as being as villains. Setsuna then realized that she didn't want to follow her parents' footsteps of becoming a villain or being involved in their criminal activities whatsoever. Her family disowned her and soon, she was left to her own devices then. Her brother, fortunately, took her in under his wings and taught her whatever she needed to know while allowing Setsuna adjust to this new life.

Seeing the city in disarray however with the uprising of new villains and such, Setsuna decided the hero regulations were too restrictive and things needed to change. And that was where Vendetta came into the picture.

Quirk:
Enhanced Reflexes and Speed - An inherited mutation quirk, which gives Setsuna a great advantage. Her reflexes were heightened to where she's able to respond faster to her surroundings; which makes her adaptable in any kind of situations. Nonetheless, they had assisted her greatly whenever she involves in fights and dealing with the criminals so far.

Lightsaber - An emitter-type quirk in which she is able to turn nearly anything she touches into an energy-based weapon. When these objects become sufficiently energized, they can easily cut through most materials and objects with great ease. Not only that but it seemed she's able to 'energize' herself in where she would teleport or phase to dodge attacks if she needed to. For the time being, she uses a customized Japanese wooden sword as her main weapon other than additional throwing projectiles in her arsenal.

Personality: For a geeky fan girl of the greatest professional heroes Inari is quite vigorous and cheerful, taking inspiration from the media to do the best she can to mimic her idols as she would love to become like them. Although she does have a cute shy side too, getting nervous and blushing when too many people stare at her, but that doesn't stop her from being quite bold and daring and focusing on what would the hero or heroine in question would do in such situaion she usually is able to overcome, she might mumble to much sometimes though.

Usually more worried on reading about heroes than on her studies Inari will never refuse to cosplay about a particular hero or heroine either partially or totally or in an alternate costume even if she doesn't know about for even the unknown heroes deserve being shown recognition, she just hopes one day she will highly appreciated too.

Background: Since she was a little kid and her quirk manifested Inari always loved to copy her favorite heroes when watching them at TV, it would be their faces only at first and she wouldn't be able to transform her wholly until she became a teen. By then it would be pretty obvious that she didn't had the talent to become a hero, or so everyone thought, but that didn't mean she was impopular at all, on the contrary despite not being in any sports team Inari would be pretty popular and well known for her pranks and impersonations of pro heroes and teachers although the latter often got her in troubles.

Inari would also spend all day dreaming about being a famous heroine, reading the notes she made on her notebooks about heroes or drawing costumes she would like to use thus she never was good at paying attention and never got any outstanding grades but by the time high school was close to an end Inari had been able to show everyone that while she was not a great student or a strong one her quirk could still prove useful and her friends and mates as well as the teacher she had mimicked all those years encouraged her to take the tests to join a hero academy, she wouldn't be able to join the U.A. but there were still others she take try. Inari wasn't successful at any though but after having failed all those all the admission exams she wasn't discouraged and decided to get a job a birthday parties impersonating famous heroes, that was the closest thing she was to becoming a real hero she thought, until one day at the street she witnessed a villain stealing a lady's purse, people around wouldn't want to get involved in this and there were no heroes around, who cloud blame them since this was nothing but a simple crime yet Inari could not just stand there and do nothing.

Her legs trembled just from seeing the hulking criminal leave his footprint on solid pavement as he escaped but Inari made an effort to overcome her fear and soon she did something. "Stop right there criminal and abandon your ways" would the wooden hero Kamui Woods say making the villain drop the stolen purse and flee as quick as she could.It worked this time but what if the villain had decided to fight back, Inari decided she would have to train and decided to keep practicing and training on her own even harder than before.

Quirk: Alter Ego: a transformation quirk that allows Inari to transform herself into other people, if they posses mutation quirks she is able replicate those as well but these will be limited by her own physical abilities. As a transformation quirk it also allows her to replicate other transformations quirks too albeit with the same limitation. She can't replicate at all emission type quirks yet Alter Ego also allows Inari to affect her clothes as if they were an extension of her body, this will work only while she is wearing them and any accessory created this way cannot be used as a tool of any kind. After lots of practice Inari is not limited to copy specific people's appearance or quirks though and can create her own combinations so she could transform into a taller version of someone butwith different hair and another one's transformation/mutant quirks yet she still can't use Alter Ego while being transformed and has to revert to her original form before using it again. She is also limited in time when using it, usually she can keep it for up to one hour but if she does anything too exhausting or is under too much stress this time shortens radically sometimes being able to maintain it just for as long as 5 minutes, furthermore after using it she can't transform again immediately but she has been training to reduce this amount of waiting time to a minimum.

True Personality
The true Okuya on the inside is intelligent, ruthless, and single-minded in his dedication to finding the one responsible for the death of his father. His mother being apart of a duo many years back only to be utterly wrecked by his unfortunate passing and later the rapid mental health of his mother. When no one is around he is the most aloof and no-nonsense of the vigilantes, rarely smiling and often having to remind himself to switch back to his facade around the others. He's lied about his reasoning for doing what he does stating that a life without an enemy is boring. When fighting he's been shown to enjoy fights occasionally, even though he only really appreciates seeing his enemies being in a weak position and panicking, and often licks his lips in anticipation of their defeat. He also comes across as mockingly polite, as he is offering villains a chance to give up knowing full well he isn't going to take it.

Outward 'Fake'  Personality
The word that describes him by his fellow vigilantes the best could be 'childish,' as he possesses several traits hinting to immaturity. A very extroverted and impulsive man, acting with his heart. He consistently shows his emotions, which are more extreme than for the average individual, being ecstatic when he is happy, in tears when he is sad, and enraged when angry. There are times he frequently acts out of impulses, and rarely takes the time to observe or reflect fruitfully. He also has been known to be 'not good at making decisions' although his actions are ingenuity more often than not. Most find it suspicious though he claims its a stroke of luck.

He is also mildly stingy, refusing to share his food with others or lend money after learning his relatives froze his account. Also, implied he is conservative with his money. He currently only has five to six years of savings which he is living off of now. A slightly noticeable trait is he possesses a confrontational and violent side, possibly due to a rough childhood. On top of being foul-mouthed, he regularly issues threats to those that anger him and has on several occasions hits objects out of pure anger. All of this is an act, so the others don't know his real personality, however.

Background:
When he was younger, he had difficulty making friends because he felt no one could understand him since his parents weren' like the usual working class. They were both heroes and were well known and respected. Because of this, he felt isolated from his peers. Concerned with their son, they came to the class, and one of his teachers told them that none of the other children disliked Okuya but that he was unapproachable and didn't seem to want to make any friends.

His parents both saddened admitted that since they were always out fighting, they never spent much time with their son, and didn't know much about their son or understand why he was so withdrawn. Okuya observed the children around him writing down the names of their friends and thought about how the people around him had someone who could understand them. He felt even his parents had each other but that they would never be able to relate to him. This caused him to become a withdrawn individual who felt different from others. After his father passed away fighting a villain, Okuya's mother began possessing more money through an unknown means as she stopped her career as a hero with her husband dead.

His mother became more cruel and abusive in the process causing him to come home later and later actually making friends, though it was only to avoid being around her as her depression was getting worse. Eventually, his mother had drunk too much and was hospitalized and Okuya was taken away to live with his relatives. Later he would learn that she had passed away and the shady dealing she'd committed came to light shaming the family. Okuya swore revenge on the one responsible for all of this and pinned it all on the villain that was still at very much free, but with very little idea who they were, he needed to search for them.

Personality: Despite his menacing appearance as a vigilante, Kieran is actually quite kind and understanding. His particularly strange mind is something he considers an asset in his day job as a psychotherapist. While his logic can prove to be difficult to follow, he is not amoral and while his general lack of belief in any sort of formal law enforcement, government, or anything of the sort may strike people as unnerving, he is not evil. He operates outside the law because the law may in fact hinder justice In hid eyes. He has a love both for the elegant and for the macabre. However he is also plagued by a sense of loneliness and his mannerisms often drive others away. He is also known to be rather stubborn. Regardless of what some might assume, he is in fact intensely religious and his philosophy appears to be a combination of Thelema, Chaos Magic, Druidism, “traditional witchcraft”, Wicca, and Tantric Buddhism in terms of it's philosophical elements. He has a love of poetry and frequently speaks in metaphor. His gender expression leans toward what many would call “feminine”, but Kieran is in fact a cisgender male.

Background: Kieran was born into a loving family who just so happened to be members of a largely obscure occult order who followed spiritual doctrine that to outsiders might seem grim, foreboding, and unnerving.  From a young age, he found it hard to fit in with the other children and often found himself bullied because of his usual interests, expression, and mannerism. He found aspects of how the other kids thought strange and they in turn thought his vision of reality difficult to comprehend. However, he also had a deep sense of right and wrong that did not always line up with common conceptions, but certainly gave him a sense of obligation where standing up for the misunderstood and despised. So, he often found himself trying to protect other kids who were seen as outcasts. This perhaps fed into his fascination with the human mind and his drive to understand it.

When his quirk finally manifested, he found that it only made the others more terrified of him and as such, he spent many of his early years friendless with only his parents to console him. They told him that his quirk was truly a gift from the strange Deities that granted him a special insight into the truth of the world few others have and that he could be a blessed bringer of wisdom. Whether or not his parents claims were true, this at least helped him find a measure of peace with his strange new abilities. Though he would never become a hero in the sense most would imagine, he took their words to hear. He had a rare insight that he could use to help people. So as he grew older, he sought to befriend those who others wrote off as too strange or freaks.

As he grew older, it became apparent to him that the law and even some heroes did not always protect those who needed it the most, the marginalized, outcast, and unfairly despised. His morality seemed to become more nuanced and yet more alien as he studied and grew older, hoping to become a psychotherapist. He also grew more enmeshed in his family's secretive religion and occult ceremonies which he believed would help him find his place in the world and find out how best he could use his abilities.
He however, did not make his first foray into vigilantism until he happened upon an incident where he saw the police actively ignoring the brutal assault of a mentally ill person the streets. Not content to let this grave act of cruelty slide and determined to do something to save them, he sprang into action using his quirk to deliver a swift and sound defeat. It was clear to him now more than ever that the law and the hero associations tied thereto would not protect everyone equally and so, he took it upon himself to protect those that society detested as a result of bigotry, misunderstanding, and those whose struggles were ignored out of apathy.

Quirk: Touch of the Elders- Touch of the elders is a terrifying quirk which according to Kieran allows him to accomplish seemingly supernatural feats by tapping into the angles of existence humans usually cannot reach into, or at least, this is the closest explanation he can come up with. No one is exactly sure by what mechanism it works, but it does. This grants him a large number of applications. One of these is to seemingly teleport by stepping through said angles , to strike at people from a wide range of locations with his body. He can also “tweak” forces related to it to created something akin to an energy blast or temporarily shield himself. This also allows him to show people a glimpse of these parts of existence causing severe shock or mental anguish. He also claims he can discern certain things about locations or events that happened in a particular area  by doing this. However, this ability has drawbacks. One of which is that he can be temporarily trapped in a teleportation loop or torn between various locations if he over extends himself. This part of his quirk also has a limit to it's range and is most functional when he can actually see his opponent or has seen the area in which he's operating prior.He can also be physically exhausted and showing people these “angles” can cause him periods of instability or catatonia. When using the aspect of his quirk which allows him to read impressions, he's prone to speaking in riddles (much more so than usual) that make communicating with a team frustrating. On top of this, his appearance when using it becomes outwardly unnerving with a smile that seems to extend too far, tendrils of shadow that protrude from his back. A third eye that seems to shift it's position all across his body. His two immobile eyes turn black save for a pair of red irises, his skin grows unnaturally pale, and a series of black markings appear on his body that seem to constantly be changing shape. His own perception of reality can also become warped if he's not careful.

Costume: His face is obscured by an elaborately embroidered black domino mask. The rest of his body is covered in garments resembling more concealing forms of fetish wear with various elegant and vaguely Gothic looking glyphs devised through sigilization methods practiced by those who pursue certain occult disciplines. He also usually wears a pair of black gloves, combat boots, and an elaborately embroidered long coat.
