Hmm, how much would it cost to rent lab space with a wardrobe/dresser and two beds for a year?  I'm talking a fairly large lab for two people.

There isn't a lab at whatever 'school' we're at?  At least I think we're at a 'school.'  Correct me if I'm wrong.

There may be, but I'm trying to assess the feasibility of having private lab space to do long term experiments, and a place to rest my head between adventures.  The added bonus is a semi-secure place to store equip and other possessions I don't want to carry on short quests and day to day adventures.
