Hey,

Thanks for taking a look at this thread. I am going to be dual booting my Windows 7 system with a Linux distro and am searching for the best one for my situation. I am new to Linux and so I am not looking to get into anything to complicated just yet.

So I am looking for a distro that will run well on 150gb and will be easily encrypted.

Any suggestions I can get would be a great help.

Thanks.

I'd suggest Ubuntu, which offers full disc encryption options in itself. I've never seen a linux distro over ~15GB either, so, you're probably fine with whatever you decide on.

Ubuntu, alright thanks! I know of it but I did not know it has full disc encryption.
