The unfound tribe (m or f)

Right I have this idea in my head of a TV  reporter who discovers a forgotten tribe and wants to make a program on them.Encouraged by other members of the group she would fully engage with the tribe whilst they filmed it.

A certain member of the tribe or crew would begin to have feelings for her and be encouraged to follow them without her at first having a idea till it is too late.

Or maybe she could be kidnapped by a rival tribe I am open to other suggestions.
