I've had that happen before. I always copy my post just to make sure that doesn't happen

I had that happen to me more than once, which made me feel incredibly stupid for not switching to writing on a word processor first, then transferring it to E.  I feel ya.

I have a text-save addon plugin to stop exactly that - Lazarus doesn't work anymore, so I switched to Textarea Cache and it's done me good several times.

I had that happen more than once but it always helped to take a step back and try again another day. :-)

I have Lazurus and it was working for me, but i didn't know it saved my messages to so my Rp got pushed out of the saved text i guess. I think when i went to go see if i could retrieve it i accidentally deleted it or something.
I thought i was going to get back to Rping, but then i found myself just staring at the screen. I already took a few days off so i guess im just going to make it a week and com back when i can write again XD

As another alternative, you can also try to write your posts in something like Google Documents or locally in Word. If your internet/computer crashes, it's likely something very recent was saved. Save maybe for the last sentence. Plus, spell checking.

I just highlight and copy whatever I've written after it gets to a certain length, generally. If the net or site fails on me, just paste and resend til it works.
