Superheroine Prison (Fate Core)

In 2029 the United Earth Government was formed in response to the threat of extra-terrestrial and super-human threats.  Though it was believed by many that the original impetus had been altogether more sinister.  In 2035, in response to a series of battles that lead to widespread destruction, the UEG outlawed any form of super-powered vigilantism.  A pair of sprawling prison complexes were built, one located in South America, one located in North Africa.  Despite the scale of the construction and the remote locations chosen, they opened on schedule in 2039 and 2040. 

The current year is 2042.

This is a game about Superheroines (and villains) that will use the Fate Core System, though I should mention in advance that characters will not (if they are super-powered) have access to most/all of their powers.  The game will begin, and largely take place in, a massive prison complex established to contain super-powered women, but that is also used to hold political prisoners and other people who have caused trouble for the UEG.  I am only looking for female characters at the moment.

The game will have a heavy focus on non-consensual sex, bondage, humiliation, and other similar content.  It will be placed in the Extreme section so I can, if any players are interested, include Extreme content.  However being interested in Extreme is not required (I will try to keep any such content in a seperate thread).  But at a minimum a player needs to be comfortable with, and interested in, non-consensual sex.

The story will begin with the characters arriving at the prison.  Players are free to worldbuild, create villains, and write-up adventure summaries for what their characters did before they were imprisoned.  How the character was imprisoned is up to the player.  They may have been defeated and arrested.  They may have surrendered.  They can be as famous, or infamous, as the player likes.  I am open to Superheroines, (female) Supervillains, as well as non-powered (female) individuals such as reporters, politicians, and so on.  The government is at best draconian, and at worst corrupt and downright evil.

The plot will be focused on what is going on in the prison and to the characters, and (I assume) escape attempts.  If one or more characters manage to escape the plot for them will likely shift to either being hunted, trying to free others, or trying to battle the government.  Though it of course depends on the character(s) in question.  The plot within the prison isn’t meant to be grand and sweeping, and often will be focused on the mundane or minor.

Character Creation

As mentioned above this will use the Fate Core System, more as a framework and in the event that PvP happens than any desire to make it a rules heavy game. 

Each player will get +2 stunts at character creation.

A player can designate a Skill as a Superskill instead of taking a stunt.  They can use the power by spending a fate point, which doubles the current skill bonus.  After rolling the skill is stepped back by one, if not reduced to zero it refreshes the next scene.

A player can create Super-powered Stunts, though any conflict involving them will likely require the bidding of fate points. 

A character will not have access to any super-powered skills or stunts most of the time.  They will be suppressed or otherwise disabled.

The Prison

UEG Prison Facility F is located in the Great Sand Sea of what was once western Egypt.  A massive complex that has grown into a small city, its outer edge is delineated by a twenty-five foot steel wall.  A dome of energy is generated by a series of towers located along the wall and provides a barrier to sand, aircraft, and anything else that might like to enter or exit.  A twenty foot wide concrete moat sits directly within the wall, and is bordered on the interior side by a fifteen foot electrified fence topped with barbed wire.  The rest of the facility is divided into four quarters surrounding a circular pit.

The northwest quarter is known locally as the City, and holds a tightly packed series of buildings including the Tower, a residential skyscraper.  The City contains everything that the prison’s workers need.  Living quarters, restaurants, shops, a casino, and so on. 

The northeast quarter is known locally as the Airstrip, and is made up of a number of landing pads for helicopters and vertical take-off and landing aircraft.  It has no proper runway for traditional aircraft, despite its name.  Other than the concrete pads it holds a number of hangars and warehouses.

The southwest quarter is known locally as the Factory, and is comprised half of a large open yard surrounded by a fence, and half by a single massive building.  The yard contains a variety of facilities and is used for outdoor exercise and leisure time for the prisoners.  The building is a modular design, and is used for various work programs involving the prisoners.

The southeast quarter is known locally as the Cube, and is comprised of a single large building, windowless and largely featureless.  The cube is used for research, interrogation, and for various other unstated purposes. 

The central pit, known locally as the Pit, is the main prison block.  It has a pair of retractable roofs, one transparent, one comprised of heavy metal.  It drops more than fifty stories down into the bedrock, with circular walkways running around the edges and a series of walkways running across it.  A lucky few have prison cells with windows looking directly out into the pit, but the bulk of the cells are located along tunnels that radiate outward from the central shaft.

The prison has an onsite fusion generator to provide power, and pumps water from a deep underground aquifier.  It has a workforce that numbers in the tens of thousands.  The guards are the core of the workforce, and are a well-paid, well-trained, well-equipped group of fanatics.  However the prison also employs everything from mechanics to shop workers.  The bulk of the workforce are on a month on, month off rotation.  A number of corporations are involved with the prison, either providing services or having work done as part of the prison work program.  Officially access to the prison is limited to staff and government officials, however there is a small but booming tourist industry.  It is generally limited to the rich and powerful, but where else can you go to get served in a casino by a former superheroine?  Or maybe even get the chance to get your cock sucked by one.

The prison is, from the outside, a model of efficiency and fair treatment.  The prisoners are there for the safety of the world, and are treated humanely.  That is what all the propoganda from the government claims at least.  The reality is far different.  The treatment of prisoners is harsh, and they are often used to enrich various government officials.  Prisoners are regularly interrogated for no other reason than the twisted amusement of the guards, are severely punished for the slightest infraction, and are regularly humiliated and degraded in an attempt to break their spirit.  The more docile prisoners are often employed in the on-site casino and other comfortable facilities, while the more unruly ones are forced to perform back-breaking labour.  The prisoners as a whole, regardless of attitude, are often made to work in various blackmarket brothels.  There are even rare occasions where prisoners are taken off-site, such as to work on a government officials yacht.

If you are interested please provide a Name (and/or Alias), what type of character you want to play (Superheroine/Supervillain/Political Prisoner/Reporter/Other), a brief concept or background, a bit about what you want to get out of or explore in this game, and preferably a brief summary of your ons and offs.  I intend for this to be somewhat sandboxy, so I don’t have a specific character count in mind.  I will probably limit it somewhat if I get too much interest though.  I won’t require it, even though Fate suggests it for the Phase Trio bit, but if you want to work up a shared background that is certainly a plus.  A superheroine and her main supervillain rival being tossed into the same prison (maybe even the same cell) could certainly make for an interesting story.

It is a relatively easy system if a bit weird at times.  I don't mind a new player to it though. :-)

I won't be doing the full creation a la Dresden Files, but I am fully in favour of players coming up with faces, places, and aspects to add flavour to the prison and world as a whole.  Either as a group or alone.  Obviously that comes with a veto and the caveat that I may modify things.

The rules are meant to be somewhat secondary, so as long as everyone can get through character creation (with some help if needed) a lack of familiarity with the rules should be fine.  As mentioned the SRD is available for those without the actual book.

Well, my first character idea would be more superheroine adjacent; a highly effective individual that acts in a support role to superheroes, but rates just short of one herself.  Sort of like Maria Hill or Agent 13, working for the world's equivalent of SHIELD.  This would give her easy connections to a wide variety of super individuals, hero and villain alike.  If her organization is a governmental one, perhaps she ended up in the prison because she sided with the supers.

I should mention, as I am not sure how clear I was, that I generally see the nonconsensual content involving NPCs to be M/F.  A male guard or similar.  F/F would generally be limited to players.  I also may accept a couple of non-prisoner characters as antagonists (I avoid the word villain, as some prisoners may be villains  :P ), as long as it is understood that the focus will mainly be on the prisoners.  I will keep the number of those limited, and I don't want the game to devolve into a series of one on ones, but thought I would toss that out there.

I like that idea!  A government agent tossed into prison for being on the wrong side of things could definitely be interesting.

Name:  Ashley Price, codename "Pathfinder"
Role:  Government agent/Hero Support
Background:  While not actually superpowered, Ashley has always excelled.  She was top of her class at West Point.  Before she graduated, she was pulled out, and recruited into a secret organization dedicated to the support and control of super-powered vigilantes: the Warfare and Augmented Resource Directorate (WARD).  From there, she was further trained to support super-powered individuals in a variety of roles, from investigation, to insertion, to light fire support.

WARD was not an official arm of the government.  By this time, construction of the complexes was already underway.  A traitor within the organization revealed its existance to the UEG as a whole.  While some were sympathetic, and wanted to keep the program running, that view did not prevail.  The main agency base was stormed, and the agents within were either killed, fled, or captured.  Ashley was in one of the last category.  She remains loyal to the ideals of WARD, and has thus far resisted giving up any information.

Things I want: Forced pleasure, possibly pleasure addiction.  Sometimes with an audience.  Fighting with subdual via pleasure.  Sexy interrogation.  Let me know if you have any questions about this!

Mn, I’ve been hovering, but I think I’m finally going to put my name forward.  Assuming my home isn’t under water in a week, this is something I’d enjoy.  It doesn’t hurt that I’m already familiar with Fate.


Tarantula; Danielle Dos Santos
Superhero turned Insurgent

The Tarantula was a superhero from South America who was entrenched in a war against the drug cartels in Colombia, particularly in her home city of Cali.  Unfortunately for her, the drug money of the cartels who were propping up other countries nearby seeped into the local UEG, and increasingly Tarantula found police officers being used as cartel enforcers while the pressures on her own vigilante activities were turned up due to her “dangerous superhuman nature.”  Already an outlaw, Tarantula began targeting subverted government officials directly, leading to her being labelled a “terrorist” as well.  Her arrest and unmasking were incendiary media events, her assignment to Facility F was supposedly for her own protection after an attempt on her life in a local prison.  In truth, her enemies had her relocated there for their own entertainment.

What are you looking to get out of this?:  Kinda looking to indulge some of my more submissive impulses after putting some distance between myself and some stuff.  Also, I love superhero stuff in general, what can I say?

Ons/Offs:  Well, non-con obviously.  The usual stuff, bondage, oral, groups, double-penetration, exhibition, some dress up.  Definitely not above some rough handling.  Stationary restraints, toys, machines, monsters ‘n’ tentacles (probably won’t come up, but covering my bases because Superhero Setting).  Have a weird soft spot for straitjackets, actually.

As for offs?  Eh … bodily humors, knives, branding, pedo, bestiality, snuff, transformation.  Crying tends to take me out of it too, admittedly.  Not sure if that’s weird, I never see it mentioned.

This is a character I'm introducing to be a possible part of the facility. Her interactions and her behavior I am hoping to link with the overall view of the treatment the heroines have at the hands of the NPC characters. Much of the action will likely be M/F as discussed already, but on the off chance someone has a craving to have their character teased or taunted by the facility Psychiatrist (even as just a prelude to being enjoyed by the guards or doctors, or other staff, etc).. the idea for this character is to be a flexible piece of the establishment. She could be involved in a couple of interactions or none at all. I encourage her to be thought of as a possible character to play opposite your heroine in a teasing dominant fashion if the idea intrigues. If not, there is absolutely no pressure or requirement to ever have an interaction with this character lol. Think of her as an option you could take or leave. :)

There are no hard feelings at all. Please know... the manipulative Psychiatrist won't appeal to all pallets hehe. She can be quite a delectable tease if she gets her hooks into you. ;)

This will mainly be up to the writer or writers who want to interact with her. While it's generic and general to claim that she could be a 'dom' who teases a 'sub' prisoner, the extent of the interaction with her can vary based (and I cannot stress this enough) on your ons and offs, your cravings for the interaction.

- Do you like the idea of your heroine being impeded by a drug or a paralytic agent while the Doctor helps herself to a massage, a fondle, a pleasurable roaming of her hands in the midst of a lecture?

- Do you like the idea of your heroine  being set upon by a pair of guards after rebelling against a test or a question, or comment that gets under her skin? Does the idea of falling just short of reaching the manipulative Psychiatrist intrigue you? Your heroine... restrained by a pair of guards, can find herself receiving more attention than she bargained for, even as she tries to calm down herself. This is a place of rules after all. Without rules... we're no better than animals.

- Do you like the idea of your heroine being drawn into a hypnotic trance where again, her body is a prize to be played with for a bit during their encounter?
- - - - - > *Please note that there are two types of hypnosis in terms of a possible manipulation. One is the glossing over of the mind for a bit. But another possibility that may appeal can be more readily defined as a 'puppetry' hypnosis. What I mean by this is that your heroine retains her awareness, her free will to fight, her defiant spirit, but her body simply obeys the voice of her captor rather than her own mind. The result is a delicious situation where she can find herself carrying out small subtle actions even as she tries to oppose it, as if she were (as the name suggests) a temporary puppet for her captor.* <- - - -

Well then... I suppose that's the long and short of it-! :)

So there you have it my lovelies. Whether she does nothing at all, or whether she tickles a few muses... this has been fun. :D

Can I play a Nurse who is also captured and brought to the facility as a prisoner? She is a Nurse who used to take care of all the heroines when they needed medical attention or care. Firmly on tghe heroines' side, she was captured and brought here where she would be treated as any other prisoner.

I am very interested in this game, it is right up my alley.

Name: Jessica/Chelsea Smile (Mistaken Identity)
Jessica was always one of those girls who seemed to have it all.  Her looks were flawless, her body was perfect, and she had a full ride to Yale come the summer.  But it was to end very quickly when an unknowns villain started using her likeness to get into the homes of her friends parent's places, and well as her parent's friends (they were extremely wealthy).  Tens of millions were stolen electronically over just a few weeks, and no one would have known anything had Jake and his friends from the football team come home early.

The video shown at her trial was quite clear.  One of the boys was filming her while the other three fucked her... it framed her beautiful face with her long galaxy-dyed hair as she writhed on top of Jake, begging Tom to fuck her ass harder.  The suddenly the knife flashed into frame, and camera dropped to the ground as the screams of the boys, one after the other, could be heard on the audio.

It was less than a day later when they came for her, and her eyes never stopped their wide-eyed wonderment and she was told about all these things she had never done.

What you you want out of this?
I really like the idea of building relationships with my fellow inmates as terrible things are done to us.  The possibility of corruption over time of a nice young girl into a sex-obsessed fuck-toy also appeals to me... who knows, maybe she will become the super villain they think she is?  Or perhaps she will serve mankind by helping keep these horrible people occupied? I would also not mind some conflict amongst the inmates, as long as it all turns into sexy times. 

On/Offs:
Non-consent, humiliation, forced public nudity, forced public sex, bestiality, anal, double penetration, double anal, gang bangs, and more.  ;)  I think those are the ones I would explore the most here.

I am thinking of a character that is a CEO of a security company, She would been brought in  to test the security of the Facility. Also on top she used her abilities in escapology to also promote her company. Think of Zatana but a bit more selfish. Then after being tested  to the limit by the facilities security her powers awakened and  the government conveniently extended her contract and finds herself as a "guest" closely guarded and now stuck in a gilded cage and is made to perform her act for the entertainment of the staff now. The government continues to stall and say she has agreed to  work on a new secret program and has  agreed to a strict non disclosure agreement to protect the security of the facility and government secrets.

Ok sorry I was away for a few days and I couldn't decide on a concept either but I think I have it now.

My idea is to have a villainess who not only got away with her evil deeds but also delighted on playing with the heroines she could have fought in the past. Though it seems she couldn't do anything against this new organization that captured every superbeing on earth and now she is imprisoned with all the heroines she once fought, I think she would be having a hard time being on the receiving end as she was always dominant.
