I recently started a group RP for Mass Effect.  Two of our members disappeared shortly after joining.  We're looking for at least two more people to join.

     Ten years after the end of the Reaper War, the galaxy remains united.  The various civilizations that endured remain strong, and have rebuilt much of what was lost.  Due in no small part to the massive effort put forth by Commander Jessica Shepard, the losses incurred were surprisingly small - comparatively.  The Citadel was destroyed, and the mass relays were heavily damaged.  A decade of work has rebuilt them and kept the galaxy together, but has severely depleted the Element Zero reserves.  Now convening on the new Citadel - custom-made by tireless work - the Council is scheduled to meet for the first time in the past ten years, and to induct new members from each of the remaining Citadel races.  But everything may not be safe.  Many teams have been sent to find new sources of Element Zero.  Several teams have gone missing at the edge of the Milky Way galaxy, without a trace.  Something is there... something big.

     This is set following the events of Mass Effect 3.  If you haven't completed ME 3, then things might not make a lot of sense to you.  The story will follow a female Shepard who's sole lover was Liara T'Soni.  Shepard was a colonist, and a sole survivor, and a talented Adept.  She ended the centuries-long war between the Quarrians and the Geth, finally uniting them in a single cause.  She saved the Krogan and cured the genophage - with her close friend, Urdnot Wrex, in command of the largest clan.  She lost Kaidan Alenko during her fight against Saren, but didn't let his loss overwhelm her.  She rescued the Council - more than once - and lost a number of friends during the Reaper War (Thane, Mordin, Legion).  After killing The Illusive Man and interacting with the AI that controlled the Reapers, she elected to destroy the monstrosities once and for all.  The Geth were destroyed as a result, and AI and VI systems through the galaxy were wiped out.  Most of those systems have either been restored or rebuilt.  Due to the lack of a sustainable population, and the losses incurred during the final battles, the Batarians are virtually extinct.

     I'm looking for at least two other players, and no more than five more (for a total of 3-6, myself included).  I want both male and female characters, and would like a variety of the species, as well.  The story will focus on the party searching for the missing teams at the edge of the galaxy and will progress from there.  I anticipate this to be a long RP, so if you want to join, be prepared for at least a couple months' worth of story.  Sexual situations are permitted, but should make sense in the story and should not be a main focus.  All surviving ME canon characters are available upon request.  Questions?  PM me.

This is the ideal party selection.  You may modify the your character specialization a bit, and I may add another character if there's enough interest.  I will be controlling the Council as NPCs only for the purposes of detailing mission updates and any new orders that might come along.

The OOC and IC topics are already up.  The IC is only a couple of posts in and has not started the story, yet.  There's no need to worry about being lost.  :-)  I look forward to playing with you!

No, EDI was destroyed, as well.  Sad to say.  I never used her much, really.  Never seemed to be a situation that required her.

Kinda on the run right now but quick question....this team is not Shepard's right? Cause I could take a crack at the the officer role or whatever if there is space.

My other question is would you be against another vanguard? The only class I really played and I kind of always thought two of them would be a beast set up...my Shep was a monster in ME3 letting him roll around like that lol.
