A interesting question that has just come to mind in my weird little head. Could the humans be halflings. Like half human, half angel/demon?

I would prefer you didn't. It wouldn't be completely strange to think that they could intermingle and breed with each other to produce half-angels and demons, but to have characters start out like that, it leans on the OP side of things.

Name:
Neesha the Vile
Gender/Sex:
Female with extra accessories (Futa)
Species:
Demon
Master:
-
Binds:
Female. If male, don't expect 'intimacy.'
Description:
Daughter of Beleth(also spelled Bilet, Bileth and Byleth is a mighty and terrible king of Hell, who has eighty-five legions of demons under his command) she takes well after her dearest father. She is a despicable Princess, loathed and feared by her serfs and further despised by other members of nobility within Hell. Just like her father, she carries on a fierce appearance and reputation, battle-born the day she was raised and brought into upbringing within Hell. Appearances alone she is intimidating, she stands at a height of six feet and seven inches, her body is toned with muscle, and her physical strength rivals that of demonic Behemoths within Hell. She is far from the image of a meek Princess or noblewoman as some demonesses share.

Her arsenal is generally her body alone given her high physique and endurance to take a beating and dish one back out tenfold. She is well verse in swordplay, often seen wielding a greatsword within hell in a single hand due to her strength. She has dabbled in the use of magick, although for her it is alone the lines of 'blood magic.' Neesha can summon a demonic entity through sacrifices, mostly from her victims for the blood ritual. The creature itself is just as much as a monstrosity as she, and some often reference them as Hell Worms, modern world sometimes shows them as 'Tremors.'  The latter of which is no where near correct with her summoning as the foul beast is many entities merged into one, a gigantic worm with smaller living specimens upon its Hellish body. Neesha's 'pet; often serves as her personal mount within Hell. It is also believe she may be capable of summoning other specimens through 'blood magic' although she traditionally prefers her Hell Worms.

Her personality is as warped as she really is, it is what makes her despicable. As mentioned before, she is a Princess, and all Princesses must have their way, no? This can be said true is that she always gets what she wants, no matter what. She does not settle for less and is not afraid in making one's life miserable till she is properly satisfied. She is also sadistic, she enjoys torture above all else; but not the child-ish BDSM stuff that some demons do. No, Neesha is the type that will break bones, rip off fingernails, and disfigure a victim over and over again for laughs and giggles. Her ecstasy is seeing others around her in agony and at her mercy.  To put it bluntly, she is just sick, twisted, and psychopathic. Her royal status only intensifies those traits in her malicious persona.

Unfortunately, her soon to be reigned in Hell has been cut short when she was about to be presented a birthday gift of her own legions of demons to command. A botched summoning has brought her to the modern world and due to the lack of know how from her foolish summoner, her body and abilities have been greatly critical of what she was once truly capable of.

Uhhh... that's... that's way too overpowered.

Name: Ithuriel
Gender/Sex: Male
Species: Angel
Master: Will be added if there's a female human character willing to be Ithuriel's master (or mistress, I suppose).
Binds: N/A
Description: Ithuriel ("discovery of God" or "a great golden crown") is the name of a being mentioned in the writings of the Kabbala and in 16th century conjuring books. He is one of the three Sarim (princes) of the holy sefiroth serving under the ethnarchy of the angel Sephuriron. In particular, he is a Sarim of Geburah, one of the Holy Sephira of the Tree of Life. He is also mentioned in The Greater Key of Solomon as an angel of the first pentacle of Mars. He also works under the authority of Gabriel along with the angels Yekon, Zephon and Abdiel.

He wields either a holy golden sword, or a spear, being able to conjure either at will. Ithuriel's spear has the ability to expose deceit, falsehoods and illusions with the slightest of touches, whilst he himself can manipulate the elements of fire and water. Being skilled at revealing truth, Ithuriel is likewise talented at hiding it, and disguising himself, and taking upon other forms. He was one of the angels commissioned by Gabriel to search for Satan, who had effected his entrance into Paradise, being accompanied by Zephon. His name has turned up in numerous works of literature, including Paradise Lost.

Ithuriel is intelligent, thoughtful, subtle and highly perceptive. At times he is charismatic, dramatic and perhaps flamboyant, and at others, quiet and shy, spending most of his time as he has in heaven. Being one of the lesser known angels, he likewise is not called upon anywhere near as much as the ones like Gabriel, Michael and Uriel. Thus, he does not possess as much experience in the mortal world, having been there only sporadically in different points of history. He tends to be uncomfortable around women, especially mortal ones. Nonetheless, it is something another angel, Anael, has, and often does tease him about. He also possesses a certain degree of arrogance, usually, due to his rank as a Sarim, whilst also being somewhat calculating and ambitious. Nonetheless, he is aware of the bigger picture, and tends to avoid ending up in situations where he is worse off than he began. Accordingly, he was amongst those who remained on the side of Heaven during the Fall. Being associated with Mars, he has a certain taste for battle and war, which is backed up by his skill in such an area. Though when not in battle, Ithuriel can display surprising kindness, considering some other facets of his personality. He bears a grudge against Astaroth. On another note, he may be a closet masochist, as well as something of a tsundere.

Among a few others, he was summoned by Aleister Crowley, serving him as a Holy Guardian Angel. Accordingly, in the infamous black occultist's diaries and texts, he was referred to as 'Ithuriel the Strong'.  Mentioned in multiple sources, like his diaries in Tunisia, 1923, and Crowley's Liber Liberi vel Lapidis Lazuli Adumbratio Kabbalæ Ægyptiorum sub figurâ VII.

Imagine a four winged version of this

I'm going to address both of you now...

You shouldn't be making characters who are rulers or princesses or lords, or anything that has command over armies. It doesn't matter how much they get conveniently weakened before the rp starts, I said that they should be weaker, so that later on, there's room for the more powerful ones to appear. This is supposed to start with humans just starting to understand the basics of the magic and the summoning. They simply shouldn't be able to bind more powerful angels and demons like the ones you want to bring in.
