The hive dystopia /utopia intrest check

the hive is a city surrounded by a large wall. The hive is run by a group of computers that stay underground the city. Each person that lives there has a chip in them the chip holds all there money, and identification. The person can be tracked by their chip, and it allows then access to only certain buildings. Mostly the place they work, their apartment, or the grocery store.  Crime has completely stopped since it is easy to find the accused and the price for crime is always death. The only price to stay in this Utopia is that you have to be a productive member of so city. If you lose your job you end up in a work camp outsidethe wall.


Outside the wall is a wasteland,plague had destroyed the world long ago, and the only survivors live in the city or so they are told. Instead there are others on the other side. They have changed with the illness, adapted so they have new abilities, or powers. They are just trying to carve out an existence in the waste, but they heard they have everything on the other side of the wall. They wont it torn down

A group of people decided that the city was being unfair and start a resistance. they want the wall torn down too.
