Dying Earth RPG, Anyone?

I just stumbled across this one, courtesy of the quick start rules on the website, and...I've gotten interested in systems faster than this, but not often.  It's quick, it's simple, and the tone is quite amusing.  (The Overarching Rule of Efficacious Blandishment?   :D )

It would seem to lend itself well to online play.  I have put the full game on my birthday wish list for this year, so I may even get it.  ;D  It's also turned me into Jack Vance fan overnight.

Having now consumed almost all that I can find through the DERPG site, and with intent to order the lot should I not receive it as a gift, I shall probably re-start this over under Players Wanted if and when it arrives.  ;)

Eloquence, malfeasance, and indolence the likes of which is not oft seen outside of high office!  The chance to meet strange people and run away from them very quickly!  A bit like Slayers, come to think of it...

With considerable aggrievement, I have been forced to expend the last terces in my pouch for a copy of the rules, along with sundry texts appropriate to the themes set forth.  Watch this space, or presume that another thread may yet appear under Players Wanted...

Consider me stymied.  I'm trying to think of a good way to word that Players Wanted post but it keeps coming out so anti-Vancian.

In which case I need a title and a decision: Light, Midtones, or Heavy?  It's 'normal', as the only non-humans that ever seem to get involved with Vancian characters are Nymphs, and they're humanoid enough to count as 'normal'.
